Addressing the Kiravian Empire:
The Kiravian ambassadorial request is immediately granted. As an ally of the Imperium, Kirav will of course not be required to abide by any restrictions. Kirav shall also be situated on the inner-circle of embassies reserved for the largest occupiers, offering premium defence and Imperial communication. This is standard for the allies of the Imperium.

Addressing Alfegos:
Some small trouble with your application. We only permit "sidearms and sub-carbines" in the village itself, meaning the UH-60 would be required to be unarmed, and your guards could only arm themselves with sub-carbines, sub-machine guns and hand-guns. As for your helipad request; Alfegos will of course have direct access to the communal Air-station specifically built in the village for the Embassies.

Addressing Weccanfield:
Application approved pending the withdrawal of the request for Assault Rifles. The same rules apply as stated to Alfegos.

The Imperium would also like to take this opportunity to thank all three applicants for their interest, we hope our time spent shall improve all of our nations for the better. Those who have small-issues regarding their applications shall be dedicated an embassy nonetheless while the creases are being smoothed out.

As such, we have began to analyse the natural resources and industries offered by Zinaire in the hope of establishing reliable trade routes between our nations. As soon as Pictish syndicates begin conversing with Zinairian business we feel confident that long-term economic opportunities will be revealed and the first trading fleets dispatched to the Caribbean.

This Earth is a perilous one for nations of smaller populations such as yours, especially with warmongers at every corner preparing to extend their empires through the use of fire. We recognize the potential that emanates from Zanaire, and although official diplomatic contact has only recently been established we wish to see the state survive and flourish. Largely due to the presence of the Anagonian states, New Pictavia's relatively modest population is extended to the resources of her Sovereign Protectorates in an alliance with a total population of nearly twenty-two billion citizens. We feel confident that our Imperial brethren will not hesitate in ensuring the defensive needs of the greater realm are met. We also wish to stress certain points: Zanairan territory, in accordance with the treaty, will not be violated, and the state will remain a completely sovereign entity as it does now. The benifits of becoming a Sovereign Protectorate also extend to economic stability through economic aid whenever required and far fewer trade restrictions, coupled with access to the Empire's wealth of advanced technology to ensure the growth of the state. There are several minor benefits included, such as the complete cooperation of all Imperial intelligence services and free movement of citizens between all Imperial states. In return, all we ask for is that a modest number of military personnel funded by Zanaire are transferred to Pictish control, under lease, in effect becoming a "Foreign Legion". Said small amount of troops will be stationed in Zanaire and their foremost objective will always be securing their homeland from foreign aggressors, although may be engaged in wider operations where required.

MESSAGE: We are delighted that Zinaire has chosen to align itself with New Pictavia, and Lord Consul Gaius Kadesh is expected to address the press and greater Imperium shortly.

After careful consideration, taking into account the current size of the Zinairian armed forces and their level of funding, we request that the Imperial Zinairian Legion is of an equivalent size to a NATO brigade. Circa five-thousand soldiers is the regular size of an Imperial Legion, comprised of several mechanized infantry and armoured battalions. Normally, we request that the costs of equipment and maintenance are subsidized by the Sovereign Protectorate in question, however due to the size and subsequent GDP of Zinaire such a financial commitment is viewed as unfair. Thus, until Zinaire expands the Imperial Senate has moved that all costs of equipment and infrastructure shall be covered by New Pictavia while troop maintenance supported by Zinaire. In action, the standard Aerospacial and Naval duties of a Sovereign Protectorate's donated military assets will be fulfilled by the Imperial Fleet in order to limit the financial strain of providing military maintenance for warships and aircraft on Zinaire. In terms of hardware employed by the military I defer to the Councillor of Imperial Defence, Captain Aidan Ría of the Imperial Armed Forces:

Most importantly, the Karullian attitude of the treatment of Greston at the hands of the Picts. Let me assure you that such actions are being made for the benefit of the world, and indeed those who have been harmed or still may be at the hands of the Grestonian war-machine in the past. Their word is not to be believed, and we must see that their ability to wage unjust war is sufficiently hindered in order to ensure the greater peace. Reparations and military reductions are wholly necessary as without these we feel wholly confident that Greston will return to it's warmongering ways. Too many have died already at the hands of Batther, and we require to be taken completely seriously by the barbarian in order to be convinced by his word. At the moment, his current attitude towards the crisis conveys that he holds peace in no high regard and thus cannot be trusted.

Our actions do not benefit us, in fact the costs of war will no-doubt outweigh any gains made. However, one must not forget that the cost of life is greater, and that immediate sacrifices must be made in honour of those who have already fallen, and ensure that this is not repeated.

In which case, I suggest the expansion of the Imperial Zinairian Legion into the Imperial Zinarian Corps, numbering approximately 30,000 personnel. The Corps will be structured into three two infantry divisions and one mechanized division, with artillery support. The Havenic Republic will of course equip all personnel as per our previous agreement, and we request that Zinaire may meet the annual maintenance costs of the armed force. The IZC will remain in Zinaire wherever permitted unless the defense of the realm is compromised offshore. We hope that these terms are acceptable, and that our alliance is renewed and will continue to provide a safer, more peaceful future.
