THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ATATURKEY

As a newly-formed government, the President of Ataturkey, Mustafa Kemal along with the General Chief of Staff Kazim Karabekir have expressed their interest to develop the republic's armed forces in mutual trust and cooperation with other foreign state militaries.

Thus, the new federally-funded military research program, called the Ataturk Institute for Strategic Advancement (AISA) will be established in order to bolster ties with foreign state militaries by coordinating, planning and training of any participating branch of the military with one parallel branch from the The Republic of Ataturkey.

Activities will be supervised by appropriate commissioned officers of both the government of Ataturkey as well as participating nation. A call for 500-800 fighting units from one branch of the military is needed in order to fully participate in the program. Seminars and lectures from leading military strategists from the Ataturk General Staff Department will be held in the mornings, preceding afternoon and evening exercises.

As the Republic of Ataturkey is democratic, secular country, President Kemal and General Karabekir welcome any nation of any region with a commitment to fostering human rights and democracy for all of their respective citizens. Potential applicants must be UN members.
