9:00 Ying City, East Ying, Presidents Office
A small man shuffled through the confusion awaiting the opening of the "President's Office", our version of USA's white house. The man flicked his card through the laser, and a small beam of light opened the door and let him through. He moved silently and quickly, the documents he held in his hands were urgent, and could not fall into many of the muggers lurking the allies. He again scanned his card and walked into the building, taking the express elevator to the 198th floor, or as it is more formally known as "The Carnegie Office". He knocked on the door 4 times. The door flashed three lights and quickly slid open. "We have Won" the small man said.
9:06 The Carnegie Office
"We won?!?" The president said in disbelief. "Yes sir, West Ying surrendered on all the battlefronts, and have agreed to give us Go-Chu city back." Replied the small man, or the secretary of Defense. "But what about the eastern and southern fronts, i do not think The Pandlon Islands and Hon-tou-lee will have given up THAT easily..."The president said, again in disbelief. Out side, obviously cheers were being made as "Ko-Jo-Ni-Wat" and "Lo-Ki-No" The surrendering songs of the two alliances of rebel nations East Ying was fighting against. "It is trues that Ming... You speak the truth..." The president whispered in joy. Quickly, Linyo-Ying turned on the T.V. There on the screen, was all the leaders of the rebellion countries, signing the peace treaty with the East Ying Secretary Of War. All with a look of jealousy and anger on their faces. Linyo looked at a map on the HCP (Holographic Computer Processor) The map showed "The Empire of the (East) Ying Democracy". He immediately changed the countries name to "The Republic of Ying". "Leave me Ming, go meet with the Dictator of West Ying, he should be in town..." "Yes sir" The secretary responded. Linyo turned and looked at the map again... Peace was restored to this land of warfare, and more wars would end. He sent out the call to immediately withdraw all foreign aid troops, there would be no more bloodshed for 300 years. He called up his Secretary of Constitution, and asked if he was allowed to make a law to stop all wars for 300 years against this nation. The secretary pondered, then nodded, seeming pleased that his president was back on the safe side. Linyo looked out the window, at once used to be swampland, now an urban paradise. A knock came on his door. He opened it, and there, in front of him was the (previous) Dictator of West Ying. He put a finger to Linyo's lip, as a gesture to be quite. "Congratulations and good luck" He said solemnly, and turned to someone out of Linyo's view. The person brought in a large gift, or so it seemed. The two guests quickly left, very quite, and kind, for someone who just lost a war. The box that the Dictator left Linyo with was very large, about the height of a full grown man. On the HCP, in the peace treaty room, there were many YPU (Ying Protection Units), doing something with forensic equipment, Linyo pondered, then turned it off. Suddenly, a stink came, the stink of dead rats... As Linyo opened the box, he found something the horrified him....
