PAIS- Political Alliance for International Security

Summary: Again, a new year is coming. With the new year lies new wars, problems and other sorts of issues that need attention. In light of many recent events, the Parliament of East Ying has tried to come to an agreement to establish an alliance for international security, this is only the sign-up post, and the charter, rules ETC. will be written after we have everyone accounted for.

Here are the Requirements for Signing Up:
A- An army of over 1,000 population.
B- A navy and airforce.
C- A delegate, which will sign-up and help write the PAIS main threads.
D- A population of at least 100,000.

NOTE: Other requirements may be added in.

The questions in Yes/No are optional to have. If you don't the alliance will fund for the building of proper ones, to secure protection. We need your population to see how many people you have to protect, if war comes. We also need your colony's name so that we could fund for protection.

Here are the sub-divisions and what they do:

NSF- National Security Fund:
This sub-division funds for the building of airbases, and silos.

PCR: Political Charter Recognition:
This is a benifit of the alliance. It puts all the countries under one "delegate" if you will, and confirms political recognition to the alliance and all it's members

FAC: Foreign Aid Council:
This council determines whether to send in PAIS forces for foreign aid. It also determines the international budget.
