The Foreign Ministry of the Free Republic of Lamoni

The Free Republic of Lamoni would like to exchange embassies with various countries. The terms and conditions are as follows:

1. There shall be no more than 20 security personnel, rotating shifts.
2. There shall be no more than 20 non-security personnel.
3. There shall be no more than 4 Diplomatic vehicles.
4. There shall be no more than 8 security forces escort vehicles
5. All diplomatic vehicles may be armored.
6. All non-security personnel shall not carry weapons outside of the embassy compound
7. All security personnel may be equipped with 2 of the following: the country's standard handgun, the country's standard rifle, a knife/sword of any blade length. Outside of the embassy, they are only permitted to carry the country's standard handgun. Weapons will be checked into any Lamonian government building that your diplomatic/security personnel enter.
8. A helipad will be placed on the roof of the building.
9. Most personnel will live in the embassy compound
10. there shall be a 2m high wall with razor wire on top between embassies.
11. All embassies are in the capital, Nephi
12. You may request a certain street number, provided that it hasn't been claimed
13. The following streets have been completed for embassy construction: Yonge St., Jerwa St., Robbins St., and Timmons St.
14. All embassies shall be alloted two acres, but it is up to the recipient nation to determine how tall their embassy shall be
15. There will be three States that determine how soon that you will get a reply... OPEN: Replies should come within the same day, BUSY: Replies in the next two days, AWAY: Still open to new requests, but don't expect a reply until I get back OOCly
16. All requests for Washington St. will be reviewed case by case; I reserve the right to move you from there to one of the other streets.

Firstly my I introduce myself as Lord-Protector Starblayde's new Foreign Minister. Your long-standing counterpart Lord Isaac M.C. Chisoko has, after a battle with illness, decided he must step aside for a new Minister to lead Starblaydia's overseas department as Starblaydia forges ahead under a democractic banner. As such, I have been honoured to accept this position on the Council.

The Free Republic of Lamoni and the Protectorate of Starblaydia have long been rivals in Atlantian Oceania, yet strangely full diplomatic contact insofar as an embassy exchange has never been established. I would like my first official act as Foreign Minister to be a correction of this sin of omission. As such I would like to submit an application for embassy exchange, please find attached your application form.

For our ambassador, I would like to put forward the honourable Dwarf Khazrar Meterrzibarn, of the Runic Guild. As new Krytenian Foreign and Regional Minister, it has come to our attention that we currently lack a diplomatic prescence in Lamoni. This is a shocking oversight given our currently friendly relationship. It is therefore my honour to offer an embassy exchange, and my shame that this has not been offered sooner.
