A new industrial area, 27D in Old Zevkhay, has been completed and readied for land purchases especially for foreign companies.

The site consists of 200 metre by 100 metre blocks, divided as shown on the plan into separate units or left as bare land.

All buildings that are wished to be bult will be so by AECS, at a price determined from the building plans. If you want to bring in your own builders though, that is fine.

There are good road links, rail links, and the site is located 5 miles from the docklands (As the crow flies).

The United Socialist States of Yanitaria would like to purchase 4 blocks (or the equivalent) near a main road, as close to the water as possible for an automobile research and development area.

If the factory cannot be sold in one big lot, we would like to renovate the existing factories and build 3-4 story buildings that vault over the roads. Would this be permissible?

60% of the employees will be educated Alfegosians, 20% will be staff and maintenance, 10% Yanitarian Engineers, and 10% Yanitarian management.

The Stoklomolvi Vehicle Manufacturing Corporation would like to establish a factory branch in Alfegos. The SVMC produces many Stoklomolvi automobiles, such as the Stoklomolvi Type 12 Civilian Transport Vehicle. It will also provide excess electricity with a fusion power generator, which will be housed in the factory itself. We would like to note that the massive smokestacks that loom out of the factory emit only carbon dioxide gas and water vapour, and does not release carbon monoxide. The lowest assembly line worker in the SVMC receives 18 Universal Standard Dollars an hour, while the highest worker class receives 120 USD per hour. We would like a plot with the Maglev train, as we will build our own Maglev station for citizen transport. The factory will require a minimum of 5,000 unskilled workers and 250 skilled workers to function, and we will allow Alfegos citizens to work there. As InterDebit is intended to be an international credit transfer company much like the heralded 'PayPal' or much less known 'WorldPay', it is good business sense to have centers in other nations to represent that market.

Van Luxenburg: There are only a few automobile companies in Alfegos, as many citizens travel using the public transport in the cities (around 45% don't own a car). The three main companies are - Alfegos People's Cars(most vehicles), Jo'sola (Mainly Hybrid cars, lorries etc.) and Tia'rok (Luxury & Supercars).
The niche in the market may be small, but still is exploited by these three large companies.
