Recognizing that both The Allied States of The Royal Code and The Holy Empire of Urcea both aim for continued peace and prosperity of their people, and that an alliance would be beneficial to both nations, the two nations have agreed to forge a coalition.
These two great nations will be front of the new Colonial Security Coalition.. Member nations will all be bound by understood Mutual Defense Pacts, and will commit military assistance to each other in times of need.
The CSC’s primary function is the protection of imperial colonies overseas. Each nation may operate under it’s own military guidelines without restriction, and operate under any government type or foreign policy, so long as the mutual defense commitment is upheld. It is understood that the CSC is a military alliance.
