The Grand Unified Federation of Perimeter Defense requests the aid of friendly, neutral, and allied nations towards the recovery of one CARMEN SANDIEGO, who has stolen an optical memory crystal from the First Citadel containing 36 terabytes of vital information, and later destroyed the backups across the nation through unprecedented hacking.

She has evaded RIPOSTE counterintelligence for the past two weeks, and makes periodic taunting calls to the Directress's office from spoofed locations such as Deva Vitrix, London, and Aurum Domus.

Any and all assistance will be appreciated.

If she's in Vetalia, we will hunt her down and she will be eliminated. Our security forces are quite capable at this, and we have more than a few unpleasant weapons at our disposal for dealing with this thief. All of our intelligence forces have been put on high alert and we have authorized all tools available to ensure this situation is resolved quickly.

8311-MC, Administrator of locality 21, has just received a message from Sandiego herself again, in the form of a "depth mine" that crashed 8311's logical machine, causing him to return bad legislation in two separate incidents that befuddled the district.

We have confirmed reports that Sandiego has several armed henchmen, each of whom will be relatively easy to spot. Such characters include Gen. Eral Patron Age, Captain Tomas Hard II, Get., the snipers Pot and Shot, the assassins Silent and Deadly, and others.

NATIONAL TREASURE STOLEN!

V.I.L.E has struck again, an unknown male assailent today enacted the most daring theft of a national treasure ever known in the nation of Bazalonia. The Federation Proclamation has been stolen from the national library, Which suddenly inexplicable became "the the not-so-national library of the federation formally known as Bazalonia". The OFKABFP, Organisation Formerly Known As the Bazalonian Federal Police is unable to make an annoucement at this time.

It has been rumoured that he was overheard commenting about the great Artists of the 21st century. It is believed that he has already left the country via Fauxhan International Airport. Reports have also had him at a local Cafe and a Movie theartre.

Bazalonia will welcome any international investigators to help recover such a precious artifact of Bazalonian History.

On a flight out of Bazalonia to an unknown destination, the V.I.L.E henchmen was sipping a drink, he had stolen the Federation Proclamation from right out from the Bazalonians nose and now they couldn't federate or proclamate. If he could only get to the V.I.L.E Safe house before the law deparments could ID him, he just needed to lose any trackers off his scent.

The TSRT's Intellegince-Commissarat went crazy upon the news that a individual named 'Carmen Sandiego' had apparently stolen vital information from the nation of Perimeter Defense. Immediatly, Intellegince-Commissars all over the world were instructed too locate and retrieve this chip and, if possible, liquidate Carmen Sandiego.
