Divine Proclamation from the Emperor
Her Majesty Senna Senna
Following the Proclamation of the Vuhifellian Empire, we, as individuals, as people, and as a nation, are shedding our ties to our weak past. As the Empire grows, we grow with it. However, we have been bound by the restrictions of our past, by the history we dare not face.
I, acting as the First Emperor of Vuhifell and of all her Colonies, hereby decree the remilitarization of the Southland Region including Coronation Island and the Twinkle Chain.
Constitutional Edict XV is hereby repealed, and I am ordering our nation's armed forces to begin large scale production of chemical, biological, and nuclear weaponry. Dismantling of our nation's old nuclear stockpile shall now cease.
The colony of Brunak and the territory of Southland shall hereby be remilitarized with a force of 100,000 marines being deployed to both regions to put down our genetically inferior enemies.
By the Office of the Supreme Councillor, I hereby order this decree be carried out in all levels of civilian and military government.
We are, slowly, but surely, rebuilding the lost glory of our nation.
