Official Proclamation from the Empire of the Wolf

Citizens and leaders of the World,

My Empire has suffered much at the hands of weapons of mass destruction. Billions of Atopians and untold millions of Skgorrians and others were killed during the One Day War against the scourge of the Enemy, and I do not wish for any nation to suffer what mine has.

I therefore declare that the Empire of the Wolf is disbanding its Strategic Rocket Forces. This is not a criticism of the brave men and women who have served in their ranks, indeed they brought the Pact of Iron many great victories, but just as we have moved past fascism we must move past strategic weaponry and instead rely on the skill of our Wolf Packs to win us our victories. As such, a great deal of military surplus will become available to those who wish to purchase it, we are accepting inquiries as of now.

I can only hope other nations will follow our example

IC: Given our past relations, The Chancellor wishes to purchase for Osterstatt a bulk of the aforementioned military surplus, having obviously yet to move beyond fascism(if such a thought could even be conceivable!), and quite obviously not beyond the use of weapons of mass destruction.

Each nuclear weapon will cost one million dollars per megaton. We have a range of warheads from 5 to 50 megatons, and launchers are an optional extra. Manuals and technical data are included in the price.
