New Commercial District Expanding in Downtown Bellevue!
An area recently cleared out near downtown Bellevue had made way to expand the wealthy commercial downtown area of Bellevue! Located just two miles from the sandy hot spot of Beach Bellevue! No military or weapons-related businesses allowed! Also, none of these are zoned for industry of any level - it is purely upper-demographic commercial!

This booming district is served by three major roads (red lines), multiple streets (orange lines), and one CityNET railtransit system (blue lines) with four stops (blue dots). The CityNET also connects to many of the top hotels, residential areas, and the airport as well. This area is projected to see 34,800 visitors per day over the next month, and within a year is expected to rise to 880,000 visitors per day.
