Solenial is located around equally north as Montreal, Canada. In the West Solenial has a rather warm Swede-like climate ranging from -5 to 22 degrees across the year and in the east more cold Greenland-like climate ranging from -12 to 12 degrees across the year.
The Annual Climate Average (ACA) of Solenial in the last 20 years has rose 2 Degrees seeing a large affect on the Red Seals habitat.
Solution
The Solution to this problem is to try and slowly move the Seals further north and set up 'Hospices'. The Aim will to be to try and reduce the amount of Flubber that the seals currently have so they can survive in the warming climate.
By 2100 the Seals are expected to be able to cope with the climate and able to survive in climates of around -8 to 17 Degrees which would mean that the seals would be able to increase in number.
Recently other affairs that have troubled the parliament of the PDFRS means that The Environment recieves 1% of the Budget ($45,324,282,080.00). We ask that any donations could be made to the SNSPO (Sol National Seal Protection Organisation) who recieve small grants from the Environment budget.
