Awareness messages, everyone's got them in some form, and one form is Colored Ribbons. So for those with the awareness ribbons, what do they symbolize for your country or culture?

In Aqua Anu:

A Red Ribbon is used to symbolize AIDS/HIV and Drug Abuse Awareness. Every year there is a Red Ribbon day nationwide.

A Yellow Ribbon is used to symbolize Military Service. Daughters of Military often will wear yellow ribbons in their hair to symbolize they have a close family member in the Armed Forces. Yellow usually will mean the member is home from his/her tour of duty.

A Blue Ribbon Is also a service symbol. This means the family member is now on their tour of duty (Can be worn in war time or not)

A Black Ribbon is used to symbolize great tragedy. Often Piracy or suicide. Following Hurricane Karen, several wore these ribbons.
