The M997-08 is our very first hybrid and we are very glad to introduce its likeness to our ranks. With the additional armor (can defeat up to 15mm) and a monocoque hull the weight was considerable and the hybrid engines were underpowered. With the introduction of the Hybrid Super V we were able to increase HP without increasing the size or the weight of the engine, thus, we conquered the hybrid barrier. The M997-08 is a heavily armored and armed vehicle with endless capabilities. With a 4+21 configuration, Roof Ringmount for weapons systems, run-flat tires, and a scrambled communications array, this monster-mobile is the pinnacle of rapid combat deployment.

With armor defeating up to 15mm rounds it is unstoppable by small arms.

Coupling small size with the near-silence of a hybrid engine the enemy will not even notice you are in the area. It comes standard with RiLiable Super Power Steering, Suspension, and Wheel Kit (Extreme Off-Roading Package), and higher clearance. With a driver and gunner/navigator configuration, Roof Ringmount for weapons systems, run-flat tires, and a scrambled communications array. We are a proud supporters of Green Diesel (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultra-low_sulfur_diesel). We are always looking into better economical, and environmentally sound break-throughs.

Cross Trucking Company's trucks are a fictionalized version of International Truck and Engine Corporation's trucks and are by no means trying to profit from or alienate International Truck and Engine Corporation.
However I did design everything other then the chassis itself. This is a storefront not a critique of my imagination. If you have a problem with the fact that I actually went out of my way to design something other then reselling existing equipment then please TG me. I will not be attacked for putting forth my effort and time.

OOC: Question, are any of these hybrids?

They all run on Green Diesel, but if requested they can be made into hybrids. However, the technology is not great for trucks yet, so there is a slight loss in hauling capacity, and off-road capability. But Cross Trucking is always trying to stay on the cutting edge of technology so hybrids are available upon custom request.

The hybrid model, as we mentioned before will slightly dampen the performance of the M147-07s, but here at Cross Trucks we hold ourselves to such a high standard that these trucks should more then fulfill your every need. If you decide to return and do business with us again we would love to extend a 10% discount to you. We understand that as Cross Trucks first international customer you are wary of our products, but as you use our trucks I am sure you will be 100% satisfied.

If you can design a truck that is on par with, or exceeds the specifications of the M35A1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M35A1), and includes a winch, compatibility with the various mods (like cranes), preferably with a 60%+ parts compatibility rate (although this last request is optional), the USSY would be glad to order 125,000 of them.

To our dear friends in Yanitaria,
We have taken your order under consideration. Our custom body shop designers are very interested in your idea, but need more information to go off of. They are think of using the M583-07 (Super-Duty) chassis. Are you looking for an armored version, or a standard covering? How many soldiers would you like to fit in the truck? Will their be a gun mount? Will it be used for multi-purpose roles (towing, as well as hauling)? Please let us know and we will begin to construct your custom order. We will try to maintain a 90% parts compatibility, but we need to know what vehicle you use already so as to use only those parts.

OOC: Just checked the wikipedia M35A1 and even my smaller trucks out perform it. The M583-07 model chassis far exceeds the M35A1.
Bed Size: M35A1: 3.6m M583-07: 5M
Engine: M35A1: 134 HP/330 ft-lb M583-07: 550 HP/1850 lb-ft
Fuel Tank: M35A1:50 M583-07: 100
Hauling Capacity: M35A1:Medium Duty M583-07: Super-Duty
The only thing that the M35A1 offers that the M583-07 does not is the multi-fuel engine, which we can make, and a winch. These amendments are easily made and we hope to far exceed your expectations for this new concept.

Stoklomolvi would like to purchase exactly 1,250,000 CTC Dump-trucks. That is, exactly 1.25 million dump-trucks, and we will wire 200,000,000,000 Universal Standard Dollars for our purchase; this price includes sales tax and shipping. You may keep all extra money. The purpose of these dump-trucks is for the excavation of coal out of a recent discovery in a cave around three miles below the earth's surface; the ramp leading downwards is around twenty miles long, and the massive amount of coal is to be stored in the warehouses around Vladistov. We will be sending 300 tons of coal to you if you approve of this deal. Also, the coal is high quality hard coal, and as such will not pollute as much as soft coal.

Dear Grigor Aleksandrovich Stuyonovich,
We have just received your order and are astounded, yet excited. We are short 1 million trucks but we shall send the 250,000 that we have in stock and will ship the rest as they are produced. In all you should have the complete order within the NS year. Your very generous monetary payment is very readily accepted, as well as your offer for coal. However, the total cost of your order only amounts to $80billion, and with the offer of coal we find ourselves hard pressed to accept such a generous offer for fear that it might be a miscalculation. However, if this is not a miscalculation we are always open to investment.

To,
Charles Warden,
CEO Cross Trucking Company,

We need a heavy troop transport, capable of transporting 20 fully geared soldiers through rough jungle terrain cross country. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just something covering the passenger area, and an easy way for all troops to exit quickly. Also would like it to get at least 75mph on roads. We don't care about fuel efficiency or emissions and do not wish anything that will cost extra to lower these things. We hope you can come up with a working design.

To the Cross Trucking Company:

We are looking for something with at least a 14.5mm heavy machine gun mounted on top (we will settle for an electronic mount, and will provide our own machine guns), a multi-fuel engine, standard armoured cab and bed, capable of withstanding 14.5mm armour piercing rounds, a standard electric winch, a removable shelf mounting so that double the number of troops can be accommodated, and so that it can be removed in case the truck must go through a tunnel.

We would also like self sealing tires, firing ports, and an easily removable cover bikini cover to protect against grenades being thrown over the top. We would also like a V-shaped monocoque welded steel hull and high suspension to protect against land mines (as seen in the RG-31 personnel carrier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RG-31)).

We also require that it go at a top speed of 75mph on road, and have at least a 10,000+ cargo capacity.

We realize this is a tough order, and so time is not of the essence. However, we would like to up the order to 200,000. Price is no issue, due to a deal with New Brittonian banks, which allow us to take out loans up to $100,000,000,000 USD. On top of that, we can add up to $70,000,000,000 from our "Government Waste" fund.

We are also willing to sacrifice price and any speed or hauling power overthe specified amount for a reduction in emissions. We would like the vehicle to be as eco-friendly as possible.

We can offer the M443-07 Military Transport, the newest addition to our military production line. It sits 20 fully geared soldiers with a drop hatch at the end of the bed for easy entry and exit. It is only offered in soft top at the moment, but it can reach speeds of 85mph on open roads.

OOC: The hull is what is going to kill me. I've been able to get away with the same chassis so far. This could take quite a bit of time, especailly because I cannot post this in LineArt. Ok, I'll try, but give me time to experiment.

B.) Needs to go far on a tank of gas, don't care about environmentally friendly improvements, especially if they will affect poorly on performance and range.
C.) Needs to have storage for medical equipment and power sources for electronic equipment
D.) Would greatly prefer a smooth ride on even the roughest terrain, as it is better on the patient.
E.) Want a vehicle that can make it to even the toughest locations, with high ground clearance and the ability to ford deep water
F.) Needs to accommodate a standard stretcher in the rear compartment, with room to preform field medical treatment.

We hope you can meet these requirements, also there should be room in the front for only two people on of them the driver as we will not use the extra passenger room and will look on it as a waste.

After various testing in the field, the nation of Orbath has found your vehicles quite effective. We have come up with ideas for new trucks. We ask if you decide to use these, you credit the idea to us and give us production rights.

Widened Bed M443 -07 Infantry Carrier

Sandbags are placed along front and sides of bed to protect from small arms fire and shrapnel. In urban settings, bolt on mesh armor is added around the truck.

Soldiers lay in the bed, allowing them to be well protected and give them all the ability to return fire against enemies.

A machine gun or grenade launcher mounted on the cab. This allows a soldier the ability to engage enemies in front of the truck.

Mounted machine guns or grenade launchers along the sides of the bed allow to engage enemies from the side.

The rear machine gun allows soldiers to engage enemies from the rear.

Although the trucks are too lightly armored to contend against tanks and armored vehicles, they prove especially effective against infantry and are quite effective in convoys.

M443-07 Component Bed - Weapons Platform

This truck features two mounts on the cab for machine guns, grenade launchers or even miniguns.

This truck features numerous mounts along the sides, normally no more than three depending on the weapon.

If some of the outside mounts were removed, an 81mm mortar would fit in the middle. With a widened bed, it would still fit with the mounts. The shocks would need to be upgraded for the mortar though and it would need to be placed as close to the cab as possible.

The rear could feature 2 mounts for machine guns or grenade launchers.

These are my ideas for trucks you could design. I also have ideas for upgrades.

- camera attachments to allow for remote firing of weapons.

- Smoke distributing system.

- calf catcher for urban areas or riots.

- trailer attachments

Please note that one of the "I hate these trucks" selections was one of mine. It was accidental and I reviewed the trucks at the time. They are worth the cost, reliable, and I would gladly use them for my Military as a more cost-effective resource for my troops than normal transportation vehicles. Mainly because of fuel costs and the ability to transfer engines to different styles of fuel consumption, namely hydrogen.

So please, reconsider and buy these products. I'm not sure I am welcome here considering my mistake was reviewed and I had a rather unpleasent message. I deserved it, of course, but this NS Player deserves to be recognized.

The product pictures seem to be direct copy-and-pastes of american international company trucks. If not, they are very very very closely based on. Draw own.

OOC: Sent you a TG, I posted that the chassis are all fictionalized versions of International trucks at the very beginning of the first post. It is better then other NS companies who just steal pictures of real cars and sell them as their own. I am not claiming to be the most inventive, but my spin-offs carry their own charm and utility. Also I find it hypocritical that you berate me for my lack of ingenuity and then propose to buy some stock in the next post. I have no problem selling the stock to you but a little continuity would be nice.

In addition the RGMD will purchase a Heavy Duty Long-Haul Military Rig for any amount you decide.

In addition we would like a truck designed after this (http://www.fas.org/man/dod-101/sys/land/lav-300.htm) with standard gun or turret stationed on back. Any amount you wish.

I understand the constraints and will gladly offer more USD's for any inconvenience.

Dear Charles,

We have committed much research over the past week. Attached to this document with a paper-clip is one envelope and one transcript from the Stoklomolvi Research Institute at Vladistov. Your men discovered a flaw in our engine design, which was a faulty valve design. However, it faltered at the end, though we did have time to deactivate it, unlike last time. We thank you.

Regards,
Grigor

Dear Grigor,
We are delighted to hear that our mechanics have been of service to you. It is perplexing however that a successful design alludes you. Whatever resources you need please alert me. I have a personal, and business, interest in the completion of this idea, so I will be following you progress with baited breathe.

We would also like a V-shaped monocoque welded steel hull and high suspension to protect against land mines

To Whom It May Concern,
My expert team of custom mechanics have finally finished an order that suits your needs. The M700-07 is a feat that we are very proud of and we hope that you will enjoy them too. They are very versatile and dynamic and they can really kick ass when the time comes.

-A V-Shaped Monocoque Hull
-High Suspension
-Self Sealing Tires
-Firing Ports
-An Electric Winch
-Multi Fuel Engine
-Armored Cab and Bed (Can Defeat 15mm projectiles)
-A Swiveling Gun Mount

(I could not figure out how to do the whole shelfing mount, I have never seen it, and I can not find it online)

-A Second Swiveling Gun Mount
-A KrissCross Hybrid Super V Engine (Our first standard hybrid to not be underpowered!)

Grigor!
This is great news! Is there a way to possibly store that energy in cells, so can be used in automobiles? Obviously the actual reactor is to big at this point, but if a refueling station charged cells and then sold them, or re-charged old cells then I think it could hold us over until the actual fusion (or is it fission) engine is perfected.

From the Republic Military Services Division

Until the time comes when our own personal designs are made avaliable, we have found a variant that suits our needs. Currently we are in dire need of a multi-role Troop Transport that can do just about anything. The M443-07 Military Transport fits these needs nicely. Without being too large, or too small, we believe we can handle this.

We will offer $500 Million Denars, transfered into Universal Standard Dollars, for the production rights so as we can begin construction on these new vehicles right away. Our offer will go up to $1 Billion Denars, transfered into Universal Standard Dollars, but no further. As we wait for our own designs to be complete, and be able to pay in full, we believe this design will assist our combat transport and infantry support needs nicely.

All we need is the information for the variants of the design so as we can begin immediately. It will be up to you, in the end. If not, we will purchase 120,000 of these units alone, with each 50,000 being of the troop carrier, crane, wrecker, component bed variant.

OOC: Thank you. I have left the armaments up to you guys, but I have been thinking of taking my Monocoque line into a more aggressive role (aka machine guns, rocket launchers, missile launchers, turrets). But I am still researching the idea. The biggest problem is ballistics. I do not want to draw something that is not feasible. I pride myself in making realistic guns and trucks.

To Charles Warden,

We have a very special request. We wish you to design and produce a hearse, fit for a king. It does not need to be durable, for it will be used only once, but we would like it not to corrode or otherwise deteriorate over time, as we wish to preserve it forever. This hearse will be used to transport the body of His Holiness, Edwardo Listless, across town from the Monastery where the service will be, to the graveyard where he will be buried. We hope you can meet our needs. We wish it to be large, and well decorated, it need not go more than 5 mph, as we do not expect it to need to move faster than that, although it must have enough fuel to make it 20 mile from the monastery to the graveyard. We wish it to be black, and to have a lot of chrome on it. As per Edwardo's last wishes, we would prefer if it was bulletproof, and had tinted windows. Finally, we do not wish the precession to be marred by filthy exhaust so if you could reduce that as much as possible, that would be helpful. Money is not a problem, but we do need it to be in our nation before the 1st of January.
