OOC: Note about us. At the begining of my nation, our population sits at about 50,000 people. However, over time it will catch up to that given on NationStates... As for our map, we're along the northern coast of Morocco.

The small nation of Vitolia, in which there are only three towns - Vintage, Arlington, and Bellevue - and a small village - Vitolia - has always been quiet on the international stage.

Vitolia, the capital - which also happens to be the small village on the coast of the Atlantic - has long been the economy center of this small, peaceful nation. While it is very self-sustaining due to its small population, recent growth has proven a problem, especially in the small village in which only 400 people reside - and its already bursting at its seams.

As such, massive upgrades to the transportation system, roads, infrastructure, and its economy have begun to happen. In the mean time, Bellevue and Vintage has both begun rapid expansion, with Bellevue having plans at creating the nations first international airport. It is also in the planning stages of making a massive man-made island off the coast, connected by two bridges - one coming in, one going out - to house the ultra rich, and so that they may have their own social circle with a mall, food, and much more. On the main land, Bellevues more "normal" people will reside.

Arlington also is in the midst of its own expansion, however the plans are far less extensive due to less growth happening, both economically and population wise. None the less, it is growing at is fair rate.

The President of Vitolia, John Wilson, has also ordered another man-made island to be built specifically for foreign embassies. At the center of this island will be a massive, beautiful Summit Hall for world leaders to convene.

The pathways on this island are made all of cobblestone - there are no vehicles permitted beyond light-duty Vitolian armed buggies. The island will have walls wrapping around 85% of it, while the other 15% is open for the viewing pleasure of those lucky enough to be permitted on this island. There is only two ways of entering the island - one by submarine, and two by helicopter. Should any unpermitted helicopter, submarine, or boats come within 1.5 miles of the beach, they will be destroyed.

We are taking requests for embassies as of now, along with offers of trade and allies. Vitolia is in need of various materials and food sources, while we have much in the way of raw material. Once our first international airport is completed, we also expect travel to become one of our leading industries, along with raw material and jewelry export.

OOC: Vitolia; I just happened to give this thread a read and couldn't help to notice that your nation is based in Northern Morocco. The Imperium among her Commonwealth Allies are currently beginning a mass-invasion of Europe {Link} (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=542279) (Based on real Europe, currently without NS nations, except for a few dependencies). The Pictish Imperium itself is targeting southern Iberia, several nations across North-Eastern Africa, and Northern Morocco. Should you be interested in being invaded, which I realize now I have written that, is not a very appealing proposal... Should you be interested in participating in the resistance of Pictish invaders as either your own state or perhaps another fictional state which is inhabiting N.Morocco (as you understandably may not want to 'join' the Imperium and the Utopian Commonwealth), you would be more than welcome, as you seem to be a fairly decent RP'er.
As for others involved, the RP is still getting it's feet off the ground due to a few teething difficulties. The Kiravian empire is invading several eastern European, Scandinavian and Germanic states, Yanitaria is invading Southern France and northern Algeria and I have already stated what my part in it is. As for other resistance RP'ers, Vontanas was originally RP'ing a Spanish dependency being invaded by myself, and British Londinium has committed him/herself to the RP also.
Either way, leave a comment in the 'Utopian Commonwealth' thread in my signature, not the main European invasion thread.

OOC: Considering that your nation has a total pop of only 352 million and a "Developing" economy you'd have a hard time deploying 2.3 million troops anywhere, and even if you could they'd be poorly trained and even more poorly equipped.
