MESSAGE: The Imperial Republic of New Pictavia hereby declares that all nations, both new and old, are offered voluntary inclusion into the Pictish Empire. Pictavia is not a large state, nor is she insignificant, but see this as an opportunity to develop under an advanced nation who has repelled superior enemy forces time and time again. The Imperium continues to expand, gaining allies and colonies every with every step and should you decide to become a protectorate of the Imperium, you will benefit from:

❖Security: Relying upon the Imperial Armed Forces.
❖Economic Stability: Through economic aid and free-trade.
❖Technology: Access the advanced resources of the Empire.
❖Brotherhood: Stand side-by-side with billions of brethren.
❖Growth: Develop and expand under the wing of the Empire.

In return for this, all we ask is access to manpower and territory, and position of overseer of international politik. Providing the policies of said nation is not in direct conflict with the Imperium, the domestic sovereignty of a protectorate is assured.

Charter of the Independent Colonies and Sovereign Protectorates of the Greater Pictish Empire
"Plus Ultra"

Preamble;
"In order to strengthen the bond which exists between our peoples, in order to ensure the survival of the Empire, to collectively compose ourselves in the world of politik and to defeat all who seek to oppress us, we hereby adhere to the charter of the Imperial Commonwealth"

Article One
"Pictavia as Overseer"
❖ All member-states fully retain their sovereignty within the Empire in accordance to the two following conditions. Should these laws be obeyed, then the member-state is free to do as they would without Imperial interference. All member-states must officially refer to themselves as "Sovereign Protectorates" of the Pictish Empire.
❖ The Imperial Senate of New Pictavia remains at all times the artists of all international policy within the Imperium. Should the domestic policies of a member-state contradict the rest of the Empire to an extreme, the Senate may amend said policy.
❖ All applicant states must commit a respectfully-sized military force to Pictish control, alongside the territorial rights to construct an Imperial city as a centre of trans-Imperial commerce, relations and migration.

Article Two
"The Defence of the Realm"
❖ A declaration of war against any nation of the Empire is a declaration of war against the entire organization. In such an event, all resources available must be channelled towards the defence of the realm by all member-states. This excludes any conflicts brought with an applicant into the Empire, for which the remaining member-states may legally choose to ignore.
❖ Any engagement in an offensive war against a second party may only include the remainder of the Commonwealth should the Overseer deem necessary, and should said aggressive state require such aid.
❖ Because of the variety of laws and customs throughout the Commonwealth, any Imperial citizen who breaches a domestic law must be subjugated to the nation in question's judicial system. All member states must actively participate in the identification and arrest of all Terrorists or enemies of the state where upon they will be transported back to the source of their offence. When concerning an Imperial-wide breach of law then the Judges and Parliamentary Operatives of Pictavia are responsible for the capture of the suspect.
❖ Each member state is required to cooperate fully with other Sovereign Imperial Protectorates in the arena of international intelligence. Any agency that discovers information of relevance and/or importance to any other Imperial member must make said information known to the Empire as a whole immediately.
❖ Any military, economic or political aggression by one member-state against another will be dealt with by the Overseer with the utmost severity. The offending state will be subject to re-administration by force if necessary by the remainder of the Empire.

Article Three
"The pillar of commerce, the pillar of habitat"
❖ All member states are entitled to open and free trade with all and any member of the Empire. No trade barriers such as tariffs or importation quotas are to exists in the free movement of goods, service or capital, except that of labour.
❖ All member-states are required to provide any technological means which are completely necessary to another member state. The trade of any advanced technologies within the Empire is highly encouraged, while said achieving state may not sell the technology externally unless it is available to the remainder of the Commonwealth. Member nations who donate a further 0.01% of their annual budget towards the Empire will be granted full access to all technological advancements within the organization.
❖ Member states who wish to refrain to committing military manpower towards the defence of the realm are expected to instead donate 0.01% of their annual budget towards the Empire in return for military security.
❖ Via any form of synthetic or natural disaster, all member states are expected to significantly aid any other member nation whom is in a state of economic crisis. Said crisis include but are not limited to: Natural disaster, war, reparations of conflict, economic depression, drought, famine and internal destabilization. Monetary and military aid are expected, however more direct methods such as labour, relief workers, food, or medical supplies is also encouraged.
❖ An advanced Visa program is compulsory in regards to one Imperial citizen traversing to another Sovereign Imperial Protectorate. All inter-Imperial Visas must be granted at a significantly accelerated rate over that of a non-Commonwealth member.
❖ Where possible, all member states are required to enact an active protection of their local natural environment. Any technology developed by a second member state which may aid another in the protection of their habitat must be made public immediately. In order to limit economic repercussions, aid in the form of labour, technology, equipment and finance will be diverted from the Empire to another member whom is in need of pro-environmental modernization. All Sovereign Imperial Provinces who have not done so already are required to adopt a transformation to green energy sources, reduce their CO2 emissions by 70%, implement algae scrubbers on all smoke stacks, utilize fuel-cells and bio-fuels where appropriate. Budget spending on public transportation and the environment should be raised to at least 10% of the states total government annual budget respectively.

Dear Nova Pictavia

After much consideration and evaluation of your offer, the United Republic under consideration with the Republic Congress and House of Representatives has approved the possibility of the United Republic being a Protectorate.

This is in no way due to any fact of our lack of Military Power, for we are strong. Nor is it any fact due to our economy, for it is the strongest in our Region. Our civilization enjoys much luxuries and fine arts, with the addition of advanced Technology that adds to our Peoples Comforts. We, indeed, actually do not need this.

The consideration was reached in large part due to a proposition from a Representative from Drekamythia, a Provisional-Empire in the United Republic. The representative, who asked not to be named, proposed this as a possible way to extend our economic and military wealth and powers to you, and your future protectorates, with the possibility of furthering relations to the extend of Comrade Brethrenhood, the term used by many an Anagonian to describe a closer-than-family bond of common peoples.

We therefore submit an application, approved by Congressional Act Future-Peace, and approved by the House of Representatives through the Peoples Right to Know and Act law of AU 1900.

Therefore, with consideration and approval by the People, for the People, and from the People to you, Nodea Rudav has graciously extended a parcel of land to you near International Waters with the possibility of Ports and Docks, even the construction of cities. We ask that you allow the Anagonian people to continue to live as they do here, as it was them that so approved this measure in hopes of Peace and Prosperity with your Nation-Empire.

Pictavia is honored that the people of Anagonia see fit to join the Imperium. As such, a state of free-trade and mutual protection now exists, with the Imperium's most premium civilian and military technology made available to The United Republic. Addressing the concern over interference in The United Republic's domestic Politik, the Imperium takes this chance to assure Anagonia that should their pinnacle civil, political rights and pristine environmental record continue to flourish, Anagonia will be free to do as she pleases within her own borders.
The Territory of Nodea Rudav is gratefully received, and Imperial engineers are currently en-route to begin the construction of an Imperial Arcology on the site, with the intention of housing Pictish representatives, merchants, soldiers and their families with a degree of self-sufficiency. This will undoubtedly bring with it thousands of opportunities for work and commerce.
Finally, welcome to The Imperium, and may our children grow in prosperity.

It is with great pride that I now call the United Republic a Sovereign Protectorate Republic within the Imperium. We welcome your people, as you have welcomed ours. We welcome the trade, as you have welcomed ours. We welcome your military, as you have welcomed ours. Our cultures shall combine to create one of the most magnificent empires in the world. The top of the mountian.

Mount Olympus, as people called it back then, could easily be compared to this event. Already our people celebrate becoming one with something so elegant and well-maintained. We are proud of our decision, and await the fruits of our labour.

May our people, as one, prosper. For we, as of now, are the Imperium, as you are and were first.

To The Imperial Protectorate of Anagonia:
First and foremost, the Imperium requires manpower, and the funds to support new military forces. As you may well be aware the Picts are shrouded in war, driving back the forces that seek to oppress us. In this moment, the Imperium is at war with British Londinium, Akimonad, Iberia, Galene and Frioia- but do not confuse these staggering numbers with Imperial defeat. The Londinian forces sent against us have been routed and crippled, the Akimonadi driven out of their Echoese colonies, Iberia stands cut in two by the wave of Pictish aggression, and Frioia and Galene stand on the brink of Pictish invasion. Nevertheless, we are always in need of new soldiers, new shipyards and funding to drive the these most gallant crusades.
On a lighter note, celebrations have began throughout the streets of The Imperial Arcologies of Èideann, as the citizens of the Imperium seek to welcome the union between our two fine nations. I believe we will accomplish much together, in the face of adversity.

Official Message from the United Republic of Anagonia, Executive Government of the Motherland of Anagonia, and the Sovereign Province of Anagonia in the Pictish Imperium

With due respect I shall forward you to the Imperial Drekamythian Empire for further relations considering the similarities in nature. Lord Emperor Havok Agamemnon will preside over the further details of the request of troops and docks, and therefore, unless requested, by Anagonia's Province Representative in the Imperium.

My Lord Gaius Kadesh,

It is with due respect that I represent the United Republic, and my beloved Empire, to you today with high hopes that we may indeed further our relationship as one unified Nation under the Imperial Empire Flag, the United Anagonian Flag, and the Imperium Flag. All three fly high in the Realm of the Dragons, as should be proper in all of Anagonia to date.

Our people celebrate this unity of Imperial Powers with an awesome display of celebration. My Empire has been going through trying times, and our Comrade Brethren of Nodea Rudav, along with many Empire-States in Anagonia, have been graciously extending the hand of Brotherhood to my Peoples in the valued attempt at maintaining our Economic and Future way of life. Now, with our addition into the Imperium, our way of life has increased dramatically. We have our Congressional Leaders to thank for this, and our People for making the right choice in accepting it. For it is the People, not the Government, that ultimately decides the fate of such dramatic decisions.

As of right now I have decreed to my Empire that all Ports, and all Militaries, and all Peoples shall contribute to the Pictish Imperium's defense. The Imperial Legion will be mobilized, and an Anagonian Congressional Session is already underway to vote for support. With Anagonia and it's Sovereign activities still underway, we will need to contribute resources to an extended War Effort elsewhere. However, this should not be a problem, considering we now voluntarily become a Protectorate and should see the Light of assisting a lesser power.

I decreed also that a united session between the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics of Nodea Rudav and the Imperial Drekamythian Empire, being the largest military powers in the Anagonian Region, should consult on a unified effort to maintain and ensure the continued existance of the Pictish Imperium. We therefore should have approval of our actions at the end of the Congressional Session in Union City, the Capital of our Great Republic.

If you should feel necessary to ask for any troops from us, the Anagonians whom so beloved the Imperium, do not hesistate to ask. We will, after our Peoples Voice is ensured, make an extreme effort to ensure your Sovereignty, as well as ours, in the Pictish Imperium.

We do however, also wish to train Anagonian men and women in the Imperial Arcologies of Nodea Rudav as soon as construction is complete. Such a venture would mold many Anagonians into Pictish soldiers to serve in the Imperial Terran Force at all times, without the need to mobilize the greater Anagonian military. Once a suitable population has been acquired, and Anagonian funds have been allocated, the collection shall be trained as any other Pictish marine in the use of Imperial equipment, and eventually be summoned into service for the Imperium as a whole.
I must add a note of concern over The United Republic's role as a member of the Coalition of Allied Powers. The Imperium is currently at a states of war against two members of this alliance: Akimonad and British Londinium, as well as hostile relations towards a third; Great Vanatia. All three of these nations were once allies of the Imperium, however were lured into war not as a whole, but as a result of heir own individual greeds.
Finally, I am also certain that the leaders of the United Republic and I must meet in person, be it at the end of the Akimonadi conflict. I feel it a necessity that our merchants do not have all the fun with the now enacted policy of free-trade, and that I should take the time to personally view examples of Anagonian exports, in return for a brief tour of the Imperial homeland.

My Lord Gaius Kadesh,

It is unfortunate that your plan to train normal Citizens of the Empire, and of the Grand Republic as a whole, will not see fruition. Unfortunately it must ultimately be up to the Citizen in the end, and not up to a decree or a command by any Empire or any Nation. The People choose to become Military, not forced. The expection of course is my Comrade Brethren to the North.

Nodea Rudav takes children from an early age into the Soviet Military to become Soviet Troopers, the most elite and highly trained weapons in all of Anagonia. These men and women are indeed forced into a life of the Military, but they do so in defense of the Mighty Grand Republic. The key to our difference of Force is that all Troopers experience Civilian Life, and acknowledge the fact of their past to go forth into their future. While we force, we do not take away.

Ultimately, however, you will have to consult the Grand Republic Congress. They then will pass a resolution to the People, who shall vote on it.

As for the Coalition of Allied Powers, we are but there in members name. None in that Alliance have called on us, nor have they requested anything from us. We have already expressively informed them that our Armies are available to a few select nations to destroy, and I do believe yours is not on that list. The Excessively Armed Empire of Automagfreek is not on that list either, nor is British Londinium. Since our decree on that matter, they have left us alone. Perhaps they are weak minded, or just cowards to ask us questions. I on the other hand could care less, as Drekamythia is saving its lives for a worthy cause in the Grand Republic.

You will have no fear of us joining any fight against you in the Coalition of Allied Powers. We merely join alliances for economic support. We do not need the Military they have, nor do we intend to share it. Unless circumstances prove otherwise, we merely lay there and wait for a polite begging session to commence for us to help. After all, almost all of the Alliances that Anagonia has joined have collapsed or become stagnant. The expection is the Allied Socialist Defense Union, which Anagonia is still proud to have been a part of and help create.

I believe you will enjoy meeting Anagonian Representatives in person. Our talks shall be of joy and brotherhood, and any questions or concerns you may have will be addressed. But be reminded, an Anagonian is firm on his or her Independence and Freedom. We fought long and hard for it, and shall not give it up, even if we are a Province in the Imperium. Be careful were you tread on decree's also, for the Grand Republic is based almost entirely on the decision and attitude of its People. If a decree concerns the people in a hateful manner...then....the outcome shall not be pleasant. That was just a political and diplomatic heads-up, of course.

Concerning the concern of products and free-trade, our merchants are busy with other Nations and other places to sufficiently sustain ourselves. Our products are top-rate, and you will be satisfied with what we have to offer. Do not be afraid, the People of the Imperial Empire and the Grand Republic will and do welcome you.

To The United Republic of Anagonia:
Yet, the time may come my friend, when the Londinian barbarians be laid to rest by the Imperium. Twice Londinians have attacked Pictavia with no provocation and twice have their forces limped back to their barren isle. I must know that should the time come, the Imperium can rely on the United Republic. This situation should be ended as men, not with fire, although the Londinians hold no respect for the binding of peace.
I look forward to meeting the Anagonian representatives upon my return from war. Already peace is being negotiated with Iberia and Frioia, with Akimonadi and Galene territory pending Imperial invasion. Once the war hits their soil, I doubt it will last much longer.
The Imperium also understands the sovereignty of Anagonia, and the support of their rights, as such we request only volunteers to join the Imperial Legions with the consequent Anagonian funding to be received in the event of the decision of the people. On a final note, I look forward to our meet, and wish to express my satisfaction from the recent Anagonian-Imperial dialogue.

My Lord Gaius Kadesh,

Let it be known that as I decree so does the Chief Governor consent. If the Londinium Empire does so attack the Imperium so shall we see their nation and people as a Nuclear Testing ground for our excess Weapons. We have no mercy for those Empires that care not for diplomacy, nor do we care for Empires that have been smacked down by the Mightiest Nation of All Time, Automagfreek. In that honorable memory shall we lay waste the Londinium Empire and continue to do so for centuries, ensuring that nothing but mutant beasts plague and consume their populace while making sure they can never again Procreate with one another, nor any other Human or Non-Human a like.

They shall fall as all Enemies of the Grand Republic have fallen, in shame. Only one nation has ever gained an advantage over us. The Red Tideans are an honorable people, although lacking in the Civilian Care facility. They fought us with such strength we were forced into a stalemate, and therefore rightly humiliated before our forefathers. Now, in this day and age, I hear talks of a Non-Aggression Pact between our two Great Empires. Such glory is beholden of only the worthiest of foes. I believe firmly that the Tideans are such a foe to be worthy of our respect.

Though none other are, and all others shall fall. With our Might, and the Imperiums Resolve, we shall commence the conquest of our enemies. Whether by the Atom or by the Sword, we shall make them kneel before us in shame and submission. If the Londinium Empire insists on War, the Grand Republic shall give it to them. No Civilian shall survive, no leader shall live. There will be genocide, there will be death, and there shall never again be a land for them to call home. If they shall act as Barbarians, then let them roam like barbarians. They deserve no life if they shall continue this path of destruction.

The Sovereign Province of Anagonia shall support all initiatives of Defense and Restitution from the Pictish Imperium. As one, we shall fight. As one, we shall die. As one, we shall be victorious.

The Grand Republic does so hope you shall return in safe measure from your war-time battles. I, being Lord Emperor, have fought with my men many times in the past. I must say it is an honor to fight alongside a nations men, and even die with them. For honor in death is given to all Comrade Brethren, and to all Comrade Brethren is given the Draconic Heaven. Do not fear these so-called Empires. They will die by a sword in due time. For in victory I shall personally drink of their blood, and consume their souls. They shall be condemned to eternal torment, as all Dishonorable Warriors shall be. Unless they stand and fight like Real Warriors, they shall never have their Paradise. On a final note, Shakla in Drekamythian means, in similar terms, an ending to a spiritual proclamation. Similar to a Warriors Prayer. It can also be familiar to the Christian "Amen", and I believe the Jewish "Shala", if my spelling is correct.

I most humbly thank thee for the booze, undoubtedly myself and my Anagonian comrades shall enjoy its colour tonight during our meet. Now, with your economic concerns, free-trade exists between all provinces of the Imperium and with the Kiravian Empire. Thus, trade between Kirav and the Greater Imperium is already under way. Any attempt to stymie this would surely be met with futility, and so it has been allowed to flourish.
Concerning diplomatic dialogue with the Greater Imperium, each nation which makes up our unified state is ruled with extremely liberal semi-autonomy, met with almost no interference from Pictavia at all. Thus, we encourage Kirav to establish communications with the sovereign provinces of the Imperium.

It is with great jubilation that we see these results. Our empire, our nation, our combined peoples make up a grand experiment into the unknown. It is my belief that, never before, as such an undertaking in International Unity has taken place. Our people celebrate the Imperium, and praise the governing body therein with good words and good tithing's. We are in the debt of such a peaceful and prosperous Sovereign Body of Protectorates and Nations.

This is not to say we, ourselves, have not had this experience. Nay, for we have. Indeed, even as we are a Sovereign Protectorate of the Imperium, and Sovereign Province of the Pictish Imperium, we ourselves are a combined unity. For hundreds of years have we stood, and hundreds more do we intend to. But, as I stated before, never before have we seen the likes of this.

This Imperium. Ever since the Unification of Anagonia as a Sovereign Republic. Ever since we became a Sovereign Province. Ever since we became a Sovereign Protectorate. Such change is uncanny, untraditional, and very much impossible in the course of human and worldly events. Yet, I say now, that this Silver Imperium is beyond impossible.

It is, very much, full of the possible and the possibilities of a Grand Endeavour into the hearts and souls of the People from which we, as Governing individuals, serve.

Anagonia itself will perhaps not abide by international policy set forth by the charter. It was recognized henceforth that it could engage firsthand in any events necessary, or deemed fit, so long as it kept its internal affairs in order. The Grand Republic Congress/Senate will have this to memory, and conduct operations both internally and internationally as it deemed fit within reasonable limits.

Concerning the affairs of the Imperium, all Anagonian Military Forces will be avaliable for use should one member-state come under hostile action. Just click in my siggy for the link, titled "Anagonian Military Might". Economic and trade policies will be obeyed, but the visa program is perhaps too strict. If you are a member of a United Nation, you should only need a valid ID (Drivers License or Social/National/Whatever Security Card or some other form of ID) to be able to traverse as you see fit. Having such a program in place makes it very hard for Anagonian Peoples and, I guarantee you this, other member-states from traveling to other locations that could benefit from tourist income.

It would also be relevant to note that this concerns the INTERNAL visa program. External is fine, but should be left up to the relevant governing bodies to concern. Thats your call there, all I'm pointing out is the lack of ability for Imperium Citizens to move or travel at will in a Unified National Body that actually is a Nation in a technical sense.

As an additional note, and to the point, the Anagonian Government WILL NOT recognize article One verse Two, wherein it states:

❖ Pictavia and Kiravia remain at all times the artists of all international policy within the Imperium. Should the domestic policies of a member-state contradict the rest of the Imperium to an extreme, the Commonwealth may amend said policy.

As far as Anagonia is concerned, they chose to become one with the Pictish Imperium. Being forced, or asked, into the Silver Imperium would basically PO a lot of People at the fact that they can't govern their policies as they see fit.

Concerning Article two, the Anagonian Government WILL NOT recognize verses Two and Four, which state as follows:

2. ❖ Any engagement in an offensive war against a second party may only include the remainder of the Commonwealth should the Overseer deem necessary, and should said aggressive state require such aid.

4. ❖ Each member state is required to cooperate fully with other Sovereign Imperial Protectorates in the arena of international intelligence. Any agency that discovers information of relevance and/or importance to any other Imperial member must make said information known to the Imperium as a whole immediately.

The reason for this is the fact that Anagonia is an International Super Power. If anyone payed any attention to recent events, Anagonia took action to unify Cripistan. They created a State, which still exists, and then left.

So reasonably, they won't recognize this halt to their policy, as they consider themselves "International Peacekeepers".

Just as my family for six generations has given of itself for the betterment of our nation, we recognize the great sacrifice the Imperium and its members endure to bring prosperity and peace to these lands. To Lord Emperor Havok Agamemnon, The Imperial Drekamythian Empire

Your commitment to the survival of this great civilisation burns brightly, my friend. Without the nations of Anagonia, this Empire would not exist, at least not exist with the security and comfort that Anagonia brings forth. I hope that with your presence in the Imperium, thirty-four billion peoples may sleep soundly at night.

Now drawing light to your concerns, I must convey the following. It was understood when the eight states of Anagonia submitted, they would henceforth be regarded as sovereign protectorates. Sovereign, protectorates. As such, I believe it is soundly within your right to question the laws that govern us all, and indeed represent the greater interest of the Empire. Your concern over the accelerated visa program is noted, and I shall duly amend the charter to include free and open travel between states. Those who wished to suspend said policy of free movement for whatever reason, would be encouraged to grant visa's to other Imperial citizens before that of outsiders.

Article One, Verse Two: Such an entry into the charter undoubtedly requires clarification. Kirav merely holds power over the "western" empire of the Imperium, thus only delegates to the Kiravian Commonwealth. As such, Pictavia remains the sole "international artist" from Pictish Sovereign Protectorate's perspectives. As I said, Anagonia's sovereignty is ensured, and thus policy will not be dictated to by Pictavia. Such action may be reserved for when "policies of a member-state contradict the rest of the Imperium to an extreme", meaning if a member state's foreign policy proved a threat to the rest of the Empire, such as in supporting an enemy economically or militarily. Also, should the state adopt an ideological stance or internal policy unfathomable to Pictavia (such as the genocide of its own people, for example), we will also attempt to stabilize said policy. Rest assured however, that Pictavia will make no attempts to rectify a healthy foreign policy unless said conditions are met.

Article Two, Verses Two and Four: Anagonia will still be fully entitled to enter into any military operation deemed necessary by its sovereign government, as long as said operation does not conflict with the interests of the greater Imperium. Verse two merely states that the remainder of the Empire would only join Anagonia in said action if they requested it, or if Anagonia itself was threatened. We would, however, express our opinion that all member state's of the empire and Imperium should coordinate their intelligence agency's accordingly to maintain the up most efficiency. Also, we believe it is important to share any intelligence uncovered which may threaten another member state, with said state.

I hope I have been able to shed some light on these issues, my friend. Anagonia represents a pillar of the Empire, and as such her interests must be protected. I will take the issue of visa's before Kirav, in the hope that the Kiravian Commonwealth would agree to adopt and Imperial-wide passport program, where each state is granted free-movement into the other.

My Dear Gaius Kadesh,

It pleases and enlightens my burning heart to hear your words of confirmation and duty. Rest assured that the Grand Congress/Senate of the Republic has heard first-hand your reply, and after a short acceptance vote I can assure you all Senators and Representatives are soundly comforted and aware of our policies therein. I can also assure you that with this comfirmation, the People shall hear first-hand, and then it shall go from there. Fear not, for every mind shall know that our Benevolent Emperor Gaius Kadesh has taken our words and respected them with sound thinking and judgment.

I would like to also personally extend assurance that the United Republic has no intentions of compromising the security and integrity of the Silver Imperium by questioning or ridiculing anything set forth in foundation therein. We had our concerns, they were noted and answered, and so we are happy. Our military forces are more than patriotic in protecting the Imperium Realm from all threats, both foreign and domestic, and take heart at your words of deep respect for our contributions.

As a further note I would like to expose a plan of mine to initiate a program to further the security of the Imperium. Anagonia, and the provinces therein, convened in secret to form and found a new Military Branch to watch and oversee the security of this new Realm. While not doing so out of disrespect, we did so in honor of our duty here. The results were more than splendid, I assure you.

To you personally I show the formation of the Draconic Imperium, a new Order that will share Military and Civilian capabilities that will watch and oversee the security of the Internal Silver Imperium. It is not a peacekeeping order, rather one that is called upon by the Imperium when our Military is summoned. The difference is that through this Order we can now fully share our intelligence on anything with every nation in the Imperium, thereby bypassing our Congressional Mandate to secrecy. Such a move was bold, to say the least, but I believe it will turn out for the best.

Rest assured that while a few heads were hot by this news, they came to their senses. Security is universal, and we shall share it with all.

I may note that I am aware that Anagonia does not need the Imperium in order to be strong, as her might is unrivalled throughout the known lands, however I speak of a strength born out of the trust of one's brothers. As I have learned from the little Anagonian I've managed to piece together, it is a strength born out of the gift of unquestionable trust between comrade brethren.
