The Shatari

Gnivvel, were small ape-like creatures, who had come into contact with few aien races, and they were lead by a dozen kings all working in a sort of ruling council. Izoro, was drawn to a certain spot in the mounstains, and had hired several engineers and labourers to work their way down, but on this particular day, they had found something.
The head engineer knelt down in front of the glowing crystal-like object they had found.
"Get me an axe, now!" He shouted, and a worker handed him a small mining tool. The engineer hacked away at the rock, but not one piece broke away. He gave up in frustration, and was about to get up when it started to glow even brighter. "What in the-" He murmured, but he was cut off mid-sentance as an beam of purple light ripped itself from within the crystals core. And the engineer was vapourised on the spot. Every single person in the cavern screamed as one, running about, and bumping into each other trying to get away. Another beam of light ripped itself from the rock, but this time the beam wasn't concentrated, instead it rippled out like a wave, knocking people back with such force spines were snapped and necks broken. The wave crashed into a wall, and it collapsed. Izoro peered in through the hole that had been created, and he gasped in astonishment. There were pods, full of people, each holding a tome and a hammer in each hand. The cavern was huge, impossibly big, and the pods lined the walls at every point. Suddenly, one to his left burst open, the screen melting away and reforming behind the figure that had fallen out. The creatures eyes opened, and it glanced up, gazing at Izoro, then, quick as a flash, it sprung up on its feet and pointed a strange contraption attached to its gaunleted wrist. Izoro looked at the figure, mystified at what it was doing. It started the murmur, its words making Izoro's mind throb with unknown energies. Suddenly, the fingers inside the gauntlet tightened, there was a large bang, and Izoro's shoulder exploded.
5 more pods burst open, and out stepped more of the warriors. One grabbed Izoro, who was comatose, and another picked up the large rock. The group of warriors strode through the seemingly endless tunnels, and eventualy appeared at a clearing. There were strange runes covering the walls, and the warriors averted their gaze, for to look too long at the sigils was to go insane. They stopped in front of a large white rune on the wall, and set down the crystal.
"Almighty Shatari, I call you from the Dimension of Dzeon, I, Kolororos, summon you to this universe!" The leader called in his alien language, and the crystal in front of the wall rose up off the floor, and started to hum with power. The wall broke apart, the parts of the wall which held the runes stayed floating over the ground. Then, the rune broke apart, sorounding the crystal, and started to "orbit" the crystal, some staying in certain positions, others floating around in a seemingly random pattern. They stayed there for several seconds, and the crystal shot out another beam, and the other rocks did the same, all beams meeting in the middle. Together the beams molded a face, and then a torso, with arms and hands. Lastly, the beams molded a large hammer, made of purple crystal, the body had no bottom half, it floated above the ground as well, some rocks still orbiting it. "Yes master, I called you here, I represent the Order of the Lightbringers, your messangers on this dimension." The things face nodded, and the assortment of rocks and the white, shining figure of the creature turned to the comatose body of Izoros.
Izoros's eyes flashed open, and he looked up, unaware of what was going on around him.
So, there is life on this dimension, hopefuly more intelligent than this primitive lifeform! Shouted a booming voice inside Izoro's head. My plan has suceeded. In every dimension I place a rune of power where I can be summoned, and my warriors can be driven forth to victory. My brothers still sleep, and I expect for them to be awoken.
The warrior next to the creature nodded, and bowed. "We are not the only Lightbringers in this dimension my lord, there is a member of the Order in every single race that has been recorded."
Your warriors may of helped us, but you are nothing compared to the Shatari. Even if you hadn't helped us, I would have been able to get to this accursed place. The figure turned back to Izoro; It is a pity that your people must die, but our goal is more important than your entire dimension, there are casualties in war Izoro started blubbering in confusion, horror and fatigue setting in, and the face of the creature gave him one last look, and all life was extinguished from the planet. And all was left were the Shatari and their servants, ready to raise arms against this new galaxy, with their technology and their power.
