Due to a recent terrorist plot to assasinate the Wesiskopf Minister of Defense by Al-Qaeda the State of Weiskopf annouces these restrictions against all muslims.

1. All Muslims are barred from entering the state of Weiskopf.

2. All Muslims currently in the State of Weiskopf are required to carry
with them the new goverment issued ID Badge at all times. Such card is
to be prominantly displayed at all times.

3. All Muslims are barred from entering the Weiskopf federal
district.

4. All Muslims are to report to their designated Homeland Security Agent on
a monthly basis at a time and place as instructed.

5. The persons, homes, vehicles, places of business, places of worship of
Muslims are subject to search without a warrant and without cause by
any federal, state or local official at any time.

6. All Muslims are barred from owning or possessing a firearm.

7. Any Muslim found to violate these terms or Any person found assisting a
Muslim in violating these terms is to be declared an enemy combatant
and detained until a time of the Department of Homeland Security's
choosing.

8. If probable cause exists that a Muslim is involved in terrorist activities

1) Not all muslims are terrorists: why discriminate against a whole faith for the sake of a few?
