Communism Banned in the FFS! (Multitudes Cheer as Chief of State Delivers Order 93)

Inneville, FFS - Thousands assembled in Inneville's Bronze Square cheered as General Grimmeberger delivered Executive Order 93, making membership in the nation's Communist Party or Anarchist Party a federal offense punishable by death, and banning moderate socialists from holding any of the few remaining publicly elected offices or voting. This order comes after the Grey Battalions uncovered a plan by a militant Communist cell, known as the Red Brethren, to assasinate the Generalissmo and foment a Communist Revolution in the FFS. To prevent this threat from destabilizing the nation and killing thousands in a bloody revolution, Commander Weller of the Grey Battalions ordered the capture and execution of Oredius Rissius, leader of the Brethren. However, his men missed their target, and Rissius has fled to some other nation in the region, the exact one unknown. Operation Red Purge is well underway, with campaigns against Communist forces by the military police as well as the army. General Grimmeberger has requested assistance from other nations in his mission to protect the FFS and other nations from the Red Menace.

A revision has been made to Order 93: Communists and Anarchists are no longer to be executed or exiled. While political freedoms may be abridged, their right to life shall not be violated. All members of the Red Brethren, however, are still to be classified in the FFS as an International Terrorist Organization and captured combatants from this organization will receive fitting treatment, IE, execution or imprisonment.

Public Announcment::Protectorate of Jinos

Today, Precentor Martial Bradley said that he supported the FFS's descision to reject Communism/Socialism, and Anarchy. Believing that such government styles only promoted corruptness, and violence. Though alarmed at the initial sentance of death for these people, Bradley has since relaxed his status on the issue when the FFS changed the Order.

He has since agree to actively be on the look out for members of the Red Menace within the borders of Jinos and oversea's where the Jinosiean military branches operated. So long, "People of Communistic, Socialistic, Anarchistic, belief retain their humanitarian and civil rights" he said, addressing that although Jinos was Anti-Communistic, it was a land of free thinking people. Thus should not prosecute nor desciminate against those people's mere belief system, so long as their actions do not instigate political change towards Socialism/Anarchism.

The Grand World Order is deploying soldiers of the Judiciator Division, a branch of the Federal Guard (National Police) who's job is to weed out illegal politics. We have also sent 5 battalions of Federation Army soldiers. With them, a battalion of Marines have been deployed for special operations, paradrops, etc..

Re: Troop Deployment by the Grand World Order

Many thanks for the aid against the terrorists. Before we begin deployment of our men and the creation of our plans, we feel that you should be informed of the strength of the enemy we face, and we should total up the number of men available to the coalition.

We will mostly be operating in mountainous or broken terrain, though urban fighting is to be expected.

The Red Brethren are, naturally, guerrillas/insurgents, meaning that they use small, irregular attacks indiscrimenently on military and civilian targets alike, using either gunmen, taking hostages, or using bombs. The Red Brethren do not ever show quarter to prisoners, so none should be expected. Capture is a priority for us, however, as prisoners could provide useful information. RB fighters that we will be facing within FFS borders are estimated to number roughly 3,400 insurgents, though it is beleived that there are at least 4,800 additional fighters in neighboring nations. Klashinokov rifles are favorite weapons, so be ready to face enemies using assault rifles, RPGs, and sniper rifles.

The Army of the Regus is a regular army, whose main job in this operation will be containment, creating a mesh that fighters should not be able to escape to. Its operational strength at the moment is roughly 210,000 men.

The Grey Battalion Special Forces are trained as secret police and in regular combat as well. The forces available number roughly 6,100 well trained and equipped men.

Total FFS Forces Available: 216,100 men

Please state the GWO's and AOE's total troop commitment and their strengths. This information will be needed so we can all plan our operations.

MR LARRY WILLIAMS
To General Steve
I have just been handed all the information reguarding this matter, and UN reports on what has just happene din your nation and I am disgusted.

So you call The Shazbotodm Empire criminals because we consider ourself Left-Wing and you were terrorized by people who don't like your rather blatantly facist regime?

I find that rather interesting. Last I knew, terrorism is used to scare the populace into submission for the leadership of that nation to do as they please. Which if I am correct, you are currently using terror tactics to force the popuation of your nation into dropping their personal beliefs in an equal society by threatening them with jail time.

This cannot be tollerated in the personal oppinion of the people of the Shazbotdom Empire. And therefore I am abliged by the people of my nation to authorize the acceptance of Communist Nationals from your nation into the Shazbotdom Empire under a temporary Visa. This Visa will be temporary until they prove to the people of the Shazbotdom Empire that they will be a productive member of our Society.

Therefore anyone fleeting the tyranny of your nation is welcome in the Shazbotdom Empire and any of her Colonies under the Temporary Visa Act (VA-0446432-995) of 2016. We will be sending a flight group of 300 Thunderbolt assault craft along with 100 Boeing 777's to transport any Communists out of your nation. They will land at a location you specify and will take out as many Communists as can fit on them.

Re: Re: Troop Deployment by The Grand World Order

Our current troop commitment is as follows: We are planning to dedicate 3 of the Army battalions to defending any sort of civilian towns, and the last 2 are planned to assist in forward operations. The Judiciators will deal with underground resistances, if any should arrive. The Marine Battalion will be the primary force of spearheading attacks, Federation-wise. Most of the soldiers we have deployed are Clones, who are naturally trained to have little fear. The Marines wear heavy armor, but since their training is strict, there are few MArines in the Federation. The Judiciators are comprised only of clones, and are experts at destroying underground resistance and act as our secret police. They can also aid in defense. Also, the Navy is planning to send a force of 20 Advanced F-35 Space-enabled fighters, as well as 5 more Space-enabled Eurofighters.

Complete Federation Force: 2500 Army, 500 Marines, 150 Judiciators

We find it most appalling that the Reds have set up shop in your nation. Under the articles of ACID, and under our own morality, we will send you support. Our Intelligence Staff in both MI6 and MI5 are well trained and experienced in dealing wtih Communist terror cells and we are sending both an MI6 and MI5 team to your nation to assist your intelligence service in catching the Communists.

Furthermore, if you wish, we will send elite troops such as the Special Air Service to actively hunt down Communist militants. However we understand the political issues with putting troops on the ground in another country and if you do not want this, we will not push the idea.

We would like to send monetary assistance but are currently in debt, so you may have to seek other ACID assistance in this matter.

These terrorists' mission has been stated by themselves as "to help spread the global people's revolution, to overthrow the disgustingly capitalist and fascist government that is supressing the workers and underprivelaged in the Fanboyist States, and to see to it that the evils of fascism and capitalism are suppressed worldwide."

General Grimmeberger would also like to thank all nations who have been willing to support their brothers in the fight against this threat to global security.

While at this time we believe the intelligence agents that Questers has offered to be sufficient with the reinforcements sent from other nations, we will accept the support of actual military units from Questers should the need arise. However, we do not wish to overstrain Questers' military or economy, what with their ACID commitments.

All was good in the life of John Oppenircir. He had a well paying job, he had just gotten a promotion, and in a few weeks he was going to get married to the women he loved.
Suddenly, that happiness was shattered. An insurgent in a ski mask grabbed him and several other civilians as a whole group of terrorists passed by, holding a gun to his head saying "Don't move or I'll shoot!"

------------------------------------------------------------------------
A group of between 34-61 Red Brethren Insurgents have taken 32 people hostage inside a small office building. They have ordered the government of the FFS to order foreign troops to leave the country, or else they will execute the hostages. A full company of Grey Battallion Officers have been dispatched to prevent the insurgents from escaping.

---Inneville, Innava, FFS---

It was 1900 hours, and General Steven Grimmeberger was reading his copy of The Prince in an armchair. He needed to relax every evening possible or else he would not be able to sleep.
Three minutes later, that was the least of his worries. He was fighting for his life with a masked assailant, brandishing a rather nasty-looking knife at him. He kicked, hit, bit, fought like a person on the street being assaulted. However, after six minutes of hard fighting, his assailant succeeded. The knife slipped into his chest, and he fell to the ground, shouting in pain. However, he had been a soldier before, and with his last concious moments, grabbed for his revolver that he always kept on him. He pulled the hammer back and fired, and repeated this four more times, until the assassin lay dead on the ground next to him. The cook found him a moment later, coming to check on the sources of the gunshots. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remained in critical condition.

Following the incapacitation of General Grimmeberger, I will be assuming the reins of power until he recovers. We shall continue in our current state of affairs, and may he recover soon.

I shall foward your message to General Grimmeberger as soon as he is able to recieve it. I am sorry that I am the one who must tell you that he is in critical condition at the hospital after being stabbed by a would-be assassin who was assassinated by his target. As I am currently in charge of the nation, let me calm your worries for the moderates of this nation: moderates will not be harmed in this exercise unless they commit a crime against the government (or anyone else for that matter), in which case they will be arrested as anyone else would be in such a situation. Moderate socialists are temporarily having voting rights abriged, but this will change as soon as the Red Brethren are no longer a threat and there is no way the Moderate Socialist Party can help further their agenda.

Yours sincerely,

From: General Taylor Beltway, Commanding General of the Marine Corps
To: Commander Roderic Weller

As soon as I heard news of the hostage situation, I thought up a plan. Several of my ships will sail further from the shore, while the others find concealment of some sort. This, of course, will be covered by the media. Federation troops will enter a state of hiding until the hostages are let go, as the "disappearance" will hopefully make them believe that at least one foreign military has withdrawn. Overall, the only loss is the group of ships that get caught on tape withdrawing, and even still, those will still be relatively close to the FFS.

Also, I do hope that General Grimmeberger can return to office soon.

While I have already devised a strategy to dealing with the situation, if we were to combine our strategies, I am fairly sure that the chances of success will increase substantially. My plan involves a fairly straight foward hostage-strike/siegebreaking strategy where soldiers disorient the enemy by using smoke and flash grenades, then eliminate the targets and free the hostages.

Understood. I'll send the order for the ships to leave port once we find concealment for the deployed units and ships. The Army and whatnot will form an "underground", wearing civilian clothing until the hostages are secure. During this period, the soldiers are also going to be armed only with concealed handguns, as an MI-8 Carbine or an FSIAAS shotgun would no doubt alert the terrorists. However, the Army and Marines will need to find places to store their weapons and uniforms, while keeping them safe from any sort of infiltration into the buildings, but easy enough for the forces to quickly retrieve the equipment.

With that, the Thunderbolt's turned their aircraft around and hit their afterburners and arced upwards towards the sky. To save fuel, they would fly up to the upper atmosphere and shut off their engines and glide back to Re-entry point Zigma.

Thanks accepted. Our dairy trucks are currently in route to re-deliver our equipment. We would like to thank you, in turn, for providing a storage area for our equipment. The ships should be returning to port soon as well.

After Taylor sent this message, a dairy truck pulled up. Five infantrymen approached the vehicle, ready to help unload the equipment. Then it exploded, instantly killing three of them and propelling the other two towards the wall of the building. Since they had no armor, they were incapacitated by the impact. Then several rebel troops rushed out of the neighboring buildings armed with AK-47s, variants of it, and even an RPD machine gun. The Federation troops withdrew their MI-P57 pistols and returned fire. Taylor unholstered his custom-made Python-style revolver, which loaded .50 sized GWO bursting rounds. The gunbattle blazed on, and several infantrymen were killed, as well as most of the rebels. After the rebels retreated, taking the incapacitated men with them, the rest of the Federation troops secured a perimeter, firing rounds into the heads of any downed rebels to insure that they were dead. Taylor calmly stepped out of the safehouse and approached what appeared to be the rebel team's leader. He searched the pockets for any sort of identification, and found a paper explaining the team's orders. The note explained that the truck was a suicide bomber's truck, and that the team was a special operations squad who's mission was to kill Taylor and take Federation hostages. About an hour later, the real dairy truck arrived, and the troops each retrieved their armor and weaponry. Then someone threw a tape from a concealed position.

Taylor ordered for it to be played on the small, TV screen. On the screen, the terrorists had 4 Federation soldiers strapped to chairs. The terrorists explained that they would kill the troops simply because of the fact that the Federation tried to fool them, and then began to rant about the greatness of Communism. Then, one terrorist cut a Hammer And Sickle logo into each of the soldier's foreheads, not killing them, but leaving bloody gashes. The video continued on with the torture, and ended with the brutal form of torture-murder. Each soldier was moved to a table, laid down flat, and had a rat placed on their stomach. At the same time, four terrorists put buckets over the rats, and began to heat the buckets with a blowtorch. The soldiers tried to escape, but the rats ate through their stomachs in the end. Then the rebels dragged the bodies, insides exposed, and hung them on a traffic light. As this happened on the television screen, Taylor held his Officer's hat at his chest as a way of respecting the soldiers murdered on-screen.

"Copy this and send the copies to the Grand Commander, as well as General Grimmeberger. They need to see what just happened." Taylor said in a slightly frsutrated way.

To: General Beltway
From: General Grimmeberger (written mostly by an aide to keep it clean)

We will not tolerate the outrage that the RB's have committed against GWO troops. We will move units of the regular army to help clear out these inhuman (choice of wording is indecent). We will not let their (censored) actions stand. (There are lots of scratch and scribble marks on the letter, as if people were fighting for the pen.)

I AM ORDERING EVERY LAST ONE OF THOSE RED BASTARDS TO BE SHOT ON SIGHT! NO PRISONERS! AND FURTHERMORE, THESE TREDIGAN BITCHES WILL NOT SURVIVE TANGLEING WITH THE FFS!!!!(Referring to the declaration of war on the FFS by the (nonplayer) Tredigan Empire, a nation that has long interferred in FFS affairs.) DON'T WORRY ABOUT THOSE GUYS THOUGH: WE'RE ONLY TOO HAPPY TO DEAL WITH THE FOREIGNERS. DO WHAT YOU SEE AS FITTING PUNISHMENT TO THE F------ WHO DID THIS TO YOUR MEN!! AS OF NOW THOUGH, NO QUARTER WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY RED BRETHREN FIGHTER CAPTURED BY FEDERATION TROOPS!!!

(it looks like Grimmeberger calmed down a bit by this point)
My condolences to the families of these heroic soldiers who laid down their lives. We will avenge them. I also wish to personally thank every one of your men here, for sticking it out through this. I am afraid to say that it may only get worse. However, if, after this turn of events you wish to withdraw and protect yourselves against the RB in your own lands, I have no power to force you to stay. However, you will be more than welcome to stay with us, we will accomedate your men as best as we can. I will go out there and thank each of your men personally as soon as they let me out of this sterilized prison. (Saying I'm too weak. I'm only 37 for goodness sakes! You'd think two weeks of recovery would be enough!)

To: the Shazbotdom Empire
Your extraction forces may be cleared to land as soon as they are ready. We will maintain a small armed presence at the strip for security reasons.
Thanking you for the continued civil, if strained, relations between our nations,
General Steven P. Grimmeberger, Head of State

OOC: Don't worry, its alright. We don't mind you pursuing your other interests.
BTW, guys, I won't be on for most of this weekend, so don't forget to keep bumping the thread.

As the Federation forces across the Fanboyist States were gearing up, a massive crackdown would be occuring in suspected RB neighborhoods. Judiciators were interrogating anyone who was suspected to be a member of the RB organization.

Several RB officers were brought before General Beltway himself. Several were indeed from the tape.

The General paced back and forth between the tied down rebels. He didn't have any sort of detail showing his dsigust in them. Without warning, he quickly whipped out his .50 Revolver and fired it into the forehead of one of the officers. He progressed to the next rebel, who closed his eyes tightly, expecting his head to be splattered across the floor like his friend. The General stooped down, and withdrew a toothpick from one of his pockets. It was bloody. The rebel's eyes were open and focused on the piece of wood. "Hi there." the General said, before jamming the toothpick into the right eye of the rebel, who fell over screaming in pain. Then he ripped it out. "Take him away, do what you like to him." he said to the Judiciators in the room. They dragged him into another room, where electricity and impact sounds mixed together before a shot that, for some reason sounded more brutal than common gunshots.

The General then left the room, saying in a calm voice, "Finish them however you wish." He then put the toothpick back in his pocket, and as he went through the building, gunshots were heard coming from the room he had left.

The control crews were tense in the air control towers, as they realized the delicacy of the landings, as it had just started snowing heavily outside. They answered back to the 777's question:

"This is FFS ATC Tower 7, Torreca International Airport. You have clearance to land at TIA, Inneberg International Airport (IIA), and Jingoville International Airport (JIA). You will be guided in by unarmed guide planes, callsigns Dodo-3 and Heron-2, Pidgeon-12 and Crow-7, and Pidgeon-6 and Heron-8. Be careful. OOC Note: Anywhere where "Tredigum" is mentioned, it is a non-playernation. I will be roleplaying as them, unless someone else wants to do it instead. They would be a nation slightly smaller than the Fanboyists with a massive navy. Let me know if I'm breaking any rules here.

IC:
Torreca, IA, FFS
General Grimmeberger paced back and forth in the military intelligence office, awaiting news from General Varricer regarding the war against Tredigum. He wasn't worried much about the land war: the FFS had a better trained and motivated army. It was the naval war that concerned him. Tredigum's navy was famous throughout the region for having never been defeated decisively for as long as anyone could remember. And he had just sent the FSS Imperator, the first of seven superdreadnaughts, into the jaws of a trap. Now he could only await the news relayed to him by General Varricer and Admiral Quincy about the outcome of the engagement.

Somewhere in FFS and Tredigan waters:

The FSS Theodore Roosevelt and the FSS Napoleon Bonaparte I were impressive enought ships, of the Ottonius Magnus-Class dreadnaughts that were an intergal part of the Federation Navy, with 9, 14" guns and a good amount of anti-aircraft guns. Even more imposing, however, was the FSS Imperator, the first of seven planned superdreadnaughts, with 9, 18" guns, and an appropriate amount of anti-missile and anti-aircraft weaponry on it, the superdreadnaught was a symbol of the revitalized FSN. As the flotilla of these dreadnaughts and seven Coyote-class destroyers advanced towards a strategically vital island held by Tredigan forces to aid in the naval bombardment, they were attacked by a superior force of Tredigan ships: eight battleships, each of similar strenght to the Ottonius Magnus-class ships, and 18 destroyers, of an escort type rather than the Coyote-class ones that resembled toned-down versions of dreadnaughts with anti-submarine capabilities.

It was at 2127 hours that General Grimmeberger recieved the news: All the FFS ships had been badly damaged, badly enough to be out of action for at least 10 months, but, thankfully, none destroyed. Their adversaries had not been so lucky. For the first time in recent memory, a Tredigan flotilla had been decisivly defeated, with 3 battleships sunk (all by the Imperator, one battleship damaged badly enough to be scrapped, and 2 escaping with minor damage, while seven destroyers were severly damaged, two were sunk, and the rest escaped with minor damage. Excellent.

In the meantime, General Artus Milvian's Army of the Regus was fighting what was effectively a series of stalemates with Red Brethren fighters, with a handful on each side killed, and dozens on either side wounded. The 93rd Shocktroopers had just successfully captured who were believed to be 3 mid level officers of the movement, and 2 grunts. The grunts were summarily executed, after their crimes were listed (the main ones being treason and conspiracy to overthrow the government) and the officers were being interrogated.

"Who is the head of your organization?" Sergeant Rufus Torst demanded bluntly from the one who seemed to be the captured insurgent's leader. No need to be polite with enemies of the state.
"Go f*** yourself, capitalist pig," responded the insurgent. At this Sergeant Torst blugeoned the man over the head with a wooden rod. They had always been believers in simple torture devices. Nothing elaborate.
"You say capitalist like its a bad thing, pinko. Now, you're going to tell me who your damned leader is, or you'll get more like that!" growled Rufus.
"You'll have to kill me first," replied the insurgent with an air of superiority about him.
"That can be arranged, AFTER you tell me who your leader is!"
"No."
The Sergeant raised the rod again as if to hit the insurgent, but the more spineless of the three caved in at this point:
"Fine, fine! I'll tell you! Just stop hurting us!"
Torst stopped and looked at this terrorist. The man's crazy, he thought. Nevertheless...
"If you tell me everything you know, we'll stop the pain."
"Comrade Weldrich Nervinius is the leader of the organization. He's in"---BAM!
In the excitement of getting the information he needed, the sergeant hadn't noticed the commotion outside the office, as eight fighters blew past the civilian police officers and then burst in the room, firing randomly, killing the informer and injuring all others, including Rufus.
"SHIT!" Torst saw his life flash before his eyes...until he realized that the room now just had 2 injured and freaked out Red Brethren fighters and nine dead ones. He picked himself up off the ground and finished off the two remaining captives in front of the four shocktroopers who had just saved him. He had a feeling the insurgernts weren't going to tell him anything.
"Well, gents, carry on," he said as if nothing had just happened.

Somewhere on the Tredigan Border:
General Lucien M. Varricer figured he must be going stark raving nuts. There was no way he had just ordered something he swore he'd never do.
He had just ordered his men to prepare to defend territory.
Well, orders from the capital were orders. And they had already wiped their butts with the Tredigan troops. Metaphorically speaking. There wasn't much else to do then. Sit and wait outside that damn enemy capital. Worthless pile of crap he thought. Not much else for his 400,000 men to do put get ready for the inevitable counter attack the enemy would launch. Sit, wait and prepare.
Losses on the Battlefront:
FFS:
412 KIA, 1,286 WIA, 133 MIA, 24 POWs. Total: 1,855
PRT (People's Republic of Tredigum):

Let it be established that our policy has always been that the friends of our enemies are also our enemies. You seem ready to go to war. You may wish to reconsider this bold declaration after taking a look at our nation's statistics, especially when compared to yours. We also demand that you withdraw any aid you have sent to the Red Brethren, or this note WILL be considered grounds for war. Consider this carefully.

Alternately, we could turn him over to a UN Special Tribunal. We would also like to inform you that the Foreign Legion has arrived to help you. They are well-trained enough troops, and General Wilhelm Von Rien will work with you according to your objectives and requirements.

There was rejoicing everywhere in Torreca, the capital of the FFS, Inneberg, the largest city and of the second most historical significance, and Jingoville, the location of most of the nation's military academies and industries, as well as being the 3rd largest port. The news had just reached General Grimmeberger, who had spread it rapidly, that the People's Republic of Tredigum's "unbeatable navy" had just suffered a decisive defeat at the hands of an FSN fleet, and that General Varricer's forces were only 12 miles from the Tredigan capital.
General Grimmeberger was happier than anyone had seen him since he was nearly killed by an assassin a month earlier. He had opened a bottle of wine on hearing the news and was discovered three hours later 100% drunk and 0% sober. A national holiday was declared in celebration of the historical victory.
At the same time, the Achae-Ottonian Foreign Legion moved to a town where the RBR had taken over, and proceeded to kick some ass with the help of the 75th Shocktroopers from the Federated States Army.

And for the first time in months, things were good in the Fanboyist States.

It was a shame it couldn't last.

Four days later, the worst fears of all fighting the RBR were realized. A nuclear device was detonated in Dosisa, the fourth largest city in the FFS, with a population of 1,338,963. 83% of the population was killed.

General Grimmeberger swore again, that there would be no prisoners held from the RBR. If it hadn't been war before, it was now.

Throughout the rest of the month, 85 billion dollars would be raised and sent to relief charities to help the survivors.

A few hostile bystanders began throwing rocks at the refugees, and though the police ejected these people, a riot quickly formed outside the terminal. General Grimmeberger was pacing around his office, contemplating many found unthinkable: the end of his time in office. He was considering stepping down, as his tenure in his current role had been more than he had anticipated, and he was coming to realize that there were people better cut out for the job than he was. He ran through the issues in his head.
This job has called for more political awareness than I anticipated. I'm not a politcal thinker. I'm a military man. Weller is more politically astute than I am, and that's definitely something this job has required more and more. Something about him lets him get along easily with people and lets him take the nation's pulse in a way I can't. It dosn't make sense, but it's true enough. Then there's the fact that this job calls for subtlety, something I definitely lack, but Roderic seems to be capable of calling out and putting away at will. I've always been told that I've always been bluntly honest with people, to a fault. Roderic can be subtle though, or just as blunt as me if the situation calls for it. But at the same time, I'm worried senior officials won't take to him the same way they have to me. I'll just have to tell them he has my backing, and I will be staying on as a military officer then... he slowly made up his mind, and with a clear purpose, sat down at his desk and wrote:
"TO: The Government of the Federation of the Fanboyist States and to Commander Roderic Michael Weller:

"It has become increasingly clear to me in recent months that a simple general like me is just not cut out for the role of governing, and so, I am penning my resignation from the office of Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Federation of the Fanboyist States, effective as of midnight tomarrow. Commander Weller will become the new Head of State and Commander-in-Chief, and I myself will move back to fill in the recently vacated position of Field Marshal (may old Juan Bernardo rest in peace). As of tomarrow at 6 in the morning, I will be headed off to the battlefront with an army of 400,000, called up over the past few days, to go and wipe the RBR out in the Cevini Mountains.

"It has been good serving all of you, including the people of the Federation,

GRIFFITH-II was sitting in his office deciding what to do about various debates that the people of the Grand World Order have been bringing up. Most of these requests were simply outrageous to him. Then his desk started to vibrate, and he watched as his Federation Iron Cross vibrated across the desk. He quickly put his hand down on it, and almost instantly, one of his S.T.F. bodyguards rushed in and shouted, "There's been a bombing in the lobby, My Leige! Unknown forces are inside the city armed with AK-47 variants and T-90 tanks! You need to come down from this height or else you'll fall with the Spire if it is brung down!"

GRIFFITH-II grabbed his officer's hat, along with his specially made pistol, which looked somewhat like an Emorden SMG and fired 7.76 Raufoss-like rounds. He put on his vest, which had all of his medals attached to it. He ran to the emergency elevator, along with the entire Spire Office S.T.F. Detail, and quickly hit the Lobby button. He was going to his bunker, which was realtively close to the Spire. As the door opened, he rushed out with S.T.F. soldiers surrounding him. The outside of the building was downright chaos, with all three ground-based forces in Magna Polis; The Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit, the Federation Army, and the Federation Marines, fighting with men wearing snow-urban camouflage and black balaclavas. GRIFFITH-II then noticed an incriminating mark. The balaclavas had Red Stars on the forehead, signifying that they were Red Brotherhood members. He and his team rushed out the door and into the fray. The battle was easily comparable to a battle from Warhammer 40k. Men were close enough for both melee and projectile combat, and several tanks were running down men. This battle was raging throughout all of the Magna Polis Political Sectors, and the blood level was at 8 centimeters. GRIFFITH-II himself was firing into the crowd, and he boldly ran to the now tilted Federation Flag pole in front of the Spire. He pulled it up, using all of his left arm's strength while firing. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a flash. It wasn't a muzzle flash, but a camera flash from a combat photographer. This picture would later become a symbol of the Government, much like the Flag Raising on Iwo Jima.

GRIFFITH-II made it to his bunker, which had a good number of dead RB soldiers on the ground. The battle was nowhere near over, however, and this battle would eventually prove to be the biggest battle in Magna Polis.

Even as I write this message, I have dispatched the 22nd, 44th, 17th, 9th and 31st Urban Assault Infantry Regiments to aid your forces in the developing battle in Magna Polis. They should arrive in a few hours. Please have your men provide them with an area to land and they will join your forces. They are armed with FM-CAL M5/2 Assault Rifles, firing 7.62 mm rounds with a 20 round clip, and is a variation of the Belgian-made CAL assault rifle. There are also men armed with mortars and United Arms Co. M2 Light Machine Guns. There will also be 30 Armadillo-Class Medium Assault Tanks at your disposal. I will also be sending 400 combat medics to tend to your casualities, both military and civilian.
Your ally against the Red Menace,
Generalissmo Roderic M. Weller, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of The FFS

Note: I have modified the number of men being sent to aid you: Field Marshal Grimmeberger is being sent with 20,000 more men to help you deal with any other RBR fighters in your country, in addition to the forces outlined above. He has an appropriate number of tanks for an armoured devision and other war machines.

Thank you for your support against the RB in Magna Polis. Confirmed casualties for each side in Magna Polis follows:

Magna Polis Civilian Control Unit: 1,554
Federation Army: 1,862
Federation Marines: 984
Special Tactics Force: 104
Civilians: 4,210

Red Brotherhood: 2,002

Casualties are steadily growing in Magna Polis, and Martial Law has been delcared in all sectors in the city. The Political Sectors are in the very center of the city. All Sectors in a 5-Sector radius have been put on lockdown, preventing enterance and exit without a complete inspection. Several boat-to-terminal stations are on each side of the city along with docks, and the Airport lies on another artificial island connected to the City by about a dozen chains. Passengers are ferried to the main city by government or private boats. 3 runways have been designated for your craft to land. As soon as your troops land, there is a large number of high-speed boats designed for Marine interception of smugglers waiting for your troops along with an Amphibious Assault Ship to carry large numbers of troops and armor.

We have managed to push a large number of RBR fighters into mountain strongholds in the Orrosis Mountain Range, southeast FFS. Bomber support will be needed as our infantry will be clearing the caves out. Armoured vehicles will be next to useless in this instance. Commander Stephane DeGaulle has been placed in charge of coalition forces in this region.

Orrosis Mountain Range, southeast FFS
Sergeant-at-Arms Rufus Torst groaned. It had turned into a rather interesting day.
He was charging up a slope towards a cave that he knew contained at least 18 insurgents, and all he had were 9 men to back him up. Admittedly, they were 9 men from the 93rd Elite Shocktroopers, but why couldn't Commander DeGaulle just gas the damned caves? It wasn't like the enemy didn't deserve it. In fact they deserved that and more! So what was stopping the bugger from doing it?!
"Sarge, what do you want us to do?"
"Stay low, and pick the motherf*****s off when they show their heads. Then, after we've dropped a few of the b****es, then we charge in and mow 'em down. Simple enough. Actually, we've got grenades. Stevens, chuck a boomer in there."
"Sir!" replied Corporal Eric Stevens, and he lobbed a grenade over their heads into the cave. They heard shouting, then shouts of pain as the grenade went off.
"Let's charge in there and f*** those b******* up!" shouted Rufus, maintaining a marvelous Federation Sergeant's vocabulary. They then charged up there, and f***ed those b******* up, to use the same wording.
"Good guys, 274! Baddies, 121!" stated Private Michael Silversmith, stating the number of dead on both sides. "Lets go and kick some ass!"

As Sergeant Torst was f***ing those b******* up, an Element of Federation Army Infantrymen had stumbled among another cave. "Red team! Go find out what the front defenses are of that cave. Blue team! Stay with me and wait for what Red team finds." Shouted Sergeant FC-IEU-88 of Omicron Company, 1st "Oppressor" Infantry Battalion. As soon as this reached the Element's radioes, three men (Red Team) armed with FSIAAS auto-shotguns quietly looked for a concealed position. The other three men (Blue Team) stayed with the Sergeant and waited. Several shotgun shots were heard, and the Corporal in charge of Red Team shouted "EVERYONE RUSH THE RED CAVEMEN BASTARDS, GO GO GO!" and Blue Team, along with FC-IEU-88, rushed up the hill, and while Red Team was blowing the hell out of the guards in the front, Blue Team arrived to finish the rest of the cave. They fired their flamethrowers into the enterance, sucking the air from the cave and causing asphyxiation among the rebels inside. A few rebels ran out trying to get oxygen, but were instantly set ablaze and shot. After the Blue Team finished with the flames, Red Team fired several grenades into the cave from their FSIAAS-mounted grenade launchers. After about 5 minutes of airing out, the Element proceeded into the cave to seize weapons and check for any possible survivors to execute. As they progressed, their gas mask camera-lens formed little dots in the cave. If anyone was watching, it would most likely be the most terrifying thing they've seen if they're a terrorist. The team went on, finding a military-grade radio next to a dead operator. "Hello? Come in, comrade! Is there something wrong? I repeat, come in comrade!" the radio said. This meant that more RB troops would be converging on the cave. Just then, a survivor rushed out of an air pocket with a PK Machine Gun shouting "DIE FASCIST PIGS!" and spraying randomly. This volley of rounds hit and instantly killed Private Rovio, who, without drama, crumbled over onto the ground. FC-IEU-88 killed the rebel with a burst from his MI-8 Carbine (The only one in the Element at the time) and led the team outside. As they emerged from the cavern, several RB infantrymen were lying prone, armed with AK-47s and PK Machine Guns. "Oh." Said the Sergeant, not sounding the least bit intimidated. They all stood there, neither faction seeming to yield. It was indeed a standoff, and the results were not clear yet.

RE: Your Question
Are you sure you didn't mean Order 93 rather than Order 92?

If you want to know what Order 92 said, it wasn't anything terribly interesting. All it did was establish a government arsenal in Inneberg. Or banned rotten cheese. Or something like that. Pretty much irrelevant to what this thread is about.

If you meant Order 93, then it said that (including the revision):

Order 93 by Generalissmo Steven Phillip Grimmeberger, Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Federation of the Fanboyist States

Intent: To prevent the menace of the Red Brethren Resistance from destabilizing the nation and killing thousands in a bloody revolution.

Orders to:
Orders the capture and execution of Oredius Rissius, leader of the Brethren. Will begin Operation Red Purge, ordering campaigns against Communist forces by the military police as well as the army.

Revision to Order 93: Communists and Anarchists are no longer to be executed or exiled. While political freedoms may be abridged, their right to life shall not be violated. All members of the Red Brethren, however, are still to be classified in the FFS as an International Terrorist Organization and captured combatants from this organization will receive fitting treatment, IE, execution or imprisonment.

The FFS forces had finished disembarking, and Major Frank Von Dovaria and Field Marshal Steven Grimmeberger stepped out into the terminal, as the soldiers tooled up. His 20,000 men were ready first. They began marching out, and soon entered into the bloody melee that was the Political District of Magna Polis. The other troops joined them.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, in annexed (former) Tredigan territory

Oredius Rissius and Weldrich Nervinius stood at a table with other Red Brethren leaders, plotting their next move.
"We have managed to acquire another nuclear weapon..."noted Rissius, the mastermind behind the assasination attempt on Steven Grimmeberger, the destruction of Dosisia, and the attack on Magna Polis. "I suggest we use it on either Inneberg or on Torreca. I have a few operatives who would be only too happy to lay down their lives to strike this blow against the fascist scum."
"Patience," responded Weldrich Nervinius, the RBR's leader. "We should wait until either the opportune moment or until we need to use it. It is better to use the threat of the attack to force this fascist government to dismantle itself willingly than to have to kill even more people to forcibly topple the government. Now, I believe I have another attack to direct in Regium, in the Achae-Ottonian Empire. It is time for them to pay for their insolence."
"And I shall head closer to grey territory to plan more thoroughly, comrade."
A few hours passed, during which Nervinius and Rissius set out. Nervinius was 40 miles away, and Rissius had made it to a cave in the Orrosis Mountains when something important happened that marked a turning point in the war on the RBR.
Commander Stephane DeGaulle ordered all coalition forces to put on gas masks or to evacuate the caves, then to gas the caves. When all units had complied, shielded (or masked) infantry fired chlorine gas canisters into the caves that had not been cleared out. The slaughter of Communist fighters was tremendous. By the end of the day, the army was just a body collecting team, and it had collected nearly 6,400 bodies of RBR fighters, at a loss of 173 men through the whole day. Among the dead was Oresius Rissius.

The Element of soldiers outside of the cave continued to stand with their weapons. The RB men didn't look like they were going to give up either. It was like a battle between mannequins; Nobody moved, nobody was actually shooting.

Meanwhile, in GRIFFITH-II's bunker...

The Grand Commander stormed into his own bunker, now safe from the bloodbath outside. The bunker was manned by about 30 S.T.F. Agents, most of whom were manning the 75 cal machine guns and mounted grenade launchers. As GRIFFITH-II opened a door, a man wearing an Army uniform stood with an M9 Beretta held at his waist. There were a few bloodstains on the uniform, and GRIFFITH-II immediately realized it was an RB member wearing a dead soldier's uniform, only without any headgear. The Grand Commander dove for the M9, and his years of disarmament skills would soon be used. He had a hand on the M9 when the terrorist began firing. The S.T.F. Agents refrained from firing, for fear that they'd hit the Grand Commander. Bullets went through GRIFFITH-II's left side, above his stomach, and into his right forearm. He seemed to be unphased while he was disarming the terrorist. He hit the M9's slide release, then internally severed the man's hand. He threw the terrorist on the ground and put his metal-plated boot on the man's throat, and with a swift show of force, crushed the neck, adding another KIA for the Red Brotherhood. Several S.T.F. Agents grabbed the dead body and promptly threw it into the bunker's grinder, which was supposed to be for food disposal purposes.

Just then, the Element of soldier's leader recieved a message. Luckily he was behind cover. But the silence was broken.
"What? You're going to...alright. Guys! pull back!"
"Why?" one of the men shouted as the stalemate broke and the Grand World Order troops dived out of the cave, firing over their shoulders at the RBR insurgents. It was at that moment that a canister of chlorine gas was released in the cave, answering the soldier's question.
