This is the original copy of the never-published Ying War declaration. It is the declaration that separated the Holy Empire Of Ying, and began the what seems to be a never ending war. This thread also includes:

Declaration Of War

In full awareness that we are being manipulated by the western provinces of the Ying empire, East Ying, consisting of The Pandlon Islands, Hon-tou-lee, the newly founded democracy East Ying, and Longstarlegislativeco, have declared war on the western province of the Empire.
We have set up a democratic union and charter, and are prepared for the war that lays ahead. We have created our capital, Kong-see, and have erected The East Ying Department of Affairs with Western Provinces of The Ying Empire. We are now fully separated from the Ying Empire. We hope that you have a good life on your own, for we will never aid you again. We already have occupied your biggest cities including Min-Seoul City, and will die fighting.

Treaty of Go-Chu
East Ying->West Ying
East Ying has demanded a Treaty and Cease Fire in the area of Go-Chu. Reports from leading generals have told me that solders from both sides are killing innocent civilians. I propose a 3 month cease fire, and to give up my post and occupation of Go-Chu. Although I will still have troops surround the city, I cannot bear to see the destruction of one of the birth places of the Ying Empire

East Ying, you are fools beyond my power, you are giving up the largest supply of weaponry, that I nearly was going to give to you. But as they say, persistence pays off. And yes, I will except the cease fire, only because you're to chicken to fight! I hope this foolery of yours does not go on forever, and mark my words, West Ying will expand!
