During a State of the Nation Speech by Benard I, Monarch of SaintB

"Our nation is greater than ever before, this strong, this wealthy, this" *someone can be heard loudly passing gas in the background.*
"This flatulent nation! Uhmm... could I redo that please?"

Around one hundred years ago, an oppressive Commissar was holding out in the Kremlin against a bunch of peoples.

Commissar: "Glory will go to the first man to die! Char- *Ist geschossen*"

Civilian: "That was rather ironic..."

OOC: I just chose a random group that conservatives ahte as the guy asking for rights. Whether it was suffrage, equal rights for disabled or whatever Livid(the dictator at the time before the meritocracy) would have done the same. :p

Gay fanatic: We demand equal rights for gay people!

Livid: (to himself) Excellent, an excuse to gain more power and control...bwaahahaha. *out loud* Ok....

(days later)

Fanatic: WTF! Where has everyone's rights gone!

Livid: You insolent fool! Since you had no rights I merely took away the rights of everyone else to make things equal! Isn't that what you wanted you ingrate? Now be happy or else! *snaps fingers*

Secret service guy: Your not smiling! How dare you disobey the emperor! *they arrest fanatic and publicly execute him*
