The growing trend of bachelor national leaders seeking out partners or spouses has led Directress N. Adrianna Cain of the Grand Unified Federation to re-evaluate her satisfaction in life. Well, not quite, as she is fairly happy in the matter, but as she has never had such an opportunity as a relationship, the idea interests her.
At thirty-two years old, Directress Cain is the leader of Perimeter Defense, elected as a high-end military commander (former field marshal) and a diplomat. Her military background colors her lifestyle: Her hobbies include weekly sniper free-for-alls in the softpellet forest and jungle arenas across Perimeter Defense. She enjoys the heat of battle as she personally commands PD troops in wartime situations. She is skilled with any weapon from the scoped rifle to the rocket launcher, but her weapons of choice are the semi-automatic coilgun often used as a sniper rifle, and the Fist of Rigella, a variant on the Pride ceremonial sword that is much more effective. She was once the recordholder for greatest distance between shooter and target, at 2,530 meters. She is also skilled in karate, taekwondo, Capoeira, kendo, and is known to test national computer security systems by hacking into them.
Cain possesses several interesting attributes, such as eidetic memory (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/eidetic_memory), most notably her memorization of whole book pages in a few seconds, and has used this on several occasions to get histories of nations with whose delegates she is to interact. She was initially diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome as a young girl, but this has either been dispelled or was misinterpreted. Nevertheless, she has several minor social quirks, such as an aversion to other people singing, sudden, random lapsing into introversion, and a requirement for many things in her life to be highly held-up by schedules, charts, and tables. She is a polymath, being educated in law, medicine, psychology, computer science and engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, and general weapons technology; her skill coupled with her memory can allow her to make most primarily mechanical firearms with the necessary materials, without assistance.
