Before I begin I'd like to attribute this idea to Alversia.
This is a alternate history RPG. Bascially you take any event in your history and say "What if?" For example, what if the Alversians never won the Civil War? What if the Xiscapians lost the Korr War? What if Celestius hadn't been destroyed? I'll be starting off with the North Calaveran Final Battle. Please, if you want to have a alternate history RP, post it here.

The Alversian Empire!
Formed when the Republican Army defeated a Rebel People's Army during the Alversian Civil War, former hero Trezan Baxtor was executed and his Lieutenant Hanlon was proclaimed Emperor. Following this victory, Alversia spread out and conquered race after race, eventually stopping 50 years later, with the conquest of Xiscapia.
United with a powerful Korr Army, the Alversian Imperial Army landed on the planet and had soon conquered the Race after the devastating battles at Tenfour and aboard the Space Station Protector.
That was several years ago and the Alversian Empire functions as normally, fleets and Armies patrol her borders and are often involved in vicious Civil Wars (Think: Roman Empire) Currant Emperor is Alexander Cavourna I after he led his 'Black Legions' in a Civil War against the currant emperor.

Well yeah. :p I'm looking for weaknesses. Is he foolish? What kind of vices does he have, if any? Is he hot-headed? Cold and calculating? More inclined to kill someone or make them his slave?
