Nova 12th 1032 CSE(Common Space Era*)

The day was still young and the fresh smell of breakfast and flowers from the palaces in the area filled the air. Today was going to be sunny and warm no news needed to report the weather because the planet was kept just about the same there would be some rain but not to much.
In the Council of Worlds building and important issue was being put to the floor the outer worlds had put up a resolution that would call for the reorganization of the government and the building of 2 new councils called The Council of Inner Worlds and The Council of Outer Worlds. The Inner worlds felt that this would weaken the government and felt that if it ain't broke don't fix it.
All the planets Representatives were there each with there own uniform on which stated which planet they where from the Reps from the Inner Planets all had a bright yellow sun on it which represented the wealth that a lot of the Inner Planets had and the Outer Planets all had the symbol of a Space Ship on there the space ship was the "Wasua" Which was the first ship sent out from the Capital Planet.
The Outer Planets Representatives all gave similar speeches but the one from the Planet Arnor was the last one to speak
" I am here to day fellow councilmen to tell you that with great importance that the outer worlds are allowed to have there own council because we are all alone out in the black space because the outer planets have different problems than that of the Inner Worlds and this council is already slow at getting any resolution passed. I fine this to be a sad day when we can not get things passed as quickly as we need to, the other outer planets are ready to go to war if need be in order to prove this point."
The Inner Planets Representatives where all shocked by this and decided that they would have to consider the possibility that the empire could enter the first Civil War ever and that the Inner Planets decide to only have one member speak from the trading world of Ateramark. "I understand the need for the government to be quicker at getting things done but or civilization has survived under this way for over 1000 years and you want us to slow it down even more by having 2 councils. I believe that me and my friend from the planet of Arnor can create a resolution that both sides will agree with."

The 9 of the Outer Worlds leave the Council when no resolution was put forward and form a new government called the New Soviet Leaders Federation(NSLF) and then declared war on Soviet leaders by attacking the Civilian Carrier MAnta killing all on board. The Council of Worlds was Dissolved into the Soviet Council and now there was only one council in Soviet Leaders instead of the 8 councils. The SNF(Soviet Naval Fleet) sent 12 Small Class Battleships to protect the planet Arnor the only outer world not to leave the council and also the only one not to vote for war with its once allies.
* Common Space Era is 1CSE=13 Earth years and the common Space Era is from when we colonized our outer planets in our solar system and any other planets.
