OOC: This nation is the new front for my old one, Melek Taus. Yes it`s a stupid name, but hey

(IC) The Chief of the Joint Military command is offering a large scale contract to any PMC Arms Group for the following purpose: The re-arming of the old Imperial Armed Forces

The contract is for NS$6 Billion and has the following requirements:
1. The contract is for a full package deal and must comprise of an Army, Navy and Air Force organisation inc. projected size and number of units i.e brigades

2. It must include an inventory list of the equipment and vehicals used

3. The equipment must be cost effective i.e may be third rate but must still be credible as defence equipment

n.b uniforms, food and other extranious equip. not req.

This contract is officially open to the most efficiant bidder.
