OOC: Thank you Greal for the idea.
An Forradh International Airport and Airstation
The new Fort Boston International Airport is under construction as the civil strife in the NTC comes to a close. The airport is being expanded and will now include a foreign military airstation on the premises. This airstation will serve as a refueling and repair port for all nations allied with TNTC. The airport is now five times larger then it was before the war and 300 acres have been devoted to the airstation.
Due to construction the number of terminals has increased to 10 each holding five concourses, which in turn hold 10 gates. There are also 20 cargo hangers, and 50 civilian hangers.
The airstation has 25 hangers for cargo carriers and bombers and 50 for fighters. There are also 10 barracks houses to accommodate the men staying at the base. These men will be given a pass card that will work to get them free transportation into An Forradh and back again. They will also be allotted one free meal a day at any restaurant in An Forradh (for the first two days).

To the CEO of Alfegos Aeronautical Travel,
As you know we are finishing up construction here at the Fort Boston International Airport/Airstation, but the fact remains that the work crews are still here. If you would like for the sum of $8 billion we can add an airship mooring and receiving yard. We have plenty of warehouse space (embassy thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=541300)) that can also be purchased. If the airship port were to be added we would pay for a branch of our local cargo rail line to go through it and facilitate the movement of goods. If the money for the mooring and receiving yard are put forward I am sure we can come to some kind of an agreements on a discount for the warehouse prices.

We are constructing 3 mooring posts for airships. Since you paid for the construction you have the right to sell/lease the mooring space, however it may only be with nations that TNTC has embassies with.
We would not mind if you sold them on for us, giving a percentage of the money to us and keeping the rest.

The civilian hangers need to be purchased separately, and the Refueling and Repair Stations are usable by all military in the Airstation, and are thus not buyable. By entering a request for the Airstation I am assuming that you are upgrading yourself to Allied status with us. I will change that in my Embassy thread if that is changed is yours (aka if that is what you want, an alliance).

The Griffincrest Corporation wishes to procure several sites within this new airport with the intention of increasing trade revenue globally, ensuring oil field safety worldwide, and possibly opening up business contracts here, within The New True Cross. To begin, we wish to purchase the remaining cargo hangar to give our pilots a much needed rest between oil, platinum, rubber, and othe shipments as they make their flights around the world. These shipments can also, one day, be delivered to your nation. Next we would like to purchase five of the smaller hangers, the repair complex and a refueling depot. These will not only be used as stations for our pilots to stop en route to an oil field, but can also, if needed, be called upon for the defense of your own nation. Finally, we would like to purchase a barracks to keep our mercenaries in while not on mission. These men too can be called upon for defense if need be.
For more information about procuring a business contract with the Corporation, please contact Jack Phoenixclaw. For information concerning the number and type of aircraft to be housed in the hangers, please contact Herman Goldring. Fort Boston International Airport;
The Crown Corporation of United Commonwealth Airlines would like purchase a terminal, and one cargo and two civilian hangers.
If what we take from the front page, there are no more terminals available, so in which case, the Government of the United Commonwealth of Delesa will pay local contractors to construct it. A win-win case.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Our company, the national carrier of Ruccola, wishes to extend its network of destinations to the New True Cross as part of our overseas expansion programme. Air Ruccola initially plans to offer daily services to An Forradh from our hub in Arugula (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=568300), and would like to purchase Concourse C in Terminal 2 for this purpose. The requisite one billion dollars will be sent upon receipt of your approval. We hope you find our application satisfactory, and look forward to inaugurating operations to your airport.
Yours faithfully,
