Historically in every battle the Blubs have been involved with, they have been outnumbered. Thus, the Colonial Defense Force has adapted to being at a constant disadvantage in several ways. One of these ways is brute firepower.
The CDF has scoured the markets searching for a suitable gunship platform and encountered several. However, they tend to be extremely expensive. And so to help fill in, the CDF will begin domestic production of an indigenious gunship platform, the AC-100.
