Imperial Decree.

Today I, the Emperor of the Empire of Silver Cobra. have declared a state of emergency in the White Serpent Provence. The recent outbreak of racial and religious violence against non-Christians, non-Whites, and non-Humans in the White Serpent Provence will be delt with in the harshest manner, and will serve as a reminder of my zero tollerance for bigotry in all its' forms. I am annoucing with this decree, the Deployment of Imperial Army troops to the White Serpent Provence. As Emperor I have stated: "Racism, and Religious intollerance of any kind has no place in the Empire of Silver Cobra. Our Empire was founded on the idea that even if we're not Human we deserve a right to be heard and represented Equally in the Imperial Government." In accordance with this decree, the Imperial Army has permission to use deadly force against all Militia Members and White Serpent Government Officials who support the Militas.
Racism and any form of bigatry has no place in the Empire. Those who today have abused their rights will be stripped of them, and promptly put to death in accordence with Imperial law. It is time the bigots and traitors of the White Serpent Provence are reminded of the Empire's motto: We Live as One We Die as One.

The United Socialist States of New Brittonia applauds the action of the Silver Cobra. Although we wish that there should not be any bloodshed, it is necessary in order to keep quality. We wish to cite the example of the Little Rock Cricis, where in the United States of America, then-president Dwight D. Eisenhower sent the 101st Airborne Division, federal troops, to force the Little Rock school system to integrate the African-Americans and Caucasian-Americans into one school district. This is an example of federal supremacy over local governments where the federal government forced local authorities to integrate and to stop governmentally sponsored racism. We wish to have meetings with the Silver Cobra officials in order to discuss New Brittonian aid.

On behave of his Imperial Majesty the Emperor and the people of the Empire. I would like to thank the people of New Brittonia for their offer of aid. The Emperor and the Imperial Senate had hoped that the crisis in the White Serpent Province wouldn't have come to this, however Governor Vostok, the leader of the White Serpent Militias, refused to listen to reason.The task of the Imperial Army in White Serpent is to protect our citizens, no matter what color, religion or species from Vostok's thugs. The Emperor would be honored to meet with any New Brittonian emissaries to discuss potential aid to our people.
