Impressive work! I've taken the liberty of researching your company, and, so far as I've seen, you seem to be one of the best on the market.

Lets not beat around the bush though. I'm here on behalf of the government of Meadonia, who have authorised me to offer you a rather impressive amount to do some full time work for us. Should you agree, your men will be shipped off to the secret location of our R&D department, where they will be placed in a position designed to encourage those of a..."creative" disposition.

Think about this offer, but not for too long.

Thanking you in advance,
Mathew Long, Minister for Defence

Good to have you on board!

As I've said, the nature of the task is R&D. Classified, I'm affraid, so I won't reveal it to you via these rather unsafe forms of communication. Your team will be briefed personally, and in private on arrival, and I trust that information given to them will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Yours,
Mathew Long, Minister for Defence

Briefing from Mathew Long, Minister for Defence, to the Urcea Defense Corporation Team:

"Okay guys, we've got a very interesting project for you.
You're gonna be split up into two groups. Group 1 will help develop us some more uses for EMP. It never ceases to amaze me how neglected this area is - it shuts down electricity which, lets face it, is pretty much everything. Planes from the skys, instant communication blackout. Something kinda Sci-Fi, right? Group 2 is going to be working on anti-EMP tech. The Soviets had it figured out during the Cold War, but man, we can't lug around the bricks they made. We want new, improved stuff. Best of yesterday meets the best of today.
Okay, some stuff about the project. Go wild. The only limit is your imagination. Money is no boundairy. Ah, everything in this room is, of course, classified, so you tell anyone, we kill you (laugh) Seriously though, we take security very, VERY seriously. So don't you go blabbing, right?
Okay, that's it. I'll hand you over to your supervisors now, who'll oversee the breaking down into teams..."
