This is only a sign up thread. So, here ill explain whats going on, and what the thread is about. Some of you might not know me, but Cripistan has been involved in a civil war, genocide, blockaded, and too close to invasion. Recently in one of my threads the President was assassinated. Now, the nation has no leader. It has gone into complete chaos.. So, now Cripistan is a rogue nation with no military, or officials. The point of this thread is that other nation will step in and A.) try to stabilize the nation or B.) surpress the rebels and the claim the nation as a colony, province, state, etc...

Cripistan is a resorce rich nation with a population of almost 700million people, so it wont be easy to conquer, but if someone does, it could be very useful. So anybody interested just sign up, and I hope to get the actual thread up ASAP.

The Totalitarian State will probably try too carve its own piece out of a coastal area with a major oil field.

Vetalia is going to carve out its own piece along with Red Tide. Our armed forces need some practice and our elite are looking for a new position to rise in the government ranks. so naturally it's going to be a goal to create another pin on the map of the Vetalian Empire. Viceroy of Vetalian Cripistan, perhaps. A rich, densely populated enclave and military base for operations in the area.

Our forces will work hard to liberate your country from the rebels that occupy it, and we will work hard to A) stabalize your economy, and get the country up and running, and B) Help the government with any funding issues that occur, during or 1 year after the process. Our nation is always looking for someone who needs help, and is happy to do it!

The rebel groups are just by different regions. Mainly they believe their customs are the right way, religios, spiritual, after life etc..
They are pretty strong considering they are armed with the former militarys weapons.

No the "new government" surrendered, but they could not restore order after many groups began battling.

I really don't know. Send as many as you see fit. Like I said before, these are rebels who are unpredictable. They could be fighting eachother, then join together to fight someone else, then go back to fighting eachother.

That would make things a lot more interesting. You could just got to the "Divided Cripistan" thread and RP them rendevouzing with a rebel group, then helping them

Isn't Cripistan still blockaded by Zoingo, Yanitaria, Orbath, and Stoklomolvi?

(none of my ships left, BTW nobody has posted anything in any of the recent threads, im not going to wait for you all to get on and see "we leave" when we have no government to represent Cripistan)

The Republic of Preft would like to show support for a rebel group in the Eastern region of Cripistan. Their only major military base is positioned to control the harbor called Harbor of The Wind. The group call themselves the Guardians. The Republic of Preft will provide food and munitions as well as military advice to The Guardians.

I am trying to make my post atleast well written and long in order to make sure I add to the story line appropriately. I understand that we all need to interact but I think that we should read the post that people make especially the posts that we are interacting with.

This is too funny. Why should anybody allow you to interven now? If i remember correctly, while i was inactive(my computer was getting fixed) you and your allies blockaded me, right? Read my last post on the other thread. I noted it was a Village Near Harbor of the Wind, and that, like you said, one soldier wasnt at that village. I read it, and fixed up the storyline.

Cripistan, we planned the blockade before you left, and after you left we put the plan into action. If you looked at the timestamps, it would be quite obvious that we left the thread idle due to your inactivity.

This is a huge mess.

We have an unofficial action that wouldn't have shown up on international radar screens etc. Take the "meeting" the rebels had with our government as preparation for the rebellion. The blockading powers can say they shot down my planes.

You couldn't even have had the meeting. We would have shot down your government plane if you did not respond after one warning. So, this whole thread is a great big mess.

To say that three nations could actively and appropriately blockade a continent is extreme god mod. I mean it takes a fleet to blockade one port much less all the coastlines, ports, and harbors. Admittedly the bigger navies would have been notticed and forced to have some sort of interaction with your blockade but a individual plane could have easily been overlooked. Also I planned my interaction with my rebels in a harbor that has so far been used by villagers to fish and more than likely have only dirt roads traversing jungles and mountains, which would have been considered a poor invasion point and left lightly blockaded/patroled which would allow cargo ships to get through of course now that my actions have been viewed by another nation it would signal your navys to the area destroying my one of my two cargo ships on their way.

Preft and Lost Hills dont even worry about it. I posted the thread where he supposedly "blockaded" me in the Divided Cripistan thread. If you go to page 13, my last post was before they sent ships to blockade me, or even talked about it.

We TG'ed each other about it. You can ask The Beatus. Also, your country is not a continent; they're different things. Unless your island is somehow hundreds and hundreds of kilometres across, then three nations providing ships to blockade is not that hard.

I kind of like what Lost Hills is doing, so if it's alright, I, too, would like to support a rebel faction.

Ok so its not a continent but an island capable of holding 700 million people has to be pretty large right? Also from the sound of it Cripistan is semi industrial with a lot of villages rather than large cities, although I admit that there are large cities on this island. It being a combination of villages and cities mean that the amount of sprall that Cripistan would have to have would be enormous. Meaning that the amount of area needed to hold 700 million people with enough area to still have large amounts of forest and landscapes not covered by high rise hotels it would have to be pretty large. I'm just thinking from what I know. I personally think that 3 nations would spend their whole military budget on an action of this sort and still it would not be all encompassing so that they would catch a plane.

Hint: UAV, RADAR, and SATELLITES. Also, there are many nations in NS that are smaller than France and have populations of several billion. They can build upwards rather than sprawl all over the place. Also, how would YOU know exactly what Cripistan is like? Have you been the one to have suffered the deaths of soldiers and ambassadors who have been sent to Cripistan?

What is the geography of Cripistan like? Rivers, forests, plains, deserts, major mountain ranges, etc?

You could compare the landscape to Africa. Desert in center/north. Jungles mixed around. Rivers- small rivers throughout nation. Mountains in northwest, and east coast. I have map here

it starts you out on 8th page i think.

Someone posted that in a faulty manner (you can see it lists the real dimensions of the image in the bottom). I used to use those sorts of image sites, but now I just use maj.com. To get the proper size, just ask the original poster to repost it using a different engine, such as the one you used.
