((without prior premission this is closed))
Waterhelper, though a fairly large player due to the influence of the Waterhelper cluster, has gone into islolation since its influence has diminished. The waterhelper cluster had been lost to its overly jealous inhabitants and waterhelper had also been conquered twice. In repsonse to these events firehelper withdrew into its portion of the cluster and rearly ventured out of its borders. Now, though a new ruler seeks to once again expand the influence of Waterhelper and once again establish ties throughout the universe.
[Waterhelper cluster, Waterhelper division, subdivision 3B Border station 4A]
The waterhelper fleet was newly renovated. With technology aquired through the GE new weapons were introduced and old weapons improved. The fleet stationed at station 4A was cetnered around several ships triangular design. Around these ships were numerous smaller ships. These ships included several of the outdated carbon class armed with new weapons and newer frigates such as the munificent class. There were also numerous corvettes such as the CR90 and Marauder-class.
The fleets mission was the subjectation of a small empire located near waterhelper territory. The fleet would bring the people into the prosperity of the Waterhelper Interstellar Empire
System labeled B145
The fleet consisted of two star destroyers, 15 munificent class frigates, and 10 each of the CR90 and marauder class corvettes. There were also thirty outdated carbon class combat varients. This fleet dropped out of hyperspace at the edge of the system. The system was lightly defended and the carbon class vessels were sent in to eliminate the threats in the system.
The carbon class vessel was the workhorse of the fleet since the finding of the Waterhelper Cluster several hundred years ago. The ships were small and comparatively lightly armed. Their armements were two MAC cannons and several plasma cannon emplacements. However, this should prove to be more than a match for the technology of the enemy, or so the intel supposed. The thirty ships moved quickly into the system arming all weapons and raising shields. Soon the colony would be attacked and "liberated" from the oppresion of its current government.

OOC: This is not me, I am merely NPCing here.

IC: The arrival of such a large fleet surprised the Terran Federation, an alliance of pre-space nations on Earth which had forged itself into a growing, galactic age nation. They had grown throughout the stars over the last few years, soon becoming strong enough to colonize and hold five star systems. They were still a relatively small nation, and they were in their growing stage; weak, helpless. And it would seem that they were already targeted, not given a chance to become strong enough to be safe from assault. Long range had detected their arrival long before they had arrived, and the shifts in space-time had alerted the colony, but nothing could be done. Terran High Command could not send anything in time to bolster the mere eight ships which guarded Helios IV. They sent a call for mobilization and began preparing for war, while they ordered the evacuation fo the colony and ordered the meager forces to hold off the enemy however they could.

However, General Clark was finding this task impossible beyond belief. Glancing down at his Terran Navy grey uniform, and the various medals he had accumulated during his tour of duty, he sighed. There wasn't a damn thing he could do for the evacuation, he had already ordered General Simmonds to protect the vital facilities on the planet, as well as the spaceports, as the evacuation began apace. 5% of the population had already started their way to the massive gate in the system, which would activate and send them safely to another sector of the Federation. Thankfully, only they knew the codes for the gate, and only they could use it. “Sir.” He turned to see his communications officer. “The rest of the battle group is requesting orders.” He sighed and nodded.

“All forces, move forward, and prepare to engage. We will give them one warning to leave, though I doubt that will do anything.” The fleet, consisting of four Olympus class Corvettes, three Hyperion class Hyperion Destroyers, and General Clark's ship, the Nova Class Dreadnought Protector. They moved forward, deploying Starfury wings to prepare for the combat ahead. A message was relayed to the incoming Waterhelperian ships:

Attention unknown fleet, you are ordered to halt and identify yourselves and your purpose in violating Federation space.

[Carbon Class combat Varient ONS-443]
Captain Tren Talhrn stood on the holographic area that made up his bridge. He was surrounded by the large tactical display that surrounded him. He closely watched a little over two dozen green lines connected to grey masses. These lines represented each of the ship that now moved into the system. Scans had reported a mere eight combat capable ships guarding the steady stream of ships that headed to the unknown ring structure where the ships subsequently dissapeared.
The captain also eyed the enemy ships. The ships were very large with the power output of a ISD, but orders were orders and all the ships advanced.
A message game in soon and was translated by the computers as: Attention unknown fleet, you are ordered to halt and identify yourselves and your purpose in violating Federation space.
The captain listen to the message but ignored it. Their mission was to ocnquer the people of the planet and eliminate all local resistance from space. Quickly they approached the enemy ships. As this happened the captain began barking out orders to the crew and other ships (as the command ship of the small fleet). He sent out one final message to the ships of the fleet saying
"All ships engage military thrust and destroy the targeted ships"
The thirty ships of the fleet then surged forward trailing blue trails of white hot plasma. These trains quickly dissipated in the vacuum of space. The numerous ships then launched their MAC shells at the enemy ships and hoped for the best. As this first volley was underway missiles streaked out from the pods lcoated on the sides of the ships. These missiles streaked toward the enemy ships before cutting off their rocket engine and coasted along toward the target. The missiles soon detonated with proximity sensors and hopefully damaged and of the ships under attack.
In anticipation for the response of the large enemy ships and the four smaller ships, the carbon class ships moved around in seemingly random patters while shooting small caliber rail gun shells (50 cal) at the enemy ships. These slugs moved and would hopefully deter any attempt to launch missiles. In the command bridge of the 443 Captain Tren Talhrn knew that this 30 ships were no match in a prolonged firefight against the ISD ranked enemy vessels and hoped for a quick ending to the engagement, yet like any battle he knew that such things were only in the realms of his imagination and not real life, even so one could only hope.
