All Hallow's Eve, the pagan festival of the dead celebrated throughout the known world, has long since been considered an evil day in the Dominion. However, as of this year, Demogades across the country have been given reason to celebrate for evermore. The five billionth citizen has been born just past the stroke of midnight in the otherwise deserted corridors of Sacred Heart Hospital. While the majority of people had returned to the safety of their homes for the evil night of spirits, a staff of doctors and nurses remained on hand to deliver the baby safely and in good health.
It was announced that the child will be aptly named Jack, after the carved pumpkin spotted in foreign celebrations. Ironically, the [unnamed] mother has stated that she would never call a child of hers "Pumpkin." At this time he is being given one billion dollars from the Billion Dollar Child Fund as well as a life-long personal security detail of ex-commandos. In addition, there is recent talk of instating All Hallow's Eve as a holiday in commemoration of the five billionth child.
