To the Esteemed Leader of The Marxist State,

I find this lack of faith disturbing. If you continue to persecute people solely on the basis of religion "action will have to be taken.

First we were the target of Nuclear terrorism. Now we are being threatened by war? What is wrong with the world today?

Of course, our population is almost 200 times that of yours, so we really couldn't possibly feel threatened, but we really wonder if it is true all nations exist only to concour the world. Even when puppet states and allies are not included, you couldn't defeat us.

To the Esteemed Leader of The Marxist State,

Maybe it is because you keep misinterpreting things. I never said anything about a war or even threatening a war. I don't know where you got that from. We are not a very agressive nation. Furthermore we don't know what this "Nuclear Terrorism" you speak of, but that has nothing to do with anything we said either. You really aren't making any sense. Thank you and have a nice day.

First off, we don't really like the fact that these laws restrict religious freedoms more than they help them. For a nation that supposedly follows Karl Marx, a man who wanted equality for all, you really are shooting down the ideals of Marxism by pulling this stunt.

Second of all, The Theocracy of the Beatus, when you state in a message that 'action will have to be taken', most nations will take that as your threatening war or another form of punishment onto their soverignty. You need to learn how to word your declarations better before someone declares war upon you for what you say.

And Thirdly, Arab-Canada needs to learn a few things too. That The Marxist State's new law also means that anyone who is part of any Arab religion is also effected by this law.

To the Esteemed Leader of The Marxist State,

All you show is your narrow mindedness and ignorance. Assuming is never a good Idea all it does is cause misunderstandings and eventually trouble. Also there is more to the world than war, maybe you should learn that. People like your are, and I quote, "What is wrong with the world today?." Your warmongering and assuming is what leads to needless wars. Maybe you should learn to think before you let stupidity dribble out of your mouth.

Though we see this as a purely internal affair we must ask a few questions.

How are foreign visitors to be treated under your new laws.

You say these laws are to be implemented during the crisis you are undergoing, When it is over will all those, demoted or sacked because of religious affiliation be reinstated to the positions they once held, do you expect them to simply accept the fact they are not worthy of your trust and actually stay loyal to your government?

Will dignitaries of ecclesiastical rank be recognised, would one of my ambassadors who hold 'clerical' rank be accepted as the equal of an athiest ambassador?

Whatever your answers to my questions I thank you for taking time to acknowledge them.

On the night that it was brought up during dinner in the King’s residence, this law was the highlight of the evening. Indeed, so uproarious was the laughter that numerous attendants were woken up and came running to see what was the matter. Aside from the frightful moment where Lord Brecon briefly choked on his mutton, there was never anything wrong. The topic was perceived as so absurd, however, that the ensuing discussion left behind all vestiges of conversational deportment.

“Is this in any way serious?”

“Somehow, I believe it to be completely serious.”

“Do they think Christianity is not a religion?”

“That is a possibility.”

“But they say here that the government will not fund any charity affiliated with a religion. The notion that a Jew or Mohommaden would found a charity is utterly ridiculous.”

“Excellent point, sir!”

“But why would their government deplete their bureaucracy so heavily if it also concerns Christians?”

“I believe it is apparent from the wording of the law that most intendents of this government are not religious.”

“I have never heard of such a state.”

“I have deciphered it, gentlemen! The author clearly says that this law applies to those who are ‘devoted to a religion’ or a ‘member of a religion.’ Perhaps this law is only referring to the clergy, because few laymen actually grasp the intricacies of Christianity enough to be considered members of a religion or devoted to it.”

“I do not mean to be contrary, sir, but you will find no prioress more versed in the scripture than my wife, who is as lay as they come.”

“You are all speaking as if the fool who wrote this is Aristotle himself.”

“I concur. There is absolutely no way a law of such ambiguity and impracticality, not to mention blind stupidity to the administrative needs of a state, could be real.”

“Come, now, I believe I am the only one in this room who correctly diagnosed this law. It is clearly designed by a ruler who feels that his clergy has greatly maligned him.”

“What if His Majesty were to pass a law like this?”

“Why, no, the mere thought is preposterous.”

“Of course it is, because there is simply no prudence to it. This decree is the work of a madman.”

Such conversation continued to ring through the dining hall in to the late hours of the night. The next morning Lord Sebastien hoped to get to the bottom of it.

To Mr. Savornaz, Prime Minister of the Marxist State,

Mr. Prime Minister, your law absolutely confounds me. Seeing that it is unprecedented in any form whatsoever, I can only ask how such a plan would work and why it would be implemented. If there is sedition among certain religious sects in your state, then would it not be more reasonable to only apply the terms of this law to them?

With all due attention paid, and considerate thought put into response, for we wish not to sound like those who answer letters compulsively, eternity shall be extended to encompass the needed universes for your stay in the nether hells. You dare bandy about with such extreme policies, you mock your creator and nature. Hell sir shall not be enough for your ideals, your pomposity, and your damned arrogance.

Waldenburg is in itself a nation held together by the sweet love of the Church, whose followers number in the 40 Billions with tithes to make countries whither. Gibber your error for we care not, there shall come a time when the Holy Church will strike you down with iron avenging, mount your bodies and shrive your soul. We are the ultimate arbiters to whom no soul is safe sir, we give you one chance and one chance only to repeal these salacious laws, repent your souls and then fall upon your sword. God is mighty, God is all knowing we see your sins sir and shall haunt your waking dreams, for you know not where we shall come from, you do not know when, but all heretics, all pagans shall burn in this life and the next.

There shall be no solace from you people I think, it seems they are admonished from the true path by these laws, laws that burn the heart of any true man. We give you one chance, repeal this and fall to your knees, if not there shall be consequences, always consequences. Our ideals are threatened , nature is perverted, and let me assure you sir the empire will always strike back.

RE: The new laws passed regarding religion within the Marxist State.

While we here in the FFS are, in general, religious (there is a small atheist minority, but the majority of people are Catholic or Orthodox Christian), we would understand why similar laws might be enacted to prevent people from taking actions against their country in the name of religion, the measures that have been enacted by your nation seem overly harsh. We request that you please loosen a few of the restrictions outlined in these laws. While we will dissaprove should you choose to ignore our request, please do not think that we will withdraw our aid from the disaster zones in your nation.

While we are disturbed by this development, I come here not as an enemy but to warn you rather.

You may not know, but our country is populated by several of these so called "religious extremists" chapters. Several of them cry out in outrage against this, and try to urge some of my staff to war (though none have given in).

I fear that it is only a matter of time before they are rise a fire in the people, making them force us to try and fight this act. I only come to warn you of that the chapters possibly might try to wage a guerrilla war.

Please, repel this act, for I will not be held accountable of this unpleasant misunderstanding.

Josh Montezuma

The news of the religious ban reached Jerusalem before the working day ended. The elder statesman Shimon Peres. As Foreign Minister, it would be his duty to draft the official response. Unlike many other ministers in other governments, Peres was allowed to draft his own response without any oversight. Having a Nobel Prize to your credit gave you such privileges.

To: The Marxist State Foreign Ministry
From: Shimon Peres, Foreign Minister of Medinat Yisrael.

We are deeply concerned by your new law regarding religious practices. Our embassy staff will be monitoring the actions taken in temples. We request that no surveillance gear be placed within a synagogue. We will be highly alarmed should IDF residents in your nation and other Jewish residents are affected in any adverse ways.

We also wish you would remove restrictions on jobs. You should allow Jews and members of other religions to hold jobs such as being an MD. Remember that if it weren't for a Jewish MD, your country would likely be plagued by Polio.

We will monitor the situation and if any IDF citizen or Jew in your country is harmed, there will be dire consequences for you. We hope it doesn't come to that.

In Tel Aviv, the mood was different in a darker office. Mossad was alerted of the move and would be monitoring the situation. A call was made over a secure line to an agent sitting in Rome. He would be given orders to fly to The Marxist State to be the eyes and ears of the Israeli government. There were Mossad agents at the Embassy, but they would be under greater scrutiny.

The agent's passport had the name Vladimir Chirlenko. His real name was Yoshua Wolfe, but only a few people knew that. Wolfe had the papers and memorized the background stories of five different aliases he could use based on the mission. "Chirlenko" had an address in Rome which was on the mailing list for several Marxist organizations. "Chirlenko" was also a Russian national. He had the reputation of being a devoted communist. The cover would be perfect to observe the treatment of Jews while on the mission.

I wonder what this verb 'concour' is intended to mean; perhaps you could enlighten me. Lord knows my English is very terrible, and I welcome the ability to expand my vocabulary.

That aside, I, my staff and my government find what you are attempting to do highly repulsive; in the main, the Adygeans, as a nation, detest such despotic measures. Furthermore your attempt to justify your actions solely on your size smack of bigotry and arrogance in the most blatant and farcically superficial sense.

I must ask you: what crime have these individuals committed, that they must be stripped of their freedom of participating in government and society in broad, sweeping and by no means fair terms? Adygea suffered in much the same way under the shadow of the Red Banner; we assure you we will not stand by and watch it happen yet again, and we are not alone.
