Up from the thirty-six chambers of death!

No, not the Wu-Tang Clan. This is just my latest attempt to revive my Cold War 2007 RP. It was my first and only successful Earth (before the mods kicked us offsite, of course). Because we're so close to the end of 2007 (and the RP will be starting in 2008), I'm going to call it Cold War 2008. Of course, since somebody else is the root admin of the forum, the board's title will still be Cold War 2007.

The plot is simple: What if the USSR had never collapsed, and the Cold War had continued?

Right now, nothing at all is claimed, since I haven't decided what I want yet. As I'm, in all likelihood going to be tied up with schoolwork at times, so I also need some experienced volunteers to help me run this RP.

If you wish to get in on this, please join the forum below. Anyone who had an account on this forum before doesn't anymore, so you'll have to join again. I won't be adding you if you claim your nation on this thread.

I hope this is the beginning of a great RP.

Right now...not too many. Officially, three, plus the six or so people lurking on the forum right now. I could probably PM the people involved in its last incarnation and get some of them in too, if they haven't already seen this thread.

Ok seeing that the last few posts on the thread are Bumps, its quite inactive aint it? :p

Not actually, the Warsaw Pact and NATO are currently at war and things are really starting to heat up. And today we've had our largest active member to date I do believe. These Bumps symbolize that we are looking for new RPers that can now help change the outcome of this war.

Canada is now free, and we still have many other nations to claim! C'mon, people!
