The two nations of the Bobonia and Digiterra were again at war. It had all started over an accidental skirmish on their far northern border, near the neutral island of Fargonia. This island, along with several others that divided the two countries, were declared neutral at the end of the First Great War, a war that had waged for 3 years and involved several other regional powers. Now, the two nations were at it again. This would be along, drawn out war. Digiterra(Team B) has already begun a draft of their population, with Bobonia(Team A) soon to do the same. Both nations has turned their economies to war and very soon, the first battle of the war will be waged. BUT, will it be by air, by land or by sea?
ooc: lets keep this kind of fluid. Each week will be 1 month. Also, if one team is using its naval force to attack the other teams ships, launch your attack, but leave it open so the other team can respond with casualties and counter-attacks.

The chief of Bobonias intelligence service, a man named Andreé Nonymous, gathered his staff. "As you all know, we are currently at war with Digiterra. For the war to be sucessfull, our armed forces needs intelligence. To achieve this, I have decided the that we must do the following". He took up a sheet of paper. He threw it away. "Wrong paper. That was the menu from the canteen. Ah, here it is". He read it out load.
"1.Find a tecnican who can repair the computers". He frowned. "Tecnican? I must have spelled that wrong. Techician should it be. Oh well, nevermind, let´s continue.
2. Find out what asses we have in Digiterra at the moment". His audience laughted. "What is it?", he asked them, surprised. Usually people just fell asleep when he was talking. He looked down on what he just had read. "Oh, damn, assets it should be. Stupid of me. Well, people, that´s all, we continue after lunch. The people in the room, still laughting, all rushed out. Nobody had actually heard, or cared about, what he had been saying.

IC: Digiterran Air Defense Forces had gone on alert since the incident in the North Sea, near the armistice line. Two squadrons of F-22 fighters were being deployed to patrol the north of the border, to ensure that no retribution would be taken against the friendly commercial trades still transporting precious goods to neutral countries to the north and south of the two waring nations.
Remaining air assets would be deployed along the coast to prepare for defense against enemy raids.
OOC: This is just the beginning. It will get worse...

When Andreé and the others returned from lunch and opened the door to the conferance room, they had to wade through paper. Thousands of paper sheets covered the floor. At the nearly buried photocopier, they found a secretary. If it was not for a arm sticking up from a heap of paper, they would never have found him. Andreé looked around the room and whistled. "We have this many assets in Digiterra?"
The secretary shook his head. "No, but the photocopier broke".
He rised from the floor. "If I remember right, we have..."
He took up a paper. "Four people".
As war was declared the Bobonian Navy was already on the move, Admiral Frederick Sathen having roused his ships in the days leading up to the declaration. He strode along the bridge of his flagship, the carrier BNS Xathon with a mixture of pride and concern. His fleet was one of the most respected and disciplined in the region, if he said so himself and to see his ships and sailors mutilated by the enemy guns would be heart-wrenching.
As a show of force and to try and prevent enemy sorties into Bobonian waters, Admiral Sathen was taking his carrier group; the primary arm of the Bobonian Navy, northwards towards Digiterran waters. Headed north were:

The rest of the fleet would be redouble patrols within Bobonian waters, providing escort for merchants, sweeping for enemy submarines and providing early warning of enemy air attacks.
IC: "Polar-1 to HQ, we're along the border now. We have not spotted any enemy movement out here in the North, but quite frankly, we're blind. We have no refuelers or AWACs to help us out. Whoever sent us here, wasn't thinking about us staying here for a while. The squadrons will be needing to head home soon, i request a naval patrol come out here to take over for us. Nothing big, just a sub or two, maybe a few surface ships."
20 minutes later, the planes began to head home, having spotted nothing along the border, but starting to run low on fuel.
The Digiterra Operations for Underground Government Heartchanging (DOUGH) had already begun its operations when war was declared on Babonia. There first line of duty was to make sure that there were no Babonian sympathisers within the nation and they did this through massive propoganda and a Committee on UnDigeterrian Activites in the Legislature. Soon, the whole populice was behind the war effort, ready to defend their homeland from the threat of any Babonian attack. The next was to deploy 2 deep cover agents into Babonian territor who would be planted on within a major coorporation and one as a secretary to a political advisor. The people were supporting the cause and the moles were digging.
4 AWACs have been deployed over the border, with 2 airplanes protecting each one AWACs. They will travel up and down the border.
Also, 2 refueling planes will take flight 2 hours after the AWACs teams are up, to assist in keeping the planes up.

We are planning a massive attack on a southern city and base in Bobonia. Can you get us intel on the location and possible defenses?
Having two moles within the enemy camp already, DOUGH decided to tap resource codename OSCAR who was planted within the business district. OSCAR traveled to the southern city that his operations commander instructed him and began recon.
In the disguise of a business trip, he was able to find out that the location was surrounded on three sides with water and had intense air aircraft batteries all over the base. However, the beachfront was left somewhat open because it was a tourist area and gun emplacements on a public beach were not suitable in this country. Relaying this information back to HQ in Digiterra, he stopped by a local cafe to get a coffee and try to find out the local views on the war.
Digiterran Air Units have been moved to the southern coast of the nation.
