The Business Development Commision is a joint initiative between the ministries of business and development.

The commission wishes to advertise spaces for company offices and/or warehouses. The area in question has a major road (Dukeway ONE) running right through it.
There is also a light railway run by Avie City Transport, which connects with the HSL.

FYI: Plots on the map are grid referenced.

Your company can buy these plots. They will be about P2,000 per 200 square meters each.
They are currently undeveloped. A land license will be granted by the planning authority to act as your deed. If any malpractices should occur and continue to do so without attempting to resolve them, the license shall be revoked.

Plots may be divided into 100x100 meters if you do not wish to puchase all of it.
To do this, state the grid refrence as normal AND state whether you want:
