Nathan Derenge, flying buisness class in a BrittoniAir Aurbus A380, touched down at Neo-Ixania. Going past the securty and the terminal, he walked through the airport, killing time until his envoy would arrive.

Tzargrad International Airport was the largest airport in the entirety of Neo-Ixania. It was the airport in which tourists would go to and come home from foreign nations and today a diplomat of New Brittonia would be arriving on a plane in this famous airport. Ivan looked at his watch for a moment before looking at the papers he held in his hand, containing all sorts of information about embassy exchanges and trade. When he noticed Nathan walking around in the airport, he immediately stood, fixed both his hair and his suit and walked towards him.

"Mr. Derenge? I am Ivan Rucinsky, Minister of Foreign Affairs. Welcome to my beloved nation. Please follow me."

An armored limosuine with tinted windows had been waiting for them and Ivan escorted Nathan to the limosuine where the driver was waiting to drive them into the city. As the limosuine drove into the city, Ivan began to speak.

"Our meeting will be at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This city is our capital and was named when we had a Tsar (before the title changed to Emperor). Despite the change, our (absolute) monarch is affectionately known as a Tsar or Tzarina."

The limosuine pulled up at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Headquarters, a massive building that was built according to the principles of Gothic Revival architecture. Guards escorted Nathan and Ivan to a large room with a medium sized table in the center. Items including a cup of water could be found at Nathan's seat with a little card that said: "Welcome to Neo-Ixania: Nathan Derenge."

Taking their seats, Ivan looked at Nathan and smiled calmly. "What would you like to discuss first, Mr. Derenge?"
