The State of Monavia
14-11-2007, 01:35
After receiving many communications from foreign nations, the Monavian Government sent out the following message to nations that had decided to open up diplomatic relations.
To the Governments of:
The Principality of Kurona
Stoklomolvi
United Socialist States of New Brittonia
Republic of Shiloba
Bhreatain Mhor
The Monavian government has expressed a desire for a diplomatic summit to take place regarding the formalization of relations between our nations. The summit is scheduled to take place starting January 2008, giving you sufficient time to prepare for this meeting.
As I cannot attend due to an important diplomatic conference with the government of the Salisbrugic Domain of Cotenshire, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs will attrend in my stead. Should the conference end in time for me to return before the summit, along with the King, Queen, and Chief Ambassador, we may all be able to attend the proceedings.
The purpose of this summit is to formalize relations that have been unofficially established between our nations.
Signed,
The Right Honorable Frank Carter
Minister of Foreign Affairs
