By request of the Michaelosian Admiralty, the Council of the Seven Emirs has seen fit to decree the following bill as law:
The Council Assembled, recognizing the recent procurement of $49,800,000,000 worth of naval weaponry by Admiralty Procurement Director Semaj Gnilrad to outfit the experimental unit 'First Michaelosian Carrier Task Group' (CTG-1);
Declaring the organization of CTG-1 to be as follows:
1 x Questerian Triumph Class Fleet Carrier
2 x Questerian Unicorn Class Light Fleet Carrier
8 x Questerian Type 29 Class Destroyer
8 x Questerian Type 27 Class Frigate
6 x Havenic Trading Company Kora Class SSN
and;
Declaring that due to the immense cost of this prototype CTG, it is of the utmost importance that the efficiency and viability of this collection of naval power be tested to the absolute limit before named the standard for the Michaelosian Navy;
Decrees and demands the undertaking of an organized naval 'wargame' by CTG-1 with a comparably-sized naval group from a foreign nation. Upon completion of this wargame, the participating nation will be granted friendly status with the Collective Emirates of Michaelosia.
(OOC: Basically, I need a wargame to determine if this organization method will be worth the cost, so please show interest and I would really rather this takes place with a good RPer, as I want some fun out of it too.)
