Yo need some allies maybe we could have a war maybe with my greatest enemy sentinland.

We are a peace-loving people so we do not want to be involved in any wars, but we would be happy for us to open up embassies in eachother's nations.

Addressing the State of Taeshan,

The Pictish Imperium is interested in opening-up diplomatic dialogue. Intelligence reports that Taeshan is pro-environmental and socialist, two ideologies which we are comfortable with.
We are, however, concerned about your commitment to international relations. For example; "Yo" and "Dude" et cetera are informally colloquial phrases which deters us from any seriousness in your communiqué.
Unless you are either Rastafarian, a nation ruled by surfers or a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, The Pictish Imperium is slightly baffled.

War has never been a problem for Greston. We have been in many, some we have started others we were called upon to aid an ally. Our side technicaly won, but I do not think we really did. We have always been in search of new land, no matter how we get it. So you have asked for war. And we will bring it to you, and then make you a new province of the Grestonian Empire and we be under control of The Republic of Greston.

Although we're respectful to your nation we wish to point out the fact that your defence budget based on NSEconomy is around $63,000,000 and Taeshan's is $233,000,000

I suggest that if you want to participate in RP's where budgets make a difference, then you be wiling to accept the verdicts of calculators.
