There is a large portion of land in Eska, Soulia that has remained on the market for some time, and now it is being opened up to the international community. Due to the laws of the land, arms manufacturing is not allowed on these plots.

This land is perfectly situated along the Orolbram River which opens into Gravity Bay only four miles north of this site. All riverfront plots have dock facilities.

Alfegos Aeronautics Wishes to purchase Plots D1 and E1 down to Plots D8 and E8. The area will be used for the following:

Warehouse Space for stock storage
Assembly Complex for Aircraft and Helicopters
Manufacturing area for Aircraft Engines
Sales area for aircraft
30-Storey office for the company
Small manufacturing area for ammunition (civilian and military small-arms)
1 apartment block for Alfegosians

About 50 000 people will be employed on full-time basis, with 200 of them being Alfegosian and the rest being employed from the local population.

Security will be provided by 80 armed guards (armed with AF-97S and KSB TaserNet Systems, or an ASS94 Shotgun)

Unfortunately, none of this space is zoned for Residential use, so we must turn down your request Premiere Liang. We do however have an affordable housing option opening up soon, and you shall be the first to hear from us.
