By the Tuhran Bel;
The Centralized Mountain States of Snefaldia, in the interests of international cooperation and the advancement of global knowledge, has through the highest Tuhran Bel extended an invitation to varied nations of the world to dispatch delegates to Snefaldia for a celebration, to be held in the capital city of Sargedain.
We request interested nations compose a delegation of no more than two people, preferably in goverment, to attend the festivities in Sargedain, which will be inaugurated by a fête held in the Hall of the Tuhran Bel.
The Bel looks forward to the great exchanges to be had, and hopes the nations of the world take in what Snefaldia has to offer.
OOC: A party in Sargedain, basically. Groups should be two important folks (you can have bodyguards, aides, etc, but two named characters are necessary). Mostly going to be a meet/greet, with dinner, and then a festival in Sargedain the next day.
