We of the Oppressed Peoples of Siberian Natives hereby issue a declaration of war on the nation of Stoklomolvi. They have oppressed our people for generations by forcing us to work in their horrible pollution spewing factories and their massive collective farms. Stoklomolvi has committed numerous human rights violations, such as the killing of those who have committed "wrongdoings", such as the so-called "theft" of items from people in order to stay alive. A list of human rights violations is below.


Blockading Cripistan, which was serving to protect its own interests by eliminating dissenters in its nation;
Aiding nations such as the Theocracy of the Beatus, which is ruled by the Church; divine intervention is frowned upon by the people of Siberian Natives;
Aiding nations such as the Empire of Tamadragit, which was invaded by Terre Nationale for the purpose of obtaining only a little bit more land;
Aiding nations such as the Free Land of Orbath, which aided the oppressive government of Thestan in the war against the rebels;
Aiding nations such as the United States of Zoingo, which aided the nation of Belkaros against the nation of Fortitor, which clearly stated it was exercising its military might
Aiding nations such as the Holy Empire of the New True Cross, which oppressed an uprising by a group that gained innumerable supporters and was actually successful enough to overthrow the so-called "legitimate" government


Thus, for the above reasons, as well as for the previously aforementioned reason about the oppressing of our peoples by forcing us to work against or wills in Stoklomolvi factories, the Oppressed Peoples of Siberian Natives hereby declares that a state of war exists between the Communist Dominion of Stoklomolvi and the Oppressed Peoples of Siberian Natives. This declaration has been ratified by the entirety of the Siberian Natives Council of Foreign Affairs. Signatures have been left out due to crudity and illegibility.

Official Government Message:

We hereby order the nation of Siberian Natives to stand down. We would like for them to provide proof of their accusations.

1) The Blockade of Cripistan was to help ensure that Cripistan did not kill any more people. It is also to ensure that Cripistan was not able to invade Kuur, a nation that has never even interacted with Cripistan.

2) The Theocracy of Beatus has been shown to only show good ideals in international matters. The fact that it is ruled by the church does not make it an ''evil'' nation.

3) For three we can not speak on, as we do not know about this conflict.

4) The nation of Orbath aided the former government in an attempt to regain control over a nation that was rightfully theirs. The new government showed that it was unstable, unwanted by its people and it committed human rights abuses.

5) The nation of Fortinor has shown itself to be highly militaristic, lashing out against surrounding nation. The nation of Stoklomolvi is not just aiding Zoingo, but rather a large group of nations, including myself, in preventing further problems.

6) Once again, this situation can not be commented on as we know nothing of it.

These reasons are false rumors and are pathetic. In any event Stoklomolvi has participated in with Orbath, it has shown that it stands up for the side of good. These accusations are also a stain on Orbath and must be withdrawn. I urge nations of the world too look into these conflicts and see for yourselves what is really happening. I am attaching a dossier containing information on conflicts Stoklomolvi and Orbath have participated in, including one not listed by Siberian Natives. We also offer nations the chance to interview military commanders currently involved in these operations, although, due to the fact that the areas are unstable it will have to be done over video phone. I also invite those who allege wrongdoing to join the President of Orbath himself in discussing these matters.

Furthermore, if any action is taken against the nation of Stoklomolvi, it will be repelled by the nation of Orbath. Stoklomolvi has the full backing of the nation of Orbath.

A modified chopper flew high above the surface of the sea: this was a
XSH-T1, the Alfegos government's payment to the AUM for this and a few other "favours". Onboard were 8 men, each armed not with an AK-47 but a customised AF-07D, with silencers, laser sights, underbarrel grenade launchers; the works, to be honest. Each man was a hardened member of the organisation that the government had come to a compromise: with them stopped from any harming of Alfegosian people, the homeland, or Alfegos interests, they were allowed to roam almost free in their trade of arms and drugs.

The head of the men was well-built, in civlian clothes like the rest. He had a large pistol, a modified AF-12 Special, with a notch in the barrel for each of his assignments. There were 23 such notches.

The helicopter was soon out of the protection range of Alfegos, so switched to a more camoflauged mode, the ECM systems onboard masking the entire craft from electronic detecion, or messing around with the systems of anything interested in it, making it seem a hundred miles away from where it was. And the RADAR profile made it look like a solitary bird. So, a good way of dropping the men into the foreign country to carry out their task of colelcting data, followed by a couple of possible "terrorist" incidents, from car bombings to electricity disconnection.

They were almost there. Time to strip their weapons, barely carbines, down into a quickly-assembled bundles near a foot long, which were then dumped into tracsuit bags, inside a special bag. Then the pistols, most automatic, were hidden. Finally, any of the more sensitive stuff was dropped into electromagnetically insulated bags, to stop any alrms being set off, just like the rifles.

They were now ready to be dropped off away from civilisation, and to make their way into the capital, where anyh information could be gleaned for use against the enemy, or to help pinpoint attacks.

We disagree with every one of your points. We have perfectly justified reasons for each of your supposed "evils" that we have committed, and we will state them now. However, seeing as to how Orbath has explained most quite thoroughly, we will expand on "points" three and six.

Terre Nationale invaded Tamadragit; seeing as to how a mutual protection pact was signed with Tamadragit long ago, we were obliged to aid in the defence of Tamadragit. Hence, we declared war on Terre Nationale and invaded. It was part of a previous agreement.

The New True Cross was taken over by a hostile government that committed genocides, and attempted to rid the country of all non-Puritans. They also threatened our foreign ambassadors. Hence, we sent a contingent of peacekeepers for protect all foreigners from these marauding murderers.

On the note about forcing you to work in our factories, this is completely untrue. We have never forced you to work in our factories; in fact, your people emigrated to escape your use of torture and low wages. Also, our factories spew out water, which can be considered "pollution"; our factories also spew out carbon dioxide, which is then used to allow photosynthesis in the industrial gardens. About collective farms, it is true that we do use collective farming techniques, it is only to speed up the production of agricultural material. We have not forced any Siberian Natives to work in these farms; they emigrated and decided to work in our farms, since your farms were always raided by "government" forces to steal all of the goods, which we have observed with UAV.

We thank the nation of Orbath for their support, and a certain another nation which we shall not name has also given us support as well. As such, if you do not cease and desist within one hour we shall eliminate you and your pathetic country.

The helicopter dropped altitude to very low, using an advanced mapping software to plot a route avoiding all population centres and government positions, that lit up like christmas lights on the threat-mapping program.

Soon, it was near its destination: an open field near a small road. The helicopter did not let the rotors slow as it touched down, whipping up a strong wind as the 8 men lept out, followed by their kit. Two then jumped in again, to take out a3 large wooden camoflauged crates, that contained an emergancy transmitter, supplies and extra ammunition. An ideal forward command position supply kit.

The helicopter took off and flew quickly away back to the nearest patch of Alfegos-owned land. The men soon hid the crates amongst thick foliage, burying them under a DPM poncho that was then covered over with grass and twigs.

The men then got ready to commandeer their transport on the edge of the road. The rest of the men hid on the edge of the road, weapons ready, while the squad leader stood to the roadside, waiting for a vehicle to come.

"Are they indeed?" The president was speaking now not to the Consul, but to an official from the Foreign Ministry.

"Yes, they are giving a one hour ultimatum."

"Tell them to desist. We have made sure they know through the correct channels that they are not standing alone, but don't want them to commit to all-out war."

A minute later, once the official had left the office, and the door had been sealed, the president recorded a voice message to the other nation's leader.

"You know of our arrangement, Stoklomovi leader, but I tell you that war of military might is not what you want. A war of terror and economy is what we want. At the loss of fewer lives, and at a much smaller cost our operatives, once they have finished gathering preliminary evidence in the nation, have been ordered to start a war of terror against them. The removal of infastructure, power, communications and the implementation of fear shall destroy them, and you shall not have to invade another country.

Once we have finished with them, we can tell you that they will be begging to become an enclave of your nation.

Remember that you owe us a favour now."

The message was encrypted using the shared quantum entanglement key and data read program, and then sent via a secure satellite connection to the Stoklomovi government. It would hopefull have the desired effect.

"Sir! Come over here! Look at that!"

A sniper, holding a Dragunov, lied prone on the yellowing grass as a man clad in a bluish uniform came running towards him. The officer dived towards the sniper, and in a moment both were staring at the foreign troops that had somehow managed to land in their territory. The officer pulled out a pair of binoculars, and started to examine what the men were doing.

"Apparently, they are getting ready for some sort of operation. Radio in the command. Tell them to get at least ten thousand men mobilised, and also get the rest of the country ready to defend the motherland," the officer whispered to the sniper.

"Right-o, sir."

The sniper pulled out a radio and whispered into it. After a moment, he put it away.

"Sir, they said that they have already mobilised since our lone UAV had spotted the helicopter quite a while before."

"Very good. Wait, shit, they spotted us!"

One of the Alfegosian troopers apparently saw the officers, since the man was pointing at him.

"Fire, fuck, fire!"

The sniper's Dragunov let out a lone crack.

The entire Zoingo parliament was in an unimaginable uproar from the declaration of war from the Siberian Natives with Stoklomolvi. War was screemed throught the entire nation, and the entire branches of the goverment agreed with the people.

This act against Stoklomolvi could just as well be considered an act on our own nation itself. We are disgusted and horrified and your blatent words and your audacity, especially on greviance 5. As stated, our colonial govenors and lower houses govern the colonies, not the nation. New Providence is at risk from the nation of Fortitor, which is clearly being abusive in the region, and the govenor's only choice was to ally with those in the region. You have no evidence to support your facts, so we suggest to our ally Stoklomolvi, that this "war" started by you be ignored, and the world continue on by itself while your nation attempts to even get within a thousand miles of the Stoklomolvi shoreline, which will be personally guarded by the Royal Navy.

The crack was heard, and the shot whistled past the lone man's ear. At once, the other men lept out of the ditch they ahd been hiding in, bringing to bear their mix of pistols and machine pistols. They soon saw the man lying in the grass, and let rip on him, tearing the ground up around him as the bullets shot through the heavy silencers on the ends of the barrels, causing one of the older pistols barrel to start smoking as the water on it boiled.

The signal came to one of the programmers to send the code. It was sent via internet proxies into the network of the enemy nation's computers, and into their ISP hubs, where it began to command all computers at the hub to shut down.

Similtaneously, the missile silo on Mount Hi'kil was brought to high alert, where the missiles were readied for targeting at all major installations in the enemy nation.

Satellites shifted orbit, hunting down the enemy satellites before arming missiles carried onboard for attack.

The attack would come form nowhere.

Before taking any drastic actions, we must warn you that the Siberian Natives are actually IN Stoklomolvi. As such, please do not use any nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons. The Oppressed People of Siberian Natives is not actually a nation at all; it is a conglomerate of citizens that were once living in Stoklomolvi, and eventually broke off to form a small nation that was recognised by Stoklomolvi the moment it was formed. Since then, tensions have grown, and now they declare war. We have sent the 158th and the 159th armies to the region.

Due to a nation-wide wave of dishes that need washing, and the fact that all clocks in the nation were unavailable but are now operating causing us to see our post was nearly an hour after the last one, the Holy Empire of Capitalsim has voted "NO" on "Alliance against Stoklomolvi".

The sniper pulled back the bolt and then pushed it again. A small shell casing popped out, and bullets impacted on the dirt all around him. He fired another shot.

"C'mon, you old bastard! Get moving!"

The sniper crawled away, and the officer ran off. The pistol bullets hit the sniper in the back of the head, spraying red blood everywhere. The officer, dismayed, continued running, only to be shot in the back several times. Convulsing, the dying officer hit the floor, where he slid a few feet and smacked a rock. The two corpses, bleeding profusely, were the first casualties of the war.

Trying to reach Siberian Natives, which is around 200km inland within Stoklomolvi, is suicide. The maximum money you can spend as well is around 900 million, assuming you have not spent money on anything else. See my government waste, and I have almost 3 trillion. That means I can spend 3 trillion dollars on anything I want for this fiscal year.]

Thank you for supplying us with this information. The Federation will do it's best to stay away from the cities, as we find that the military fortifications are what need to be destroyed the most. Several "Hippo" class transport/attack helicopters will be transporting them to various locations claimed by the rebels.

((OOC: Hippo = Small Airliner-sized uber Chinook designed for transporting huge amounts of troops to a theatre of operations where a runway is either too far or unavailable.))

Several massive Hippo utility helicopters were being loaded with fresh soldiers. In fact, the helicopters were landed in front of Federation Military Academies in the region, and the graduates were being deployed on their first day. Some troops still had their training M-16s, but most had the newer MI-8s and FSIAAS autoshotguns, while a small number who had shot expert-class had EASR sniper rifles. The helicopters loaded up with two regiments and a battalion. The destination was close to the capital of the Siberians, but not close enough to get noticed by anyone loyal to the rebels. Several officers were aboard the helicopters to oversee the Cherries, of course.

((OOC: The Federation's geography is unusual in that it's not a single landmass. It is actually a network of cities and smaller regions under the command of the Federation. Each area under the rule of the Federation has a Military Academy, as well as enough defenses to hold off a medium-sized invasion until the Federation has sent multitudes of troops to the target area.))

No help required at the moment, but if the situation gets tough then you know what to do. Currently, our UAV has spotted at least 30,000 troops. The strengths of the 158th and 159th armies together is around 100,000 men, and that should be adequate to eliminating these rebels.

The second shot hit one of the other hired guns, blasting a hole in his hand. The mecenary medic quickly patched up the man's hand, then gave him a large dose of morphine.

The others quickly ran over to the two men who had just been shot, and quickly stripped them of weapons, money, equipment and ammunition. The bodes were then carried into the woods, where they quickly found a ditch to hide the bodies in.

Once that was done, and the bodies were covered up, the men got back onto the road, weapons concealed again. The wounded man would soon be picked up by helicopter, or even better....

They kept walking until they found a phonebooth. Here, using some money off one of those men, they quickly dialled the emergancy services, and in the native language called for the police. An ideal way of gaining transport. The injured man and the squad head stood by the side of hthe road, while the rest hid in concealed positions, ready to attack.

Message to the people claiming to be a country called the "Siberian Natives"

Your message furthur humiliates you and puts you at the recieving end of the conversation. TRUE equality means giving it to the people, not taking it away from them as your so nation title the OPPRESSED PEOPLE of the Siberian Natives states. Being oppressed and having liberty are two seperate things, not the same, you are an utter disgrace to all nations that have true freedom everywhere. We will aid Stoklomolvi, for they have helped us in the past, and they are a worthy ally, and so do many of the nations here. In fact, they have more freedoms in their country then you do, so again, your at the recieving end of your own words.

As the Hippoes landed in a field well out of detection of Rebel fortifications, the troops were lining up at the exits of the helicopters. As soon as the helicopters landed, the troops rushed out to secure a perimeter. Long-range communictaion devices were being used to send out various messages to Stoklomolvi, as well as the Federation, announcing the landing. These messages were kept encrypted.

A town of tents was being raised, and several listening posts were established in the woods around the area, hiding and listening for any sort of hostiles. Patrols were beginning, and the area was now under firm control for the Federation.
