Leocardia increases trade ports

The number of Leocardian trading ports has increased 50% within the last 5 years. The Chamber of Commerce has announced Leocardia's rapid growth as something unlikely and very rare in world history. The economic activity has brought Leocardia to announce that it has a $45 billion surplus, first time ever to have such a growth in economic terms.

Leocardia has been always under a deficit with their economy, and is once considered hopeless as they were always losing money annually. This era, known as the Leocardian Miracle has brought good results to Leocardia. Interests has gone up, supplies have increased, and the low inflation rates has made Leocardia discover its true treasures that they deserve.

Protesters cleared by Army Police

Camping for months in front of Leocardia's Presidential Palace, protesters stood to show their beliefs of reforming the Communist Party in Leocardia. Attracting world media attention, the protesters demostrated and held signs that would insult the government. Using quotes like "If my children saw what you've done, they would also want change." or "What ever happened to the truth and justice Leocardia had developed over the years of civilization?"

This massive protest of 14,300 people resulted when President Jason Batista declared state of emergency when Democratic rebels from the West of Leocardia attacked and taken over the Western Province of Nikoshi. The rebels are listed under the name as "Fierce Warriors for Freedom," by the Leocardian Secret Police, but because of their system of organized crime, top investigators find it very difficult to find their leaders. It took Leocardia's Army Police a month to regain control of the province.

Warnings were delivered to the camping protesters to clear out from the Palace courts and suit themselves in the many hotels in the capital city, but they refused for the name of democracy. The warnings were further lengthened to give the protesters another chance to move out, with threats that the military will be involved. Again, the protesters refused, and the next day the military stormed in. Pellet guns were out shooting at protesters who would not move. Those who tried to harm the soldiers were shot. And the democracy leaders who organized the events were captured and will be jailed for life.

Leocardia is no longer Communist!

President Batista switched Leocardia into a Dynastic rule. "Leocardia, we are not stable enough to return to our traditional dynasty, the Gin Dynasty." After rebellions against Communist ideals, Leocardia has switched its Red to more Red.

More soldiers sent to Greal

More soldiers have been deployed and mobilized in Greal to keep peace and control within the nation, while it is being threatened over invasion by many foreign powers for its video leak of the secret police force, Red Skulls. For Leocardia, this is a necessary step to not let an ally down, however, many advisers have been against this idea for many reasons.

Leocardia declares a military policy in Greal

President Batista had created a military policy in Greal that could aid Greal against the foreign powers. Due to the threats in Greal, Leocardia needed to compromise with the world about its situation in Greal's secret police actions. Now they have declared it.

The article, called "Treaty of Greal Policy," states that all hostile foreign forces must stay away from the capital city of Sasha 500 miles, or Leocardia will mobilize full force of its armed forces, and will declare the right to defend Greal and attack hostile forces.

Leocardia modernizes nuclear weapons

Increasingly seeing that the world is becoming a more dangerous place, Leocardia will modernize its nuclear weapons for its defensive purposes. $45 trillion USD will be spent on destructing old, outdated nuclear weapons in Leocardia's arsenal, and $30 trillion USD will be spent on upgrading the arsenal by producing smaller portions of the arsenal to reduce the amount of radioactive damage, as well as keeping the arsenal's defensive-only look.

Leocardia thanks S. Lizasauria

The Dyanistic Rulers of Leocardia want to thank the S. Lizasaurians for their kindness in giving 20,000 credits, and the urges to help us stability by joining the ACID alliance. However, Leocardia is not yet ready to leave its friends and connections with communist nations, but will consider the alliance in the future. Leocardia is driven by a Dynastic rule in which allows the citizens to pick out of the certain families to become the rulers. However, the ideology of communism remains the same, and we are looking forward into pushing it out.

Forces pulled out of Greal

When Greal was under threat by foreign powers of its Red Skulls leak video, Leocardia was forced to deploy 20% of its armed forces to defend the precious ally. However, due to the refusal to correspond Leocardian needs, Greal had become incooperative for Leocardia. This sudden inhonesty has lead Leocardia to withdraw its armed forces to less than 1% in Greal, and they are deployed only to protect Leocardian bases all over Greal.

Leocardia expands its military

The Leocardian army, which contains more than 13 million soldiers, is expected to increase in its numbers. The already highly trained, elite force is given the objective to protect more than 5 billion civilians living in Leocardia now. However, facing a population explosion, the Defensive Ministry of Leocardia has agreed to allow another 10 million conscripts into the defensive forces in late May. This conscription is estimated to cost at least $450 billion dollars.

"Training is the most important issue. Our current 13 million is trained to protect more than five billion. And when you look at it, thats almost more than 384 people each single soldier needs to protect." The Defense Minister of Leocardia, Freddie Mac, said. "This expansion is entirely necessary if Leocardia needs to protect it's national security in terms of population and the term of being a power."

The extra 10 million soldiers will be trained with the current elite force, and provide the most sufficient protection. Already, compared with other armies, a 13 million force is considered highly trained and considered one of the best armies in the world.

The men and armor fighting in other wars will not be the Army, rather the Reservoir.

Brink of Civil War?

After the establishment of the United Worker's Republic and constitution, a new rebellious force was formed and is now declaring civil war in one of the major provinces. Hanazi Tribal Defense, a rebellious armed tribe who had been responsible for several bombings, now declared a civil war in the Nikoshi Province, West Leocardia. Army Police and Militias swarm the battlefield of Nikoshi's most populous city, Niko, and raided 166 buildings, each successfully capturing high-level officials.

In Kika Mana, several bombings occured during the same time period. Sixteen people were left dead with 300 wounded. The perpetrators are suspected as the Hanazi Tribal Defense rebels.
