Open Declaration to the World

We are holding a military exercise in the Nevada province, at Fallon Air Base, that is open to the world, in order to promote co-operation between the nations of the world. The exercise is codenamed "Blue Flag" in homage to the Red Flag of old, we are accepting applications now for foreign military units.

We hope you will be able to join this exercise, this exercise will help us also in our tactics,

Since our new 140th Wing has been formed, it hasn't took part in international exercises, and currently their command has sent an application for your exercise.

140th Wing is a full-strength amphibious and aerial warfare fast expeditionary force, commanded by General Andrew Lessard. It will arrive by sea and air with full equipment supplied.
All armament used by the 140th Wing, from rifles and tanks to training air-to-air missiles, has recording cameras, analyzers and transmitters installed to facilitate simulation.

Jinos Naval Base: Blackwater-

Major General Forge looked outside the small jet that would be taking him to Calizorinstan. Below, transports swarmed for open water, laden with tanks and other assorted military pieces bound for the 08' War games. The Carriers PJSC Newton, and Einstein sailed as well, with a small defense contingent. Transporting the majority of the airpower that would participate. A large 747ish aircraft on the deck particularly interrested him.

"The XL-1000, official designation from its research team" one of his adjudants said, he too looked down.

"I'm just wondering what it is capable, sometimes I wonder if your tax payer's money is well spent." Forge said.

"Believe me sir, if the craft is as promising as the inital simulation, the sky's will belong to us" the other man said, Forge shrugged, and sat back in his seat. It would be a long flight to Calizorinstan.

Transmission from Kahanistan Defence Forces, Non-Encrypted

We wish to know if our indigenous M7T2 Spartacus (http://www.forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=12866585&postcount=12) main battle tanks would be approved for use in this engagement.

These are heavily armoured, NBC-resistant tanks that sacrifice armament in favour of armour weight, weighing 75 tons and carrying a 105mm main cannon and heavy chaingun compatible with programmable 40mm air bursting ammunition, armour piercers, high explosive, and other ordnance. Weaknesses include relatively slow speed and difficulty crossing older bridges and fording rivers. (Bridges at home are rated to withstand the weight.)

As a standard 105mm shell will not pierce most tank armour (they are generally used against APC's or IFV's), ATGM's will be a standard part of its armament.

My ministry and government is always interested in military exercises of this sort, both large and small, and is doubly interested given the list of current list of attendees. I do not know what sort of force Kahanistan can actually send, given recent and current events, but I have in my heart a certain place for the highly-acclaimed military of Vault 10, and I and my staff are eager to see what they are like.

I have requested permission, and gotten it, to send a number of Adygean units to participate in the Blue Flag exercise. These are as follows:

OOC: Okay so I won't rp using any of my PMT tech (the REX, etc), but this might not matter as for I have mid terms coming up. My teachers just informed me of this today, that means I have about a week to study for (about) eight tests and get ready for a project. So my ability to get on and rp is diminished to only a short amount of time every so often. I want to make sure I'll be able to keep posting before I do anything, but I might bail out of the rp.

The Independent Shenyangi Air Force (ISAF) would like to send several squadrons to participate at the Calizorinstani 'Blue Flag' exercises. We would be sending some of our top fighter squadrons to join the multinational units.
