“We seek to establish a safe and secure society.” – Emperor Palpatine. 0 New Order

The Star Destroyer Mercy lingered within the Coruscant star system patiently sitting at the very edge of the garrisons remit. The vessel battle scarred and worn after almost a hundred years of service lingered in the shadow of the Eclipse. The presence of both ships went unnoticed by all even within such a populated starsystem.

Skulking far from any hyperspace routes both vessels lingered silently for within their bowels power was shifting within the galaxy, an emperor and a man clothed in white met for the first time.

The dark lord of the Sith Darth Vader, strode into the room, his heavy respirator filling the ears of only one of the men present. Vader stood before a man clothed in white, his robes trailed to the floor and his hood draped down over the top of his head masking his identity.

“Why did you kill him?” Vader asked looking down at the body of the once infamous Whilhuff Tarkin.

A robed hand rose and pointed to the corpse. “He was no longer necessary.”

”He was a valuable asset.”

“To you Vader, not to me.” The robed man walked carefully, towards a single chair in the room tapping gently on the smooth durasteel floor with an ivory walking stick. “I have an order for you Vader.”

“What would you have me do this time?”

“The Empire does not suit us in its present form, you are to change it.” The voice echoed throughout the room allowing the point to linger. “We desire a change in this galaxy, we desire an end to the war that you so willingly prosecute.”

“The Jedi are.”

“A valuable asset to me.” The voice cut through Vaders sentence with ease. “You will end the war on the Jedi.” Vader folded his arms and looked down upon the cripple. “There are too many of them to exterminate…. Anakin.”

“The Jedi are being hunted down and destroyed as we speak.”

“They will survive Vader, the force is with them.” The man in white pulled from the sleeve of his robe a small holocron and handed it to the Sith lord. “These are the changes you will make.”

Vaders anger hissed, enraged at being commanded by one such as this, yet his body remained idle, his hands did not crush the holocron and his mind did not command the force against this stranger. “What changes do you ask of me?”

“Only what is required.” Vader looked at the small cube through the clouded lenses of his mask, the information contained would mark the Galaxy of that he was sure, yet the force alluded to no answers, and his master remained within the throng of Asfaltum.

“When do you want these things done.”

“They must be done before the next cycle Vader, I am sure you understand why.” The man in white let out a small chuckle. “How did one such as you become emperor to an entire Galaxy? The force is truly infinite at times, in complexity and purpose.”

“The force is with me.”

“No Emperor Vader, the force was with you, and now it is with me, and because of it, you will do as I command. We have purpose in our intentions emperor, soon, there will be a great shout of joy throughout the Galaxy because of you, and the people the wretches that they are will love you for it, you will be honoured Vader, you should thank me.”

“I need no honour.”

“No, no that you do not, that much is clear since the day you killed the Jedi in the great purge. But honour you must have and honour you will have. The people fight for you because they fear the empire that is no longer enough. Soon they will fight because they love you, because you will bring them something Palpatine could never obtain.”

Vader turned having heard enough. “There is a prophecy about you Anakin.”

“I am aware of it.”

“You will fulfil it.”

“Do not preach to me the future sorcerer, I do what you ask because I have no choice.”

“Yes.” The voice said with sadness. “I am aware of that. But you will thank me for it.”

Vader now a step from the door turned back and looked at the hooded man, crouched within a simple chair in a room washed and bathed in light. “I will kill you.”

The Dracul emerged from the Necrominus, and de-phased above Coruscant. In a distance, they could clearly see Aelikes's fleet hovering just a couple of light minutes beyond Coruscant, along with their special Jedi package, Master Kakashi.

"Chief, are we ready to beam the package to the coordinates we were given?"

"Yes sir, but I don't understand it... It's very deep in Coruscant. I don't know why anyone would want to have someone beamed into there..."

"Doesn't matter. We do as we're told to. Beam him down immediately."

"Aye sir." With that, Kakashi found himself transported from the inside of his X-wing and onto the surface of Coruscant, where the meeting would begin...

From being captured by a Huntarian vessel, to being beamed down to somewhere on Coruscant, Kakashi felt that it was a rather unique and unsettling manner to capture one such as him and bring him before the Emperor Vader or whoever was in charge these days. Hatake Kakashi didn't care as his mind wandered from looking around the room with his one eye (the other was covered by his forehead protector) for any avenue of escape to wondering when the next installment of the popular Icha Icha (Make Out) series was coming out. Speaking of which, he decided that he would fare well in waiting for whatever is to come and took out the latest installment from his pouch, and began reading where he left off. Chapter 5 of Icha Icha Courage, volume ten of the popular novel series. Quite a humorous chapter, in his opinion. Incidently, this allows him to give off vibes of a lazy and not entirely serious Jounin Shinobi of the Order's Special Operations Command, even in the face of potentially horrific danger.

It also gave him an opportunity to gauge the enemy's reaction to him reading an adult romance novel in a setting that should normally call for either screaming to be let out or meditating and preparing for the end.

Coruscant the beating heart of the Galaxy has monopolised Galactic trade since the beginning of the New Republic. Vast and entire in her population the bustling metropolis was home to some of the greatest crimes the Galaxy had ever known.
People are everywhere, thousands within mere meters, yet in the darkness, in the deepest of the subterranean levels, you are all alone.

Night is given to the depths, the shadow of Palpatine still stretches deep into this neglected part of the capital. The sun never shines down here, the streets are rarely cleaned, and those that are born rarely leave. They work, they pay taxes, and they serve the emperor, with their only hope of escape being the brief glimmer of joy that is in the empires mighty armed forces.

The Jedi Master, would find himself within a damp quadrangle with rats and gnawing mites eating away at the bright red fungus that grew over this particular crescent. A drunk hobbled by in the distance while a rusting speeder flew overhead. “Greetings.” A voice ushered warmly from behind. “I’m certainly gratified that you could make it today.” Two men in white walked out from the Shadows, each hobbling upon a white cane, their faces masked by the darkness and their personality and thoughts clouded by the force.

“Such a pleasure to note your tastes in reading, so…. like you Coredians to laugh in the face of imminent death. We respect that.” The closest Man in White walked a little closer.

“You do not speak for me.” The second voice lingered as he too walked closer.

“We are here on a mission of mercy and unity for the Galaxy Coredian, your world is fighting for survival even now as the clock ticks to doomsday. We are aware of the struggles your people are facing, and we are seeing to it that you do not fail.”

“It’s too late, they already have.”

“No, they yet tread between the light and the dark.” Both figures hooded stopped walking any closer, their forms bathing in the only flickering light that seemed to grace the suffering realm.

“We have brought you here Coredian to warn you, and aid you. Your order has brought the force into unbalance, the darkside is consuming the Galaxy and flame is engulfing the outer territories which serve the Empire. We are all besieged by the wave that your earthquake has pronounced and now we truthfully admit that we seek to rectify the disaster before it ravages more worlds.”

“You seek, not I.”

“We seek.” The two men in white reached a silent consensus.

“You failed at the colonies because the force was not with you. You failed at Asfaltum because your order was enraged with anger and greed – you fell into Palpatines greatest trap. It goes back further, Klington, Weyr, the death of Andrew Masaki and the burning of your other worlds. The force has abandoned your order Coredian, we are here to issue prophecy and affirmation to your future.” A just wind encircled the three as the still, polluted air sat heavy upon the lungs of all.

“Change beckons in everything. Change from the ways of the past, to the past. Change from ways of the present to the future, and change from the ways of tomorrow to yesterday. The force is reaching out, it is touching the monolithic war that you and the Empire have prosecuted for eons. The force is commanding its end Coredian, the force commands a new era and it will rise with the mornings sun.”

As the men in white ranted about prophecy or some such thing, the masked Kakashi read his book, feeling bored of the men in white. They didn't really say anything he hasn't heard before, only if he read between the lines, he thought he heard that the men in white wanted to stop the war between the Empire and the Allies. Then he looked up when they ended. "Hmm? You were saying?"

“Yes, they are rather uncouth.” A third man in white chortled as he entered into the fray.

“But, I’m sure he will listen after some…. Convincing.” A fourth joined in.

“We are all disappointed in your lack of hearing, your lack of wisdom and your lack of observation. Perhaps it has escaped your notice our Coredian associate, but you are not in the heart of Vaders dungeons, instead you are in the belly of Coruscant.”

“He will not pay any notice to the signs.” The four men in white paused.

“We have brought you here not for your own entertainment, nor for ours, but to insure the salvation of your people. The Empire Coredian, is not as it once was, there has been a change, the Emperor is no longer of the same capacity as he once was. The throne…. The throne beckons to peace, even now as your nation burns.”

The traffic noises of Coruscant bustled against the speech of the garbed hosts.

“All of you are speaking in riddles to the man. Allow him to ask question before we confound him some more.” A fifth man in white emerged from the walls. “Good evening son, he said lowering his hood. As the lip of the robes will pulled back by a hand gloved in white, the square was illuminated in light. “We’re not here to destroy my friend. We’re here to help.”
