Dictator Roland Adams sat at his desk with a smile. His assistant/bodyguard, Keneth Marsh, came up to him and asked, in native Miroxian, "Er voo reedy fur zis, Surk Roland?" He looked at him with a smile. He got up and walked to his closet a few room down from his office. He replied, "Oh yeah!" He walked into his closet, and changed into his "dictator" uniform, only used on rare occasions. His uniform was a dark-green tuxedo with a white shirt, a red tie, 5 army stars on his collar, a belt with a golden belt buckle with a mountain goat on it (to symbolize the national animal), black pollished shoes, and a badge on his left pectorial with the Miroxian Armed Forces Seal on it. He then walked into the elevator, about 10 meters down, with Keneth, and headed to the lobby of his mansion office, know as the Miroxian Home of the Law. He walked outside with his bodyguard and got in his limo. Keneth got in the front to drive him to the National Podium, a huge stage in the center of the capital city, Port Durant, with a podium for the dictator to stand. They arrived soon. He stepped out onto the dark-blue carpet (Miroxia's "red carpet") and walked to the stage and up it's stairs and then over to th podium. A large crowd had gathered to hear their leader speak. It was the day the northern part of Miroxia's main island would be colonized! The reason for this being the northern area's of Miroxia have started 2 civil wars. The Miroxian Civil War Protection Agency (MCWPA) decided either to sell the land to one nation, or colonize it to many nations. A 78-22 vote decided to colonize. Roland also had paid lots of cash to get this small speech broadcast worldwide so everyone could watch. Roland gathered his papers and said, "My fellow citizens of Miroxia and the world: the North Miroxian area is now open for claims and colonization begins as of..." he took a dramatic pause and smiled..."NOW!!!" The crowd then cheered as he headed back to his limo. He was heading back and was awaiting the many telegrams for land. He even had his cell phone ready for email...

Colonial Outpost, The Ocean

The temporary staging point had been established years ago. Originally it had been done so for piracy purposes, but as that had failed the base fell into disuse. Recently however, the Colonial Command had reactivated it. Now, on the rather good sized chunk of island was a bustling military compound.

Near the center of the island, a row of C-181A Starlifter II transport planes waiting just off a massive set of runways. Nearby were hangars. Inside of them parainfantry blubs were sorting through their equipment. It was rather quiet, each soldier left to his own thoughts as he secured his gear.

Then.. the first Starlifter II started its massive engines. The props spun up, and with a roar.. it taxied to the hangar. The infantry gathered their gear, checked and re-checked, then checked his neighbor's gear. Then.. they formed up. Marching forward towards the rear of the Starlifter II, a FSGT called out:

Equipment rattling, weapons held across their bodies and nearly bent over under the weight of their kit, the battallion marched to their waiting aircraft and began loading up.

A crewman on the ground waved a set of glowlights at the Starlifter II, directing it onto the runway. Once in position, the crewman saluted and trotted to the side, making way as the Starlifter rolled down the tarmac and into the beautiful blue sky.

The Miroxian Air Forces arrived. They were making camp, always on guard. They had widspread guards around the coast awaiting. The colony was heavily protected!

Approaching the Serenno coastline, hereby claimed as Blubland Minor

The Starlifter IIs were still a couple of hundred miles north, stretched out in three columns about twenty miles long and thirty miles across.

Leading the way came the Colonial Marine Corp. Three squadrons of F-28D Green Eagle (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12269628&postcount=784) lead the way, painted a unique dark green with the Blubland sunburst flag symbols on the tops of the wings. The Green Eagles flicked on their active search & destroy RADARs, seeking out targets.

If one were alert enough and had the technology, they might even notice a rather sizable surface fleet trailing along behind. It was an odd formation, stretched out and not providing very good targets. One very noticible thing about the fleet was how many anti-submarine measures it was taking. The sea was being absolutely pounded by SONAR and MAGSCAN systems. The Blubs intended to keep the fight above the waves.

F-28D Green Eagle: 36 (Intelligence would indicate these are carrier-based fighters)

The land troops arrived! Time...2...RUMBLE!!!!!

Serenno coastline

Spread out like a fan, a crescent shaped formation of amphibious assault craft were pushing towards the beaches. Overhead, the F-28s continued to circle. Searching for targets. They were armed mainly for air-to-air combat, and were tasked to engage enemy aircraft. None had seemed to make an appearance yet however, and so the Green Eagles waited patiently. The Starlifter IIs would be in range soon, and the paradrops could begin.

For now however, the amphibious assault element was nearing the beaches. They could now see Sernno, a blotch of green and brown on the horizon. Onboard the assault ships, marines waited, holding their kits and wearing bright orange life vests.

Serenno Coast

The coastline of Serenno was a completly different picture than what if had been only a month ago. Where once were calm beaches were now iron barriers, where there were dunes machine gun pits.

It's beaches were now lined wih traps, the seas off it's coast mined

Serenno was a veritable fortress

Outside of the mine zone, a fleet lay in wait flanked to the east and west by seawolves awaiting orders in the silent depths

Then with there engines roaring to life, the Cookboroughan Airdefense took off from the ground the squadrons of jets heading to the oncoming Blubs

Miroxia ships were arriving after there long trip. The land troops were being flown to the ships, but not all of them. The Miroxian Air Force was good and ready.


Port Durant, Miroxia

Roland sat at his desk with stress on his face. Keneth walked in. "Surk," he started, "wud voo leek zome tee?" Roland nodded as he took the cup and Keneth walked out. Roland got up and dialed 489-6397 on his cell phone. "Yes...a first-class trip to Cookborough (excuse spelling)...Dictator Roland Adams...yes...okay...good bye," he said. "Keneth!" he yelled as his assistant walked in. We're going to Cookborough, do you have the pre-packed suitcases?" Keneth smiled as he held up the bags. "Good," Roland said smiling. They both walked down to the limo, drove to the airport, went throught securety, waited for take off in the waiting area, got on the plane, and they were off!

Lucidare, Cookborough

Roland's flight land six hours later. He got into a taxi and went to the President's office. He walked into the lobby and asked the clerk, "Where is President Snow's office?" The clerk told him and he and Keneth were off! The knocked on there door. "Come in," a voice said. Roland walked in. "Good evening, Miss Snow (I think that's your leaders name ^^)," Roland started, taking a seat by her desk, "I know it's unnaccepted, but I'm here to discuss the war...

The Prime Minister of the PDFMS (People's Democratic Federal Monarchy of Solenial) Ryan Laing had suddenly heard of a possible war between the Blub Colony and Cookborough in the once Solenial controlled Rebel Nation of North Miroxia.

After he closed the window for SBC News 24 he got onto the phone with his Defence Minister,

"Mr Jones, have you heard of this potential conflict in the North Miroxian State!?"
"Just Recently Sir, but what are we meant to do?"
"We have the advantage of a strong fair army and a great investment in Diplomatic Training Colleges, we want to go there and make peace!"
"Sir, surely it's upto Miroxia and the other owners of the North Miroxian Colony to sort this out."
"But that's the problem Mr Jones, there's many nations involved and we don't want a giant 'pile-up' war with about 14 Nations Nuking each other."

By now Mr Laing and the Cabinet member were both pacing the floor,

"So what shall we do?" asked the Defence Minister
"We are to immediately send a Correspondent to Ludicare capital Cookborough,"
"Then what!?"
"I want our Ambassador to Miroxia to immediately hold a conference with Dictator Roland Adams in Port Durant."
"Okay, and what about all the Warehouses and Factories we set up in North Miroxia?"
"I want to remove them from the Potential Warzone North Miroxia and ask to temporarily move all Solen Businessmen to the most Northerly Major city in Miroxia"
"What do we do then?"
"Get into contact with the Blub Colony, see if we can come to an agreement."
"And if we Cannot?"
"Then we compare Defence Statistics and decide whether to go to war!"
"Okay i'll get Mr Barnes (Minister of Foreign Affairs) to ready the Envoys and Ambassadors, i'll ready the Armed Forces and i'll talk to you later, Good Day Sir!"
"Good Day!" The Prime Minister put down his phone and took a sip of his Vrizi Cola, he didn't often drink fizzy drinks but he liked a bit of a treat.

The Prime Miniser, A Fair-Haired, well Groomed, Handsome rather young man entered into the Reception and called for his assistant,

"Hi Evelyn!" Evelyn was also rather young, blonde and equally smartly dressed but still with a rather personal look, "Is the Computer in Room C available?"

Over the land, it seemed the F-28Ds still hadn't run into any sort of opposition. The enemy hadn't come out to fight, and the Blubs didn't really care why. The amphibious force was nearing the beach, about fifty miles out now.

Coming up behind the assault ships came a group of Donaldson Class cruisers, their massive missle systems coming online.

Thank you, and our forces will be scaled down to fit the limit. We would like to establish a temporary base with a staff of 4,000 men to ensure a peacful transition and deal with these 'northern dissidents' who opposed your regieme and who we fear will oppose ours. This base will be dissolved as soon as we have rooted out the dissidents.

I created a Wiki page for the Colony, Shazbotdom Miroxia (http://wiki.freezoka.com/index.php/Shazbotdom_Miroxia) that I have set up at my location. It's incomplete at this time, i'll update it as I go along. Although Miroxia, I need a little information about the terrain of the area that I claimed.

Yeah, been hectic with school (final semester exams comin' up OMG I'm scared! :p) Thanks a bunch for the update, Cookborough. Zackaroth, yeah, we'll ignore his retarded claim. Shazbotdom, I'll give you the terrain ASAP. Need to log off for bed soon, so I'll try to get on, but this weekend, I'll be on possibly alot. UPDATE: I'll be changing my name back to "The Pacific Isle Dictatorship of Miroxia" when I get time; just saying :p. Sorry about not being on! Military Command is fine as all colonies are named after the central government.

ooc: Laff. I "godmodded" by not acknowledging a participant who basicly said.. "I send ships which blockade you" and then refused to post for a week afterwards? Gee. Appearently "godmodding" is what anyone with half a brain does on NS.

Then again. It was HE who violated RP rules by giving no number of ships, no type of ships or documentation and proceeded to tell us that he had a 'blockade' set up which could NOT be bypassed.

I guess it's easy to win a war on NS nowdays.

1.) Declare war.

2.) Send in an unspecified military force to a location to "capture" it.

3.) Don't reply when someone moves into the area.

4.) Wait a week.

5.) Wait another week.

6.) When the otherside finally gets tired of waiting on your stupid ass and proceeds with the RP, jump in and cry "godmodding" and proceed to "ignore" them.

7.) WIN!

Wow. Seven easy steps to victory.
