For many years, the Allied States of the Royal Code has been a loyal customer of DMG, but recently, the Royal Armed Forces Command Staff deemed nearly the entire Royal arsenal obsolete.

The time has come for the ASRC to make a complete update on her ground arsenal.

The ASRC would like to put out this open invitation to any and all arms dealers for a spot as our #1 contractor. We will also have 2 other limited contract slots available for nations who do not qualify for an unlimited contract.

Show us what you've got, and we'll talk.

MGP Type 7 Model of 1987 Rifle (MGP = Ma ak Gip9 Pa2)

The MGP Type 7 Model of 87 Rifle (MGP 7-87 for short) is a high power bullpup semi-automatic rifle. The weapon is very reliable and accurate. Primary use was intended to be used in areas of heavy dense vegetation, where large dangerous animals are not uncommon. In these settings its power can penetrate natural cover like few other weapons and take on any animal. The MGP 7-87 Rifle feeds from a 6 round detachable box magazine that is flush with the weapon. The standard finish is black and the weapon is sometimes said to resemble an old-fashion bolt-action in shape rather than a modern firearm.

9.11 x 67.46mm Cartridge Model of 1948
9.11mm M1948 is a high powered rifle cartridge capable of long range anti-personnel or anti-material work. It also is capable of taking out dangerous wild animals up to and including elephants. The case is tapered to improve reliability in chambering and extraction, and made of steel due to its high strength and low cost (compared to brass). Overall the 9.11 x 67.46mm is a powerful and versatile round that is in many ways comparable to the venerable .375 H&H Magnum and the .338 Lapua Magnum. Highest performance loads generally use a 16 to 24g bullet fired from about 1000 m/s to about 820 m/s developing over 8 kilojoules from a 675mm barrel (but most find loads just about 5 kilojoules preferable due to recoil).

15.85mm
Neck Diameter:
13.83mm
Projectile Diameter:

MGP Type 8 Model of 1987 Rifle (MGP = Ma ak Gip9 Pa2)

The MGP Type 8 Model of 87 Rifle (MGP 8-87 for short) is scaled up version of the MPG 7-87. While only 33mm longer and 2kg heavier it uses the far more powerful 12.82mm M1948 cartridge. This is over twice as powerful as the 9.11mm M1948, capable of delivering over 20 kilojoules, and uses bullets over 50 grams. The MGP 8-87 is a true anti-material rifle in the class of weapons such as the Gepard M2 and Harris M95.

Following is an excerpt mentioning the key data. See full description for specifications of each model.

R1 Advanced Combat Rifle

The result of 8-year joint development by the Brotherhood of Steel and Aerospace Logistics Corporation, intended to replace Steyr ACR as the main service rifle in ALC military forces, R1 is a multi-cartridge 8mm weapon designed for well-trained troops as the primary weapon for all situations.

The extremely accurate rifle features ergonomic non-extreme bullpup design, first seen on Steyr ACR, but featuring low sights and greatly enhanced capabilities.

Features highlight

* Marksman-grade accuracy in all firing modes is achieved due to the use of tensioned barrel.
* Unique recoil compensation system makes the weapon comfortable and accurate even with high-impulse rounds.
* Each R1 family weapon can accept a multitude of rounds with different length, so a simple switch of magazine can turn a rapid-firing low-recoil weapon into an anti-materiel rifle.
* Sturdy, sealed construction, preventing dirt entrance, keeps the weapon accurate and low-maintenance even in the worst situations.
* Fully customizable to the needs of each shooter, from trigger force to burst settings.

Recognized as one of the best weapons to date, and holding the record for highest gross sales among small arms at over $3 trillion, R1 is a no-compromise weapon, revealing full potential of the shooter.

http://remtek.com/arms/steyr/acr/acr.jpg

Brief description

R1 rifle has a tensioned barrel, with the outer structure made of aluminium-lithium alloy to prevent damage and facilitate heat dissipation. The flash suppressor can slide out of the rifle (increasing length to 80mm), as well as retract back onto the casing. Sound suppressor, if mounted, is also attached to the airtight casing rather than to the barrel. Casing shape is optimized for bending strength and ergonomics, and the shooter-contacting parts of the rifle are covered with multi-layer polymer coating, serving for chemical protection, light absorption, and thermal insulation. The outer shape is smooth, with minimum of protruding parts, only holes for fixing the camouflage cloth cover, and internal VTS-105 rails for scope, UGL, bipod and other attachments.

The rifle casing contains two storage areas. The first is inside the stock behind the magazine, accessible when removing the magazine, and is used to store a few accessories required for maintenance. Another is in front of the trigger. Some extra space can be accessed when field stripping the rifle, but it is only used for mechanism parts replaced for round type change.

Standard R1 variant has all firing parts built of electro-slag refined steel and casing of aluminium alloys, reinforced by stiffeners in the barrel part and high-stress zones. All parts of the firing mechanism are machined from forged stubs, polished and thermally treated, and the casing parts are aged. The barrel has variable grooves shape, to allow for low-spin sabot-encased rounds, while maintaining high spin for metal-jacketed ones. Grooves are cut using precision electrochemical etching, by program- and operator-controlled machines. Surface finish is done by the same method, after which the inner surface is covered with osmium-iridium alloy to prevent erosion and maintain surface quality.

As the result of sturdy construction, R1 has considerably higher strength and durability than weapons like M-16 making extensive use of plastics. Normal R1 is 800mm long, weighs 4kg with the standard 40-round CL8-25 magazine, and is issued as the primary weapon.

The firing mechanism of R1 utilizes a vertically moving chamber, and has unique recoil compensation operated by electric BARS-like principle. Caseless ammo may be pushed inside the chamber from forward or rear. In case of round failure, the old round is pushed out by the new one through the opposite port. The same operation can be done in reverse.

Besides standard CL8R, caseless 8mm outer diameter ammunition, the rifle can be quickly switched to fire standard 7.62mm caliber rounds, where 7.62mm is lands diameter and actual rounds are 7.85-8.0mm. For this, the shooter should replace two parts of the mechanism and put in a chamber insert. The replaced parts are put into the storage area inside the rifle casing, and it is also recommended to attach a supplied small Kevlar brass deflector to prevent it from hitting the shooter or personnel nearby.
When switched, the rifle can fire rounds between 7.62 and 8mm with length of 39 to 63mm, particularly 7.62x39, 7.62x54R, .30-06. The accuracy with smaller rounds is much lower than with VTS-105 CL8R, and lies between 1 and 10 MOA, depending on the round. Out of most common rounds, it works best with Russian 7.62x39 and x54, having larger bullet diameter, providing 5 MOA accuracy at 100m.

R1 has four fire modes, controlled by a mechanical switch, located ahead of the magazine, inside a depression. The switch only has three positions: safety, single fire and auto-fire. Switching momentum is tuned by a screw inside the rifle. The additional firing mode, controlled burst, usable only with CL8R rounds, works by limiting electrical ignition via analog circuit. In this mode, both rate of fire, burst length and reaction to the trigger are selectable.

The rifle has quadruple-redundant ignition system, combining three electric methods and backup mechanical ignition (see full description).

All weapons of R1 familye can accept different scopes or sights, using VTS-105 rail system, backwards-compatible with Picatinny rail accessories. The VTS-105 system matches the scopes tighter, and connects compatible scopes to the power/data link.
Above the barrel, there is fixed UV laser rangefinder, powered from the main battery. It is designed for assisted-aiming scopes, which can be mounted on VTS-105 standard rails, and will highlight the proper height correction mark or automatically adjust the electronic reticles to improve aim.

Rounds used by R1 family range from CL8-25 (8x25) to CL8-63 (8x63) for the normal R1. Version in 6.3mm caliber is also available. The bullets range from classic tungsten carbide armor-piercing and soft blended metal hollow point to advanced such as high-velocity flechettes, high-accuracy rounds, incendiary ammunition, "door-knockers" and others.
See the full description (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?showtopic=139) for details on each round.

Versions include:
R1 - main version
R1L - lightened variant
R1M - sniper rifle
R1C - carbine
R1CS - urban use carbine
R1GPM - general purpose machinegun

All rifles are covered by warranty for stated accuracy and rate of fire (see full description) to be maintained within the service period.

SaintB and Tigerlan Weaponry Incorperated is a quality defense contractor based mainly in Nova Europe. We provide a range of weaponry, uniforms, body armor, ground vehicles, and aircraft that are cutting edge and state of the art. New designs are produced often, as a sample of our items I present to you the statistics for the Ares III Assault Rifle, a highly popular and powerful weapon used in many nations. It comes in 5.56 NATO and 6.5 Grendel currently with plans to perhaps introduce a 7.62 x 59 NATO version in the future.

The following is for the 5.56 version.

the Ares III is truly worthy of its namesake. Its new molded fiberglass, aluminum, and carbon fiber construction makes it extremely lightweight and still durable. The Ares III features even greater range, cyclic rate, and muzzle velocity than its predecessors to give it a place on the 21st century battlefield.
A new gas emissions system allows for superior recoil adjustment in burst and full auto modes so that the soldier is not forced to compensate further for the weapons light weight. As could the weapons ancestors the Ares III is capable of underwater firing, and is a sturdy weapon that is unlikely to jam or freeze in less than pleasant environs.
The Ares III has recently gone through a redesign process to improve its utility, new features include a removable weapons rack so that a rack of similar size (and capable of mounting different weapons) can be attached in its place. The weapon is also now compatible with the KSB Mk II Combat Knife as a bayonet and is available with optional squeeze safety on the pistol grip.
