(OOC: Why not get in on the game eh?)
Introduction

Started in 1987 to accomodate the increasing amounts of supplies brought into New Zevkhay, before the construction of the more successful Freedom and Peace Airports.

After extensive renovation following a fire that drove out all of the former airlines, the airport is now ready to accept foreign interests.

Facilities Available

There are 3 terminals at Pire'Zevk airpark. Each consists of two concourse areas, leading each to 20 gates.

The airpark has 2 main runways, one used for departures and the other for arrivals.
The airpark also has numerous hangers for private loan, as well as a large fuel depot and repair bay. The entire site is linked to the maglev and monorail network, and is directly off the Outer Zevkhay Ringroad, over in the Old Zevkhay sector.

The thing that makes the airpark unique to many other airports around the world are its facilites for airships. There are 3 800-metre long x 200 metre wide airship hangers for lease, and five landing areas for airships up to 1000 metes long. There is also a large hydrogen/helium plant nearby for the supply of lifting gas and fuel.

Dear Memebers of Zevkhay Pire'Zevk Airpark,

We at Confederate Airlines, or ConAir would like to purchase Terminal 3 in its entirety, including all gates and concourses. Confederate Airlines has been seeking expansion in the world, and sees this as a good opportunity.

Thank You,

Julius Bluebar, CEO, Confederate Airlines

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear ZPA Owner,

We wish to enquire about the puchase of airship hanger two, as well as use of the airship landing bay. The Confederate Airship Company is one of the oldest airship transportation firms in the world, and has been operating within the Blackhelm Confederacy since the 19th century, when the airship was discovered in our humble nation. Today, we would like to branch out, and hopefully this deal will bring our nations closer together.

Sincerely,

Flavius Whiterod, President & CEO, Confederate Airship Company

To Whom it May Concern,

The Griffincrest Corporation wishes to procure a cargo hanger here in this airport. It is going to be used as a place for our pilots to land and rest, but it could see future use should we strike a business deal between Alfegos and Griffincrest.

For more information about procuring a business contract with the Corporation, please contact Jack Phoenixclaw.
Signed,

Claudius Griffincrest, CEO, Griffincrest Oil Incorporated

RE: Purchase of Terminal 3

Thankyou for your purchase: we calculate that purchasing the entirity of terminal 3 will cost you Æ6 million. Thankyou for your purchase.

RE: Airship usage

The cost of a single airship hanger, each of which measures 800m by 200m by 100m, is Æ1.8 million. The airship hanger does not come outfitted with any equipment except for a floor-track system for hydraulic clamps that hold the airships, thus allowing for the airship to be held stationary.

As for airship use, we can work either by each of your pilots carrying the cash for payments for services for every landing here, or you can pay up fromt for the estimated number of airships landing there each year, including the estimated number of refuels, gas refills and minor repairs per year. We allow a margin of 5%, so if you overexceed your estimate you are entitled to pay extra, while if your estimate is underexceeding you are refunded.

Until you confirm your purchase, we will not record you as having purchased any of the mentioned above in this section.

RE: Cargo holding area

Your purchase of the area is accepted. Each area is a covered area of about 8000 square metres. The cost is Æ200 000.

RE: Business contract

Alfegos would be interested in striking a business contract with Griffoncrest oil. We would be interested in the terms of such a deal, but believe that it will likely be beneficial.

Dear Memebers of Zevkhay Pire'Zevk Airpark,

This is acceptable. We thank you for the terminal, and the appropriate funds have been wired.

Sincerely,

Julius Bluebar, CEO, Confederate Airlines

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear ZPA Owner,

We will expect about one hundred airships landing per year, with a similar number of refuels. Anything additional will be paid for up front by the pilot of the airships.

About the equipment, we had intended to place our own equipment in the hanger anyway, so this is ok.

Signed,

Flavius Whiterod, President & CEO, Confederate Airship Company

To Whom it May Concern,

We would first and foremost like to thank you for selecting Griffincrest as your oil supplier, and would also like to thank you for use of the cargo hanger.

The Griffincrest Corporation is able to seel Alfegos oil for the very low price of $45 a barrel. This price is near impossible to beat by any other firm in the world, and is only made possible because of Griffincrests aggressive marketing campaigns. Griffincrest also manufactures platinum, rubber, and natural gas, and contracts for those products can also be arranged if necessary.

Griffincrest is also always looking to purchase any oil fields available. We are willing to pay handsomely for any oil fields Alfegos is willing to sell, and we will in turn deliver a portion of profits back to Alfegos.

Signed,

Jack Phoenixclaw, Chairman, Griffincrest Board of Directors

Thankyou: you have been allocated hanger two. We will charge your account Æ5000 for annual flights, and Æ1.8 million for the hanger itself.

_____________________________________

Oil wise, Alfegos consumes on average 600 million barrels of crude oil per year. As a result, the massive oilfied that covers a large area of Milkavich province produces excessive amounts of oil: that being 527% of its annual needs. Of the 2.5 billion barrels of oil produced in excess, 78% is currently exported. The other 12% produced in the colony of New Alfegos currently is stockpiled.

We would not be willing to sell any oilfields, but would be willing to export all spare crude oil to your company. We currently have a cost of about $65 per barrel, which is in place to help the country to wean itself off of oil, with it projected to need only 250 million barrels a year by 2012 and only 40 million a year by the year 2032.

As a result, while we are currently not willing to sell oil fields or purchase oil from your corperation, we are willing to sell oil to you, with a potential for oil field sales and for a much, much larger supplier of oil per year in the mid-to-long term.

Name your price for us selling oil to your nation.

________________________________________

Import-wise, we are interested in your offers for the sale of platinum, and are curious about the sales of Lead and Tungsten: we only produce 52% of our nation's demand in platinum, with the rest imported at a price of $65 per gram, an outrageous price in our eyes.

As for lead and Tungsten, we only produce 71% of our lead requirement and 69% of our tungsten requirement, with an import cost of $2.5/kg for lead and $5/kg for tungsten.

We can most certainly help your natipn in the platinum situation. Griffincrest Oil Incorporated seels platinum for the price of only $35 per ounce. The platinum comes from a mine in Siap, and can be either flown directly into Zevkhay Pire'Zevk Airpark, or can be brought in be ship to a port designated by your government.

Unfortunatly, Griffincrest does not currently have lead or tungsten deposits from which to draw from, and so are unable to supply Alfegos with those goods.

Thankyou: we believe that flying the platinum in will be the best method, especially with security issues making themselves present. You can fly in to either Pire'zevk airpark or to Freedom International.

We apologise for your inconvenience, but due to poor updating we were unable to show that airship hanger 2 is already taken.

Please select one company to purchase the airship hanger.
