Official Communique from Soulian State Department
In the desolate wasteland that is Southeastern Soulia today, a new nation was born. The region of Qiloir has claimed independence of Soulian Authority. As we wish to maintain peace within our borders, we have relegated the task of reabsorbing the region to negotiations and diplomatic means. However, due to the expressed anger by the Qiloirii people, we have placed our nation on high alert and mobilised troops to defend our new border. We strongly advise against contact with these people, as they have been known to stoop to terrorist tactics in the past to make their voice heard. Again, we are trying to solve the situation diplomatically. Further details will be released as they become declassified.
